Service is great the owner always asks me what he should get clothes wise so I can have my sizes and the lowest prices on what i do buy.

best place with awesome customer service and support to help with all your needs with tabacco services. big shout out to the staff teams read more

Really nice staff & store, usually my go to spot since it's close by home and always a good visit

I personally would not buy from this shop. They sell fake stizzy products! I even disputed it with my bank and they responded to my dispute that I came in and purchased when in fact I did, but turns out they sell fake products and that was why I disputed it and the smoke shop disputed it right back and the said I had to pay for a fake product because they said yes I purchased it which I agreed and I walked in on camera and made the purchase but I didn't know I was purchasing a fake product, so do not buy from this shop! Definitely try some of the other smoke shops down Euclid and Philadelphia. I would never go back again. read more

Great price with Great product !! Amazing product and plenty of collection. I would definitely suggest my friends and family to stop by and look for their collection of vapes, glass, tobacco and torches. read more

WARNING DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! The worthless owners of this place are not worth what is flushed down the toilet everyday. THEY SALE BROKEN/CRACKED Bongs. I purchased a bong here for $40 & when I got home & filled it up with water it began to leak. I took it back the next morning & the old Indian lady tells me "you used it", I told her, "well how else would I know that it's leaking. I said I will not shop here no more & she tells me" that's fine ". This place INTENTIONALLY SALES BROKEN Bongs, cause I've gotten a bongs from here before & they had a bong THAT WAS VISIBLY CRACKED, that WAS STILL ON DISPLAY just with A DISCOUNT. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN, not even for a lighter.... THIS PLACE AINT WORTH Ssss!!!!! read more

Im surprised at how many people work in the customer service industry but are clueless on how to treat customers with respect. I just called a couple minutes ago to ask for the pax2 vape pen. I just got a no and even tho I started asking other questions she just said no sorry, went to help the customer that was in the store and apologized again then hanged up. I really wouldn't mind being told if I could wait instead of being hanged up on while asking questions or being told to call back in a couple minutes when it's less busy. This shop has the worst customer service and with so many others around I'd rather skip the 10% discount and pay full price where I'm treated like a customer and not just another sale. read more

The employees are really nice and helpful, but management is horrible. I recently came in to purchase a bong and found one I liked. As I walked out I noticed the bong was cracked from the bottom and was chewed up from the top. I went back inside the store to exchange it but they did not have any others of similar price. I asked for a refund and the owner said it wasn't possible. He accused me of breaking the bong myself. He was disrespectful and victimized himself. It sucks because I come here often, but I don't recommend this place anymore. Make sure you double check your items before stepping out the door. They enjoy scamming people. read more

Came in and bought a nectar collector And it literally broke the very first time I used it and tried to exchange/return it and apparently they have a no return policy which they fail to let you know before purchasing any of their shitty ass products definitely do not recommend coming here unless you like wasting your money read more

Always have what i want, can negotiate prices on pipes and hookahs, The ownwers are very friendly. My go to spot all the time. read more

Great service. Good variety. I like the variety this shop has for glass and vape stuff.

This place is horrible, I had bought a glass piece for my bong and it was the wrong size, I went back and tried to exchange it for the right size and the Indian lady that works there acted like she didnt remember me. She refused to exchange it. I just threw it away and went to another shop where i can get great customer service. I will not be a customer there anymore and I have found a new tobacco shop where i can get all my glass peices from. Horrible place, horrible service and very cheap glass. DO NOT BUY A BONG OR PIPE FROM HERE GO SOMEHWERE ELSE!!! read more

Very good customer service, Brianna and Victor helped me out with everything I needed, walked out a happy customer, will defiantly come back again read more

Was there today doing my lotto. They have all you need. From dollar blunt wraps to glass pieces and parts.

Love this place, always know what I want and how to treat a customer. Also I want to thank Rosa for being such a wonderful person with a beautiful soul. Please ask for her when you are there she will definitely be able to help you. read more

Very dissatisfied with customer service today. We have been customers and have made several purchases. In the past if we found that the purchase was flawed when we got home we where able to come in and exchange. Now they have a sign and will not exchange item even when they do not wrap fragile items. The sales person just put in paper bag banging against each other. This tells me they know the quality is not good. They are more interested in a quick buck instead of keeping recurring business and customer satisfaction. SMH read more

I bought a diamond glass rig yesterday an a titanium nail for dabs and it broke I took it back to see if they could exchange it for me. I've been a customer here since they first opened. I will be returning their to see if they can further help me with the issues that I'm having and hopefully they can be resolved o an they don't let you use any Yelp % off which sucks so why are they a business if they can't show love or courtesy hopefully your stop an shop won't be as bad as experience as I just had last night. Thank you so much Rosa,Jackie you lady's are the greatest thanks you. read more

Zero stars if possible. Newly (20minutes before) activated debit card and only purchase before I went to work. 1 hour later someone in LA is filling up 94 dollars worth of gas. Coincidental? I think not. read more

Best prices I can't find anywhere else, on pretty much everything there. I've always been greeted in a friendly or respectable manner which is important when it comes to where I shop. Also everything is usually clean and organized the way I like it. I would give this place a 5 star rating but I save those for places that truly surprise me. So 4 1/2 sounds good. read more

I love this place. They carry my favorite blunt wraps!! Also at the cheapest cost... My boyfriend gets his butane here as well, a huge bottle for $1.99 that is normally $7 most places. Not to mention I purchased a beautiful blue and clear bong with three chambers, good glass for $60 , the customer service isn't pushy either read more

ATTENTION DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE this establishment sells fake and counterfeit products. I came here to buy a Kangertech Vape and the lady at the store told me that this was the best brand they sell blah blah blah. I bought it and returned home. When i filled it up with juice it wouldn't work at all. I went on Kangertech's website and went to the authenticity check link. I typed in the serial number and it turns out it is a fake product. I returned to the store to get my money back and the lady said that the store has a no return policy. She also said that I should've asked her if the product was real or not. She also said that if I wanted the product for cheaper of course it wouldn't be real. I was enraged and demanded to talk to the store owner. The owner eventually gave me my money back after insisting that he only sells authentic products. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The fact that both the owner and the store clerk are aware that they are selling fake products is not only immoral but also very disappointing. read more
