Wasn't on time. Very rude and hyper aggressive towards women simply knocking. Very unsafe and unstable gentleman. Claimed i knocked to hard cuz I wanted a "fix" whatever that is supposed to mean. I only smoke weed. Owner is probably on 7oh, why he projects needing a fix. read more

One Stop Smoke Shop - Vapes Products are the best prices in the area !!! - Vape Shops Near Me - Ontario, California

I used to live in Ontario, and I would frequent this smoke just to buy the burning incense fragrance oil because it smelled great! Well I moved and whenever I come through, I would stop by to see Brooke and buy large quantities of oils to burn in my home. The last few times I went there, No Brooke! I still purchase some oil, but it had been cut, and you could barely smell it. I'm old school and it wasn't the same. That was months ago! Bring Brooke Back Please! read more

I like this shop for a couple of reasons. 1) I called to make sure they were open (9:00pm) and a woman answered who was very friendly, sweet and informative. 2) when I arrived she recognized by my voice when I said hello and remembered what product I asked for and I truly loved that she remembered. 3) she was very helpful and friendly and especially during these uncertain times it was comforting and felt like simpler times for a moment. I didn't get her name and I wish I did. Thank you! read more

Always in stock, even recommends a couple options. Quality glass, and any flavor of cigarillo you could want. Friendly employees who are happy to assist. Come here read more

I wouldn't go to this place unless you want to get ripped off . I bought a $28 banana Vape and a couple of pieces a day before Only to realize when I got home and opened the Vape and tried to puff it it was dead it I tried charging it but cwas a dead it was bogus it didn't work at all and when I went back the next day to get a replacement for the brand new Vape that I bought and paid $28 for even know the lady was the same lady that sold me the night before she took it upon herself to deny me and rip me off my money. She said that people had ripped them off before I said yeah but I'm not anyone you know who I am you told me the other night she didn't care and was rude about it I wouldn't recommend this place at all read more

The girl that works here is literally the sweetest and she's super knowledgeable! They have everything you need and more. read more

Jordyn and Brooke are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I'm just getting out of the military, and I was interested in glassware, as well as accessories. I purchased my first piece from Brooke, and then all of my accessories thereafter from Jordyn. To be real, I appreciate that they're not assuming of this or that, and are truly there to know what I'm looking for. They ask, and then ask further. This was helpful, because I have lots of questions at this point in time. Look, There's literally a smoke shop closer to me, and I couldn't care less, because you're really treated like family when you come here. I don't need to go anywhere else. read more

Everything you need is here good customer service open late recommend for sure stop by .

This is by far the worst smoke shop ever , went here for four years straight no problems, spent thousands, I finally have a issue with a bong I bought a $70 cheap one at that, asked for a exchange because I only bought it 60-80 minutes prior , even took the extra time to wipe it down and make sure it was how it was given to me but I was denied a exchange ! And then I said that's understandable for no refunds but just give me a bong that works instead and they denied that too ! Lost a valuable customer and friend of the business , my father personally knows the owner on a vague level and my brother as well but were all steering clear from this place, I was just going to drop the bong on the store floor since it was mine and it doesn't work why not but the attendant behind the counter said she was a rat cop caller , oh well enjoy your $70 Ps everyone is talking about you screwing your boss idk what that's about but that explains why they don't know how to properly work , ima be calling my bank and disputing this transaction From the looks of it 100s of other people are having the same problem from here but with their vapes , I feel for them . A trained employee would have them test it in store , but what do I know . have a blessed one , still gave you a 5 star rating outta love read more

Hunted shop after shop for a roller that would fit a glass top AND a blunt wrap. After 14 shops from la to Ontario, my search ended here. Selection, service (meet Brooke, she will sell you stuff, some you need some you don't, but either way you get to talk to Brooke right? Bullet points - selection of wraps and papers and accessories is stellar. - great location - BROOKE HAPPY SMOKING! read more

They literally sold me a broken piece and said they couldn't do anything when I asked for store credit or my money. The red head is stupid if she is there do not go. They are very over price and horrible customer service. read more

They will not discuss prices unless you go to the store. They require you to waste your time driving and checking them out DURING A PANDEMIC to ask THEM for a price. No one has this rule because they lose customers so for the future don't bother with One Stop Smoke Shop read more

Girl with red hair is super sweet and bubbly helped me pick this cute piece best shop in Ontario !!

Hella good service. all around very helpful and informational on all products. They have a wide selection of products to choose from.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Been going here for about 7 months since living out here. They do not stand behind the products they sale. I bought a original fronto leaf and left and it was molded realIy bad with white fur and spots all down the leaf and stem. I went back within 5 mins and showed the young brunette lady working the counter and she says this is not mold when it's clearly mold. She said she would see if the owner would swap it out for another fronto leaf but said he never responded. I purchased a different fronto leaf and left as i don't like to be controversial over things i prefer to take the diplomatic route and since she stated all the leafs were like that for that brand i will notifying the FDA and we can see what they think of selling molded leafs in the time of the pandemic when germs are at an all time high as i was smart enough to take pictures of it before going back to the store. Never again spending my money here the brunette is not knowledgeable about nothing in the store and doesn't even fake it well she has to be Ken to the owner cuz who would let someone with that attitude and those customer service skills run their business free range. I really wish the bubbly blonde young lady was there she would of did the right thing and swapped it out. The brunette clerk said we don't make the products we just sell them?? If that ain't the dumbest thing i ever heard in my life who sales and product and says that?? read more

I have been shopping here a few months now. I am a kratom user and had been looking for an local alternative to the online store in Texas that I normally shop. Yelp brought me to One Stop. They carry a brand that I have not seen anywhere else called Oasis. For quality, I give it a 10 out of 10 - pure kratom, no additives. As far as strength, I give it a 7 on a scale of 10, which is not a bad thing. It is very smooth and enjoyable, even in a heavier dose. The point is to enjoy the experience, not take a dose and fall right to sleep (unless that is your intent). It is very reasonably priced, too! I have just started with their CBD line of products as well. Once I have formed an opinion, I will follow-up with another review those as well. As far as customer service, so far, it has been top-notch. I mainly see Brooke when I visit. She is very enthusiastic about helping customers and knowledgeable about their products. There is another young lady (and I promise I will learn her name as well the next time I see her) whom has also waited on me. Both were very helpful once when they were out of product and trying to get more in stock and are always cheerful and pleasant. I also appreciate that they treat me no different from "typical" customers (whatever that is, I just know that I am not it) as I am a middle-aged white guy in a polo shirt with a NASA windbreaker. Come out and check this place out. They have a wide variety of products that are bound to suit your needs. read more
