Don't do business at this smoke shop. I bought a vape pen and CBD cartridge a couple of days ago. The piece of junk already stopped working and when I took it back the owner basically said you're SOL(shit out of luck) and said I needed to send it to the manufacturer, WTF! The cheap pen was only $9.99 and you would have thought it was $900. They come off as all knowing and so helpful but their penny suckers. $9.99 what a joke, keep it and I hope the competition run you back to where you came from. I spent a total of $40.91 there and he wouldn't even exchange the pen. Don't walk, run across the street to the Up in Smoke shop directly across the street, at least you won't feel like like you're being scammed or better yet PUNKED. This place and the owner Mark are awesome. He helped my gf out a while ago with her vape. Instead of trying to up sell her he replaced her cracked glass, charged her vape for a few dollars. We just went back because he was so nice to her and he hooked us up. He was super knowledgeable about all his product from e-cigs to the tons of vapes and all of the juices for them. He spent a lot of time with us and was super patient. He also found time to help other customers with the easy stuff like a pack of smokes or glass pipes etc. I got an e-cig (cuz I'm trying to stop), he repaired my gf's old vape and again, didn't try to up sell, we got vape juice, smokes (cuz I haven't stopped yet), an easy to use CBD pen, and he gave us freebies because we spent about $70 there.
