Store is honestly nice inside but the owner is just weird. I like to call stores beforehand to know prices or if they have something in stock for the item I want. I asked the price of the item I needed and they were hellbent on not giving me a price just that they have it in store and aren't "allowed" to give prices which is just weird because this has been THE ONLY store that's never told me a price. Even my legal weed shop will tell me prices plus how much it would be after tax. Weird won't be shopping anymore if I can't get a simple answer to a damn question. read more

Over time this place acquires more item's that you don't normally or have a hard time finding at other smoke shops. I've been coming here since my arrival to Upland, with that being said, I've seen heavy fluctuation on prices. Almost so, to where I feel as I'm at the shit show next to Baskin Robin's with $25 spoons and old backwoods. Went in to purchase a replacement cartomizer, and was almost swept away by the $20 price tag. Not to be "that guy" but I don't care how good you guys assume these are, a half gram of oil is 25-40 bucks, why would you assume people are gonna pay that shit, containing no oil!? $15 for the half gram size? You need to re evaluate the pricing scale guys. What happened? read more

Made 3 purchases here. 1st one went well. 2nd one was a disposable vape. Vape didn't have proper air flow. Went back to the store 3hrs after initial purchase and the owner said they couldn't do anything besides try to open the airflow vents even though I was willing to take a cheaper version than the defective one I purchased. I said ok and owner opened the vent holes with his knife . Worked a little better. 10 puffs into a 600 puff bar, the device stopped working. Went in less than 24 hours after initial purchase and owner said he couldn't do anything about it since I had already walked out of store. 3rd purchase was the second day buying a different brand since the owner said he wouldn't exchange. Do not work here! There may be a hiring sign on the front door, but they do not give you a set schedule, and they pay under the table (in case you don't mind that). My fiancé worked 30 hours for them and once he mentioned I9's, he was blatantly ignored, by the grown men that work here. He still has not been paid, and I don't believe he ever will be. I've been coming to this place for sooo long now. Prob close to a little over 8 years Every time they are so helpful and always guide me to the best quality glass . Absolutely beautiful with known names such as zob roar AMG Rehab and some other great art brands . If you tell them a general idea of what your looking and a price range they always pick the perfect glass for you. I love that they even support local glass blowers which to me is very vey important to buy things made in America and also locals artist. Well I just want to tell you these days customer service goes a long ways. If you want to just buy something use Amazon. Or if you don't care about customer service then go here. Now if you care about customer service I would say don't go here and here's why. I bought an Ooze battery for my vape cartridge. I live in Yorba Linda I was driving through and seeing a friend in Ontario and he told me about the shop that was a couple streets down from his house. Went in, he was sold out of most batteries. He told me it was out of the box, apparently new, he told me he'd give it to me it a better price. Im looking online at Ooze, and this battery comes with there own charger to plug into usb. I never got it, guessibg this was a pre used unit. Im in the area again, today I drive over there and the new guy tells me hey do you have a receipt? I'm like are you kidding me I never get receipts fro that shop. 2nd he didn't believe it didnt work he asks me can I go out to my car and get a cartridge? So I go out to my car and get a cartridge and go back inside and I gave it to him. I say see it doesn't work and he says do you mind if I try it? I said no please go ahead and try it, tells me my caryridge that I vaped with another battery 5 minutes prior was bad. lm like, no it works with another battery i bought. He then says he never really has any guarantee on electronics! WTF, why the run around for me to get a vape top!? Then says, Im not replacing it for free! I said yes you are! He said Ill knock little bit off price. I'm like the unit was obviously a used one. 1 month of use $20 maybe 10 times, fuck that. I dont live nearby! I'm feeling a little deceived I asked for the guy that sold it to me like 60 days ago Greg, but he no longer works for them. I would suggest at this point go elsewhere or get a receipt or make sure it comes in a box because these people are known to sell used items with no guarantees. All about making money, amazing they're still in business. Not good business folks. read more
