-The only thing decent is the location, but that doesn't really matter when other shops in the city have better pricing. -E-Cig City Upland has outdated or no-name devices: basically Alibaba mods resold with a 30$ up charge. The best brand they have is Smok, which is a shame since Smok's quality control is terrible, anyone who is familiar with the industry would not be selling these still. -Smok products are known to break often and are under warranty for 6 months not 90 days like the shop owner thought. This is well under the warranty and now I have to go out of my way to replace this mod, you guys should have offered to do it for me like MadVapes! -All vendor juice is overpriced, more than other shops. - E-Cig City Upland has no affiliation with the other E-Cig City 1-5, which are actually decent shops. Shout out to Riverside for letting me know. TL;DR: -This device broke in less than 90 days with normal use, shop owner doesn't know warranty info for his products. Customer service here is pretty awesome. The employees are very helpful, as the previous reviewers have noted. Juice prices are reasonably priced, but prices of batteries, cartomizers, and etc are HIGH. I try and buy those online or at other vape shops if I can help it, although a few things are the same price as other places. They also let you try out the different juices, and they will even add more nicotine if you desire a stronger juice. It's along the way of my commute, so I'll keep coming back. OH EM GEE. These ladies are hilarious. I couldn't have had more fun at a vape shop then I did at this grand opening. The lady that runs it, Kimmie, really poured her heart into it. She mentioned how pretty much every piece of their fancy furniture was hand made by her dad. They let me try so many juices at the bar I couldn't have puffed another puff. Like come on dude, little do you know, it's 2018 and I'm married to a hispanic woman whom birthed our beautiful daughter. Grow up. Anyway, they have a display case across from their registers, followed by ejuice containers on the shelf. I've been waiting for new glasses, so I cant see very well although it is very bright in there for a vape shop. So then, he says "BROTHA, excuse me BROTHA, you have to be on the other side." Fair enough, but please greet me like you did the other customer, which was different from how you talked to me. Okay, So at this point, I keep my composure and this younger guy approached me and greeted me like i was HUMAN, and as if I was one of his friends. Not BLACK. I explained to him that people always lie to me and say a juice is good, yet it ends up tasting like shit. HE pointed me to the right direction and told me about this neon green+blue gummy worm flavor. I purchased it for $25 bucks, and went to my car to test it out. I was very pleased and excited I didn't waste $25. In the midst of my excitement, I walked back up stairs to thank him, but I accidentally thanked the older gentleman with the glasses (because my eyesight sucks!). So to the older gentleman, cut the brotha shit dude. The young guy was more professional. You need to treat/greet everyone equal. I have never stole, never will. Coincidentally happened upon this place because they happened to carry a juice I got hooked on several cities away and wss super hard for me to find (beetlejuice) and they could not be more accommodating and considerate, especially given that I'm a girl and often receive the brush off from vape shops so often dominated by dudes making me feel uncomfortable. The owner here is so attentive and professional making me feel welcomed and always answers all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I love this place and the hours since I work all day it's wonderful that they're opened at night and have a huge selection. Been here several times, the employees are very friendly and helpful. A couple times they didn't have the nic strength I needed but they offered to mix some up with supplies they had on hand. Very nice. My ONLY complaint, I've come a few times right at opening and no one was there for 20 minutes before I gave up and left. Went here to get my girlfriend a vape, we talked to Chris and he recommended a set up she asked specifically if it would leak and he said no. We were initially pleased after our purchase but by the time we got home we noticed that the vape had leaked her juice in her purse. When we took it back we talked to Chris again and told him that it had leaked, he said well yeah it's gonna do that if you put it on it's side (would've been nice for him to tell us that when we asked the first time). We purchased another atomizer one and used it for few days only to find that the juice had got into the battery chamber. We brought it back and told him about the juice leaking and he said theres no way that can happen, as I drove back I passed Vape Industry and decided to stop in and ask. They looked at it and explained possible reasons that it could leak, they rebuilt the vape and it works much better than before. They were much more knowledge able and friendly and I wish we would've went there first. I wouldn't recommend coming here there's much better choices in the area. read more
