Bought a torch that would normally cost 5$ for something between 12-15$. A small, nothing special…read moretorch that was way overpriced. Torch goes out on me after lighting just 3 times. I feel like the merchant kinda took advantage of a new customer on this one. If merchant wants to correct this issue, I will consider updating my review. Update: Merchant replaced the lighter and made sure butane was in the tank but ONLY after I took down the review. I'll upgrade the rating slightly however - it is absolutely apparent, not only in my exp here, that he has a habit of talking down to customers.

I was referred to this little shop by a friend after discussing cigars with him…read more This shop is nice and clean with a great selection of cigars, pipes, and loose tobacco. It also carries quite a few accessories related to pipes and cigars, but I'm not familiar with the prices enough to comment on whether they were decent. As far as cigars (my reason for being there), they had a decent sized walk in room and carried a good selection. I chose 2 cigars from Drew Estates which were both excellent smokes. As far as service goes, the person that helped me could have been friendlier (reason for 4 star rather than 5 star review). Being a small shop, I expected to be greeted (welcome in, hello, how are you, ANYTHING), but there was no greeting. Also, upon checking out, no "thank you, have a great day, come back soon, ANYTHING". I really didn't feel like a valued customer or that my business was valued there. Come to think of it, I should be giving this place 3 stars instead of 4 just on the service alone. If you are in need of cigars or loose pipe tobacco, this place likely has what you need. But, don't expect stellar service. Personally, I like to support business where my business is valued, if possible.

I was referred to this smoke shop by FREEZE PIPE!!! Check…read morethis out... it was 3 days before Xmas 2020 and I ordered a pipe online but it was NOT gonna arrived on Xmas eve so the company told me the nearest place I'd be able to have this special pipe by Xmas eve was "UP IN SMOKE, SMOKE SHOP" so xmas eve I take a ride to Hesperia arrive wayyyy before they open waiting patiently. Unfortunately I beat fedex too up in smoke smoke shop and the shipment of freeze pipes haven't arrived so I buy some Christmas stocking stuffers and for my trouble the guy throws in a drink & goodies for my troubles and driving all the way here. AWESOME Customer service!!!!!! Two hours after I leave FedEx rolls up with the shipment but I'm unable to come up there so the guy running the show & store that day says, "cash app me the money and I'll bring it down at the end of the night & meet you somewhere".... so YASSS I Cashapp payment and I kiddd u not I got my item @ midnight of Xmas eve!!! My dude went up and beyond and out of his way on Xmas eve. Ooooh and my daughter was in AWE and so very HAPPY with her unexpected gift she received on Xmas day. It was a GREAT Xmas!!!! OH YAY the best part about this is the price was right!!! I had talked to many smoke shops before I was referred to UP IN SMOKE, smoke shop and allllll the other smoke shops were telling that there was NO way I was gonna get this item for the price online at a smoke shop... I was like ok I'll pick up a cigar, of course they assumed I wanted rolling paper mess, no sir what's in the humidor about $10 I just need cash back. The man wasn't rude to me but I could tell they just wanted to get back to their convo or whatever they were doing. I'll stick to my cigar spots for sure.
