Came in and told the man at the desk about it and he troubleshooted it for me and determined there was in fact something wrong but it seemed to be a charging issue. He offered to charge it at the store for me so i could come back and for sure know if that was the issue but i decided to buy a new charger. He offered the charger at a discounted price of $3 and also gave me for free a replacement pen (of cheaper make) in case my battery was in fact defective. Excellent service!!
