I was genuinely excited when I found a product at your shop that I'd been looking for from up north and couldn't believe you carried. I drove 45 minutes just to come in. The experience started great. I was greeted by two excellent team members--one at security by the front door and the check-in person. The store setup itself was nice, and I quickly found what I was looking for and got in line. That's where things went wrong. Jorge was the rudest budtender I've ever dealt with. I'd encourage you to review the camera footage of our interaction. He also took a product from me that I specifically wanted to buy. It was sitting on the floor, but when it wouldn't come up in the system he just removed it instead of figuring it out. The way he handled everything was unprofessional and not someone I would want representing a business. It was bad enough that I went back to the check-in person and told him Jorge needs customer-service training. Overall it was a hugely disappointing experience. I probably won't return because of how Jorge treated me and the fact that I don't want to deal with anyone who operates that way. Thanks for taking the time to read this. read more

I stopped by yesterday and had such an amazing experience. First off, the location itself is beautiful! It's super neat, clean, and well organized. The shop gave off such a welcoming vibe I didn't feel intimidated like I've felt at other dispensaries I've visited. The staff was incredibly friendly! Huge shoutout to Tabitha for going above and beyond to help me out. She was very informative, took time to answer my questions, and really took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for. They also have a great variety of options. There is plenty of items to choose from. It's easily one of the nicest dispensaries I've been to and affordable as well. I'll definitely be back again soon! read more

Enjoyed Embarc for a few months and joined their loyalty program. Placed an order late at night with plans to pick up the next day. Went to pick up order which they said was canceled despite never seeing any email or updates. Cashier at front said they'd still honor discount but actual cashier helping in store refused. It looks terrible & tastes burnt as hell! I went back to try & get a new one & got told by some lady that they can't take it back or do anything about it since they item was not "defective " but yet I told her the wax inside is defective it tastes burnt & it's even black! screw this shop! Pay attention to your receipt, first visit bought $39.99 worth of product and my total charge came out to $60. My first time customer 15% discount was not applied, they charged a $5 fee to pay with debit and they rounded up my total without asking and labeled it change and pocketed the change. Two identical doors at the front and they watch you and probably laugh as you try to figure out what door to use; and the lobby is no different exact copy left side right side and confusion continues . Once you get inside, there's two lines one for online orders, and one for everybody else and nobody's trying to tell you or direct you where to go. They just look at you and don't even say "hey! welcome in" like everywhere else. Having been to most of the weed shops in Southern California. I would say just go to a stizzy even if you have to drive farther. These places are taking advantage of the culture, pretending to be part of it. $10g every where else is $25g here otd And you can't blame excise tax because somehow everybody else is making do with the tax and fair prices read more

I placed an order online with the promise of having it ready for pickup in "15 minutes" , get there 30 minutes later just for them to have a super long line for online orders because they were only attending walk ins & when it's finally my turn they didn't have my order ready & they "ran out" of the products that I ordered. I had also claimed a product with my points so cashier tells me to wait on the side while "they check"?? Nobody checked for the product or me standing there for 10 minutes like an idiot, until one of the bud tenders decided to acknowledge my presence & asked one of the girls to check for the product on the back.
