I feel like the merchant kinda took advantage of a new customer on this one. If merchant wants to correct this issue, I will consider updating my review. Update: Merchant replaced the lighter and made sure butane was in the tank but ONLY after I took down the review. I'll upgrade the rating slightly however - it is absolutely apparent, not only in my exp here, that he has a habit of talking down to customers.
