They have pretty good deals online and if I see something I want, I get it, especially at a discounted price. The customer service is subpar, often time their employees lack friendliness. I almost don't even want to ask for help because their employees seem so burnt out. The only things good about this location is that it's like a grocery store style. Aside from that, it's small, their selection has gone entirely down hill. Catalyst opened up near by and honestly I've never gone back to Cookies. The cookies parking lot is always filthy and full of homeless people, and often times it's just smells like hot urine outside. Their prices are okay, but other places have better deals and a way better selection. They used to have such nice employees but one by one they just leave the company. Makes me question why they always have new faces working for the Cookies, and I have yet to see a new employee last more than a few months. I check back into this location periodically and each time am met with disappointment. The don't even have an option for you to look or smell the bud. Just sucks because this is supposed to be such a great dispensary. I won't be going back , and I don't recommend it. There's more dispensaries in the area with better vibes and options. read more

I want to start off by saying that the security guards are amazing. Always so nice and the girls are helpful too. There is this one Asian guy that's there sometimes that seems like he has a stick up his ass but, not everyone can be perfect huh? The reason I'm giving 2 stars isn't because of our resting bitch face friend tho. No, It's because they tax crazy! They add on like $11 at least to your purchase of just taxes. Shit I can buy a pre roll that says $16 but I end up paying damn near $30. What I spent on 1/8 here bought me 10g somewhere else. And the other place had better weed. Oof. I really tried, I even came like 5 times (waste of money lowkey) but I've decided cookies isn't for me. My advice? I tried to justify them but, they rip you off my friends. if they say an Event is starting at four know that it is really starting at five fifteen. If you are waiting to be one of the first people to get Something extra know that you will wait an hour in a hot line at the store before anyone even shows up after the event is supposed to be starting. And then you'll wait at least a half hour after that to be checked in and deal with Everything. By my account showing up on time for any of their events is for fools. I also really don't dig waiting around over an hour when it's so hot here and it means everybody's right on top of each other during Covid. While the traffic outside gets more and more horrible and now I've got an hours drive home instead of half an hour. Overall this was a miserable afternoon. read more

I've come here a few times before and I always leave happy. I'm writing a review today (Noon on a Tuesday) because of the staff including the security guard - they are amazing!! I walked in and the security guard was friendly even fully suited up in 102 degree weather then we went inside and the woman at the front with braids greeted us while answering phones so professionally. We did our shopping with a friendly and informative bud tender and checked out. I wish I could have grabbed more names to include on this review but I will be coming back and do recommend. 5/5! In regards to the prices, this is not a dispensary for people looking for quantity over quality. This dispensary has almost medical grade weed products with tons of infusions and popular weed brands like Tyson Ranch and Cookies. I've learned you can get some huff at other places but never here at Cookies in San Bernardino. I've been to the other Cookies stores and this is my favorite.
