The experience started great. I was greeted by two excellent team members--one at security by the front door and the check-in person. The store setup itself was nice, and I quickly found what I was looking for and got in line. That's where things went wrong. Jorge was the rudest budtender I've ever dealt with. I'd encourage you to review the camera footage of our interaction. He also took a product from me that I specifically wanted to buy. It was sitting on the floor, but when it wouldn't come up in the system he just removed it instead of figuring it out. The way he handled everything was unprofessional and not someone I would want representing a business. It was bad enough that I went back to the check-in person and told him Jorge needs customer-service training. Overall it was a hugely disappointing experience.
