Came in and told the man at the desk about it and he troubleshooted it for me and determined there was in fact something wrong but it seemed to be a charging issue. He offered to charge it at the store for me so i could come back and for sure know if that was the issue but i decided to buy a new charger. He offered the charger at a discounted price of $3 and also gave me for free a replacement pen (of cheaper make) in case my battery was in fact defective. Excellent service!! My battery did still work it turned out to be a charger issue and now i have 2 batteries :)

He proceeds to hand it to me and say "it works." I was beyond grossed out but didn't want to be rude. I asked if there was any way I could get another... considering he put his lips on it. I don't know him at all or where his mouth has been to do so. He responds with: "sorry, I can't give you another or else we'll be behind on stock." So, I asked if I could get my money back. For example, me bf and I consider ourself marijuana connoisseurs. We take hash rosin dabs out of American blown glass rigs and nails. This local shop carries heady nails!!! Our nail (what you put the hash in) broke unexpectedly. This head shop carried a great replacement Hendy banger which was $100. Heady stuff is difficult to find at regular smoke shops so it's cool to have a dependable shop so close to us. They also carry puffcos and a large variety of vape stuff. We love coming here and taking dabs w the staff lol support small business. Shop here!!
