Weed buyers beware Store bully! bad attitude WOMAN allows security guard to SCARE customers and prompting reports I will speak with the owner about changing the review and reports. I am disappointed after many visits, and speaking with both the young gentlemen, and other owner on other visits, and having good experiences changes WITH the Woman that they have running the store in the night has a man with her overviewing customers. Creating terrible experience. Do not do business here unless you want to be harassed by store bully read more

I do love the owner..unfortunately she is not there..if she was..slI know she would have handled this differently...The gentlemen(used loosely)..was super unprofessional. I bought an elf bar..when I got home I scanned the url code....and never expected it would not be an authentic product..I explained the situation very politely. And the response was.."what would you like me 2 do about it...I am just an employee." I said I would like a refund or scan another box and if it is legit I will take that one. He said no...and asked why it was open. It was opened because I didn't have my phone when I bought it and scanned when I got home. As if he would just put a fake product on the shelf. I stated that this is bad business..if I don't like it I can go somewhere else. I know the owner would have reacted differently..have a good repore with her...but the employee now...I am good...won't go again..and I am not making a fake review..honestly very disappointed. read more

This establishment is shockingly unprofessional. On November 29th, I visited the shop at 10:30 PM to purchase a battery compatible with a cart I had just bought from Catalyst dispensary, whose products I've never had issues with before. After explaining my needs, the worker suggested the cart might be faulty. Hesitant at first, he let me test the battery he recommended. It barely worked, which he dismissed, saying it "just needed charging." Despite skepticism, I purchased it for $15.99. Less than 24 hours later, the battery still wasn't functioning properly. I called the store four times with no response, so I drove back. The same worker refused a refund or exchange, blaming the cart and claiming store policy prohibits returns on opened items. This level of disregard for customers and product quality is unacceptable. read more

Upland Smoke Shop has the best glass. Thickest I've ever bought. I bought one of their smallest pipes and I've dropped it about 5 times already and there's not a crack or scratch on it! They dropped a pipe in front of me to prove it's the best glass around and it definately is! They've also got really good prices. I will definately go back for future purchases. If you live in the Rancho Cucamonga or Upland area and can get a hold of one of their flyers you can get a 5% discount on all glass. Plus their open from 10am-10pm EVERYDAY. I would recommend this smoke shop to anyone. read more

Buyer beware!! He sells fake zyns. Been using zyn for awhile now, and I went into his shop because…read moreI know he sells the flavored packs. So I bought a pack of 6mg citrus and the canister was very difficult to open but I thought nothing of it, so I open it finally and anyone who uses zyns know they do not have a strong smell. These smelled heavily of artificial lemon (another red flag), then I tried to scan the rewards code and it didn't work. So I compared the canister to an authentic can of zyn and the labels on what he sells are slightly smaller and the canister itself is slightly different. It looks very similar but it's not the same. I popped one in and it tasted terrible and left powder residue all in my mouth. I contacted zyn's customer care to give them the lot number and make sure I didn't get a bad pack, and they confirmed these are not legitimate. Please beware and avoid purchasing zyn at this location. I threw out the canister and settled for the CA compliant flavors until I go back out of state. Completely different experience from these fake tins they sell here.

Kitty told me that if I didn't have my money or card with me, I could not go back to my car to get my purse. I asked where this policy was posted because I did not see any signs explaining this rule or stating that tap-to-pay was not accepted. Instead of simply explaining the policy professionally, she accused me of having an attitude just because I questioned it. As a Black woman, the way I was spoken to and treated made me feel singled out and unwelcome. I left feeling that there may have been a racial element to the interaction, and no customer should ever leave a business feeling that way. I will not spend my money somewhere I do not feel respected or welcomed. To my fellow Black customers: please be aware of how you are treated and support businesses where you feel valued and accepted. Management should seriously address this situation and make sure store policies are clearly posted and applied consistently to every customer.
