Our nail (what you put the hash in) broke unexpectedly. This head shop carried a great replacement Hendy banger which was $100. Heady stuff is difficult to find at regular smoke shops so it's cool to have a dependable shop so close to us. They also carry puffcos and a large variety of vape stuff. However last time i was here i purchased an adjustable heat battery for cartridge use that stopped working properly 3 weeks in. Came in and told the man at the desk about it and he troubleshooted it for me and determined there was in fact something wrong but it seemed to be a charging issue. He offered to charge it at the store for me so i could come back and for sure know if that was the issue but i decided to buy a new charger. He offered the charger at a discounted price of $3 and also gave me for free a replacement pen (of cheaper make) in case my battery was in fact defective. Excellent service!! My battery did still work it turned out to be a charger issue and now i have 2 batteries :)

I spend hundreds of dollars everytime I make a purchase here and earned so many points. There was a…read moreline and a two people were ahead when I arrived. A couple other people arrived behind me and when it was my turn to have service and the person behind me just cut right in front of me. While I was looking at the selection ahead ready about to drop another couple hundred bucks on purchases. The person at the cash register didn't even acknowledge that I was there first before that person bought only a single cartridge refill for $15. It made me lose my place in line with everyone else and it made me quite upset. I just looked at the them and walked out. Went to another vape shop and they were grateful I came to make a purchase. Rude customer service and patrons here.

On a different visit, I was charged $40, paid with $50, and again did not receive any change back. This happened more than once with the same OLD MAN PEDO cashier, which makes it feel intentional. When I noticed, he didn't seem to care. I will not be returning and would advise others to double-check their change carefully.
