i was a regular customer until today. i come once a week to buy a vape. went this morning at 9:45am…read morebought a Geek bar went to puff on it and it was completely dead so i charged it up. went to use it and the battery dropped back to 0 and died. went back to the shop at 2:10pm to just do an even EXCHANGE for the same exact vape and flavor and the guy refused to exchange even with my receipt and the packaging it came in. you can clearly see the vape juice is at 100 but battery is at 0. asked where does it say that all sales are final since no where in the shop or the receipt does it say that. Will never go back, gladly take my money to another smoke shop that will do an even exchange when they sell a faulty vape.
