Just take the number off your page. We've called on multiple different occasions over the last few months and they never answer. Be careful which torch you buy from there as well I've gotten 2 faulty ones back to back within a 24 hour period and they don't offer returns or store credit. Glass is subpar but they do have a plethora of wraps if you're into that. read more

They place sold me a boof ahh Geek Bar. Took a while to realize it was a bootleg fake but it is what it is. Regular normal GB shows every percentage charging, this boof ahh one goes from 0-5% 5%-10% 10%-15%. It's supposed to show every digit in between but this fake ahh doesn't. Even the print on the logo is blurry, bleeding, and just terrible. First two pics are the boof ahh fake Bar they sold me with shitty logo print vs a REAL geek bar. I stopped here with my husband today and had the best experience I think I've ever had at a smoke shop. The girls were so attentive and knowledgeable. Jalixa also makes these handmade zodiac bracelets and they were too cute to pass up! It was so clean, organized, and had everything we were looking for. This used to be my favorite vape store! I was in there all the time buying stuff! I love the staff especially the night manager he was awesome and funny. Then I bought a faulty vape 2 weeks ago thought it was maybe my batteries so I bought new batteries but indeed it was the vape. Went back to see if I could exchange it because it was over heating and the vape was horrible. They called the owner he said no and they gave me the receipt for the warranty company. The owner was supposed to reach out he never did of course. The fact that I was a regular in there all the time and they did nothing was horrible. I literally would go out of my way to this vape shop because it's not close to me. So, unfortunately since they don't back their products and won't do anything for regular customers I went to another vape shop to buy a new vape and will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I've never seen a single store that literally sells pretty much any and everything when to it comes to smoking. The store also has amazing and friendly staff. Since there was no response went back to the store and then finally got a response stating it's not their problem, it's ours. They claim since the package was sealed it's our issue to go through the manufacturer. We asked about either 1) refund or 2) replacement of the same item -- both options was a hard no because, again, it's not their fault we bought a defective product. So now we have to go through the manufacturer, wait for a response, and we have to go through a whole process (if it gets accepted). **be warned they have no return or exchange policy on their receipts and/or visible sign in their store. So buy at your own risk
