I stopped by yesterday and had such an amazing experience. First off, the location itself is beautiful! It's super neat, clean, and well organized. The shop gave off such a welcoming vibe I didn't feel intimidated like I've felt at other dispensaries I've visited. The staff was incredibly friendly! Huge shoutout to Tabitha for going above and beyond to help me out. She was very informative, took time to answer my questions, and really took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for. They also have a great variety of options. OK guys, I have put a bad review on this place before with my bad experiences I've had but lately I do live down the street from this place and I'm giving this place a second chance because in life I always believe in second chances And to be honest, this place has improved. A lot has a lot more stuff in stock has a lot more good stuff and inventory and also great staff. This place is way overpriced and confusing af . Two identical doors at the front and they watch you and probably laugh as you try to figure out what door to use; and the lobby is no different exact copy left side right side and confusion continues . Once you get inside, there's two lines one for online orders, and one for everybody else and nobody's trying to tell you or direct you where to go. They just look at you and don't even say "hey! welcome in" like everywhere else. Having been to most of the weed shops in Southern California. I would say just go to a stizzy even if you have to drive farther. I placed an order online with the promise of having it ready for pickup in "15 minutes" , get there 30 minutes later just for them to have a super long line for online orders because they were only attending walk ins & when it's finally my turn they didn't have my order ready & they "ran out" of the products that I ordered. I had also claimed a product with my points so cashier tells me to wait on the side while "they check"?? Nobody checked for the product or me standing there for 10 minutes like an idiot, until one of the bud tenders decided to acknowledge my presence & asked one of the girls to check for the product on the back. It looks terrible & tastes burnt as hell! My first time customer 15% discount was not applied, they charged a $5 fee to pay with debit and they rounded up my total without asking and labeled it change and pocketed the change. Very unhappy it's like they have anyone working there some people you get really cool real helpful but some just not call some bug eye man josh help me today I feel like he robbed me I kept telling him I had a online order witch I did to get the deal so he rings me up saying there's no online order charged me some out of control price for some weed I got for the deal so it's not even what I really wanted I might as well paid for better if I paid full price anyway. horrible service here do not come here. the security is super rude. they close the doors 10 minutes before so if you place an online order, apparently they're saying that their computers closed 10 minutes before and that they don't let people in for pick up. what a waste of peoples time i've never gotten such horrible service somewhere take your business elsewhere. what's more annoying is that i called five minutes before coming in asking if they accept card they never once told me that they would close 10 minutes before. i will be speaking to the manager. Ok I went out of my way for this! I showed up 9:50 pm and had called prior for confirmation about timing and they politely said to show up no problem see you here! When I showed up the lady literally said they are closed because it was packed!!! Lmao when there was only about 4 cars in the lot.
