I used to live in Ontario, and I would frequent this smoke just to buy the burning incense fragrance oil because it smelled great! Well I moved and whenever I come through, I would stop by to see Brooke and buy large quantities of oils to burn in my home. The last few times I went there, No Brooke! I bought a $28 banana Vape and a couple of pieces a day before Only to realize when I got home and opened the Vape and tried to puff it it was dead it I tried charging it but cwas a dead it was bogus it didn't work at all and when I went back the next day to get a replacement for the brand new Vape that I bought and paid $28 for even know the lady was the same lady that sold me the night before she took it upon herself to deny me and rip me off my money. This is by far the worst smoke shop ever , went here for four years straight no problems, spent thousands, I finally have a issue with a bong I bought a $70 cheap one at that, asked for a exchange because I only bought it 60-80 minutes prior , even took the extra time to wipe it down and make sure it was how it was given to me but I was denied a exchange ! And then I said that's understandable for no refunds but just give me a bong that works instead and they denied that too ! Lost a valuable customer and friend of the business , my father personally knows the owner on a vague level and my brother as well but were all steering clear from this place, I was just going to drop the bong on the store floor since it was mine and it doesn't work why not but the attendant behind the counter said she was a rat cop caller , oh well enjoy your $70 Ps everyone is talking about you screwing your boss idk what that's about but that explains why they don't know how to properly work , ima be calling my bank and disputing this transaction From the looks of it 100s of other people are having the same problem from here but with their vapes , I feel for them . If i could give 0 stars i would. Been going here for about 7 months since living out here. They do not stand behind the products they sale. I bought a original fronto leaf and left and it was molded realIy bad with white fur and spots all down the leaf and stem. I went back within 5 mins and showed the young brunette lady working the counter and she says this is not mold when it's clearly mold. She said she would see if the owner would swap it out for another fronto leaf but said he never responded. I purchased a different fronto leaf and left as i don't like to be controversial over things i prefer to take the diplomatic route and since she stated all the leafs were like that for that brand i will notifying the FDA and we can see what they think of selling molded leafs in the time of the pandemic when germs are at an all time high as i was smart enough to take pictures of it before going back to the store. Never again spending my money here the brunette is not knowledgeable about nothing in the store and doesn't even fake it well she has to be Ken to the owner cuz who would let someone with that attitude and those customer service skills run their business free range. I really wish the bubbly blonde young lady was there she would of did the right thing and swapped it out. The brunette clerk said we don't make the products we just sell them?? I have been shopping here a few months now. I am a kratom user and had been looking for an local alternative to the online store in Texas that I normally shop. Yelp brought me to One Stop. They carry a brand that I have not seen anywhere else called Oasis. For quality, I give it a 10 out of 10 - pure kratom, no additives. As far as strength, I give it a 7 on a scale of 10, which is not a bad thing. It is very smooth and enjoyable, even in a heavier dose. The point is to enjoy the experience, not take a dose and fall right to sleep (unless that is your intent). It is very reasonably priced, too! I have just started with their CBD line of products as well. Once I have formed an opinion, I will follow-up with another review those as well. As far as customer service, so far, it has been top-notch. I mainly see Brooke when I visit. She is very enthusiastic about helping customers and knowledgeable about their products. There is another young lady (and I promise I will learn her name as well the next time I see her) whom has also waited on me. Both were very helpful once when they were out of product and trying to get more in stock and are always cheerful and pleasant. I also appreciate that they treat me no different from "typical" customers (whatever that is, I just know that I am not it) as I am a middle-aged white guy in a polo shirt with a NASA windbreaker.
