Same day (only 1-2 hours after…read morepurchase) contacted the number on their business card (as the employee told us to contact the number if there were any issues) and provided a video of the defective item. Since there was no response went back to the store and then finally got a response stating it's not their problem, it's ours. They claim since the package was sealed it's our issue to go through the manufacturer. We asked about either 1) refund or 2) replacement of the same item -- both options was a hard no because, again, it's not their fault we bought a defective product. So now we have to go through the manufacturer, wait for a response, and we have to go through a whole process (if it gets accepted). **be warned they have no return or exchange policy on their receipts and/or visible sign in their store. I was just looking for something to help me sleep on occasions and something to help with the pain in my knees that occurred from an on-duty injury. Stopped in one day a short while ago to give them a try. The young lady behind the counter understood what I was looking for and was able to make some good suggestions based on my needs. No judgment, just a whole lot of knowledge and recommendations of the products she sells. I went home and tried some items that I purchased and they worked exactly as she said they would. I will definitely be returning as needed and really recommend the Campus Smoke Shop to help with what you need.

LMAO luckily I came prepared--had the whole thing on video and even snapped side-by-sides of the real vs the bootleg. I really thought he was chill, but nah... he's out here charging $35 for knockoffs. I even talked to some people outside and they said he sells all kinds of fake stuff. Just a PSA: be careful where you shop--some of these owners seriously don't care what they're putting in our lungs. Stay safe, besties.
