They had exactly what I needed. The staff was very friendly. The store was super clean. 5 stars!

I wouldn't shop here. My niece and I came in to buy a vape. We're both in our 30s. When it came to purchase and pay, he asked for my ID and I didn't have it on me at the time. My niece was also buying and pulled hers out. He refused to sell us the vape!! The establishment shouldn't refuse the sale because one person doesn't have a physical ID. and they have the nerve to have a sign over the door that says "we reserve the right to Over serve our customers" I would take that down cause the service was trash read more

This guy named fabian was outstanding at his job !!! Even though I couldn't get my nos and oil burner here it was still a pleasure read more

Amazing selection! Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable! They gave me a warm welcome and I will definitely make this my new shop!

Decent store, but don't take accountability for mistakes. I was given a 25mg salt nicotine juice when I bought a complete vape setup, a pack of coils, and juice last night, when I had told the employee multiple times I wanted 50mg juice. Called today to see if I could get the 50mg juice that I had originally asked for from the beginning and was told that they couldn't take the juice back as a return (legality, which makes sense) but that I would still have to pay for the 50mg juice even though it was their employee that had messed up and given me the wrong product. Kind of ridiculous, spent $100 on a setup and still have to pay again to fix an error which was the shop's fault - not mine. Have never had a vape or smoke shop be this stingy over an issue with a bottle of juice. read more

I spend hundreds of dollars everytime I make a purchase here and earned so many points. There was a line and a two people were ahead when I arrived. A couple other people arrived behind me and when it was my turn to have service and the person behind me just cut right in front of me. While I was looking at the selection ahead ready about to drop another couple hundred bucks on purchases. The person at the cash register didn't even acknowledge that I was there first before that person bought only a single cartridge refill for $15. It made me lose my place in line with everyone else and it made me quite upset. I just looked at the them and walked out. Went to another vape shop and they were grateful I came to make a purchase. Rude customer service and patrons here. read more

Amazing experience every time I come in! Love the staff and how helpful they have been!

I've purchased thousands of dollars of juice, equipment, etc from them over time. Last week I placed a relatively large order with them $160 range. A few days later my wife placed a similar order not realizing I ordered a few days before. the order was around midnight. I realized the mistake 2 minutes after placing the order. I immediately emailed them asking for them to cancel the order. They responded stating that to was too far along in the process & USPS was involved in some way (created a label or some ridiculous reason). I sent the message 2 minutes after ordering in the middle of the night. I responded explaining the situation & asking them not to send the package. They ghosted me. We do not trust this company & based on their reviews, you shouldn't either. They must have a massive amount of customers b/c if you read the reviews; they lose tons of them. I suggest not ordering from them. They're not interested in taking care of their customers. Straight up. Buy from Element or a reputable shop. I admittedly ordered there due to their prices; but it cost us. be smarter than giving these guys your money. 3 out of 5 stars is pathetic. read more

They have all the selection and every product and price can't be beat! Dude in the front is always helpful and informative. Thank you!

Just bought a new Mod and my reason of buying a new one was to be able to charge and vape at the same time. The guy I don't know his name but the bigger one said "yes I believe it does" so not that he doesn't know he sounded confident that it did. Well it doesn't and now I can't exchange it and just wasted over $50. I called and he said well I told you I wasn't sure that was a lie. Well this shop just lost a customer that would spend a lot here. He showed ZERO customer service. I won't be going back! read more

Me and my bro went in yesterday to get a vape and was amazed with this shop. We spoke with a super cool dude named Jake who was knowledgeable and informative. I was making small talk with other customers and one guy said he had been coming here for 5 years. That's how you know you in the right place. I really wanted to try the shrooms but it's been over 20 years! Maybe next month I'll come back and get one for my bday! read more

I've been going to this shop for about a year bc it's close to where I live. I went in last Friday and bought a geek bar which is close to 30$. After around 4 days it started to continue to vape after I stopped, I didn't think much about it until I noticed it was empty. I went to the shop and told them my device was defective, I was told that there was nothing they could even after I showed them that it was still vaping when I was not. They basically shrugged their shoulders at me. I wasn't expecting a new device free but at least a discount for selling me a defective one. Nope. I'm going to find a new shop. read more

Rude and unprofessional. I was listening to the music say N**** over and over again and I asked the clerk to change the song. He rolled his eyes and laughed it off. Well before I walked out, I said it's rude to play that type of music and he responded "everyone is 21" age had nothing to do with degrading a race, and a customer whose shopped there a plenty times. WILL NOT BE BACK. Will not recommend. Go to Smokers Boutique on Hellman. They know how to treat people read more

Poor experience.... I received a faulty or defective product.... I had NOT left the store. But my complaints went not only un answered. But. Un heard.... It stung a little as I've frequented this location. For years. 5+.... The Mngr. ryan .. wasn't in the mood!! No questions asked of me. No sampling of said product complained about. Not even a sniff test! There was Zero interest in helping me. already got my money so. Bye! Left a review.... Tried one last effort to conduct business ... but Ryans Pride would Not let it happen. Very Snarky he said oh. Surprised to see you after that review! (One that was removed) So i asked did they want my business or no?? He replied with. Im Not helping you! I don't think nobody else will. Looking to Jake another employee.... So i simply said ok. And walked out. I revised my review with the further info/ details but. Im guessing someone Complained enough to get it removed. So. Here we are. Buyer beware ! Review#2 read more

I have bought from them for years, Their Policy is no returns on opend items, which I get, but if you find out the vape juice bad after you open it but all you want to do is exchange it with less than one eighth of an ounce gone, THEY WILL NOT! Excellent Vape Shop for online ordering..I saw the question posed on Reddit a few months back whether Flawless Vape was a scam and had to quickly respond surprised that people even asked this question...I live in an area where the local selection is very limited.. So it was nice to see Flawless Vape was selling online again? (I think they stopped during the pandemic) ..I started ordering in 2019 after I relocated to Hawaii where shopping locally was increasingly difficult (Traffic and costs) Flawless Vape hands down has the best prices and product selection there is.. I've wavered to other shops pre pandemic that other people have raved about but there is always an issue with out of stock items or disposables not working..I can honestly say i have not had one single issue in any of the orders I've placed. read more

Super fast shipping great prices fresh ejuice. I live in Florida and they got my order to me in 2 days with regular shipping.

Shop says they close at 10pm. Made it by 9:58 and the neon signs were on, but the door was locked. Just saw the guy murmur something from behind the counter. Lazy ass. read more

Horrible service help. Bought a vape and two minutes later tried it in my car. It was bad juice so I went back in there to try to get a different one and they said that "I could buy another one". They refused to give me another one for replacement. They obviously care about there money more than there customers. They told me I can't take no for an answer when in reality I basically got scammed. For the inconvenience, I went to another shop told them my situation and they gave me 30 percent off. Smokers boutique is where it's at ! Btw she cussed me out so I told her my girl looks like you but 10 times prettier. She obviously didn't like what I said. Boom got banned for life and then they threatened me that they will call the cops. Treat me like family not a money maker for ur store. -him "not sir" read more

Good prices and authentic product. I still buy my coils here. The employees have always been respectful, but it seems that this is a chain, and the owner doesn't respond to customer complaints about issues that arise. This is unprofessional, and reflects the business badly, even if the employees do everything right. They have an online storefront that also has little to no support. Recently switched to another shop off Masi and Foothill that has higher prices, but also quality of service that is more client oriented. read more

They're very good at recommending vape juices. ALTHOUGH, I rate a 2 star because they sold me a wrong set of coil which leaked most of the juice in my tank. Basically, went through 2 bottles of juice in a week or two. (I don't use my vape a lot either) When I told them about it, they didn't even give me a discount or compensation for THEIR mistake saying it's my tank having a "faulty" thread for the coil. When I went back the second time of telling them about it and bought a different set of coil, will you look at that, the new set had fit perfectly. I'm very disappointed at this shop for being unprofessional about customer service concerning this type of matter. Wasted more than 40 dollars due to the coils and the juices that leaked. read more
