I have been vaping for about 15 years now and this is easily the best store I have stepped foot in. The owner is a great dude, his employee is also a good dude. The atmosphere is easy going and not stuck up or pretentious like some shops can be. If they don't have what you want or need they will get it for you and at a good price. Just a great experience all around. The have much more than vape stuff and you will be pleased with their selection. read more

Great customer service! Must come and shop!!! The workers are always so helpful and will help you when you have any questions. read more

Go to Vape shop in Riverside. Very good customer service and excellent deals. I first went there when me and my wife quit smoking. They gave us an excellent pair of Vape's and now my wife has completely quit smoking. Thanks guys read more

Ok this is an updated review. Ok lets start by saying the owner is a great guy! But the shop is way over priced! Been going for almost 2 years. I've been nickel and dimed to death. Got dubble charged one time for $11.99 wouldn't even hook it up for a free juice. Found a way better spot $30 for 2 30 mml juice. I mean come on! I would spend $300 a month there! Look i said good guy great sales man.. but if he can't even hook up a repeat customers for 2 years. Problems for sure..... great juice select but it's not worth the extra $buck! Go to suprem vape supplies on Van Buren and Magnolia way better prices and and not tring to sell you a Pinto for the price of a Mustang! Even Vape Castle somkes this cat! Sorry Gabe should haven't been greedy! read more

I love this shop, I'll go out of my way to come here. The owner is awesome, and anytime I need help he's always willing to take the time to explain things. The prices are affordable, and he has a huge selection of juices and NicSalts. If he doesn't carry something or he doesn't have something in stock he's more than happy to order it for you. I highly recommend this place. read more

The first time I went it was ok...the prices were a little high but they had what I needed. The second time I went in, I was hard sold on something I didn't want even to the point that they said they didn't have what I asked for (even though when I walked in they said they did). After repeatedly telling the salesman (owner? not sure) that I didn't want the device he was pushing at me I just left and went to Ecig City (and got what I wanted without being hassled and badgered to buy something else). I've been vaping since 2008...I know what I want and don't need a lot of help. I have plenty of devices and was just looking for a small, inexpensive, pocketable device on this trip but was being sold the newest gizmo (that they have too much of and just want to get rid of). There are plenty of shops out there. My advice is to pass on this one. read more

This will be my new go-to vape shop! Gabe was awesome and took the time to explain all things about vaping to me. Some vape shops make you feel pretty dumb but not here. Gabe was friendly and professional. He got me all set up with a Smok ProColor kit and some juice. Prices are very reasonable. I will always support small business. After everything was set up and purchased. Gabe was awesome and we chatted and watched the game for a bit. Just a nice friendly business where you feel welcome and no pressure to buy. If you need some juice or a mod kit I recommend coming here. read more

Smoked Out Vapors - Awesome shop! Great selection of juices and great prices on mods - Vape Shops Near Me - Riverside, California

I'm kind of picky about flavors and like to sample before I buy. I usually go to ecigcity and they have all their flavors in individual tanks for you to try. These guys just have open bottles of some juices and no test RDA or anything. Other places I've been usually have a RDA you can use to sample. Flavors get mixed together and it's not the best way but it's something. My only option here was to smell or put a drop on my finger to taste. There was one guy who was super pushy and was pushing boxes on me saying "you'll love this one. Get this." Most were ones I previously tried and didn't like. I just got the feeling they wanted me to leave but I had only been in there a few minutes and was the only customer. I wound up getting one I knew I liked and one on their recommendation. I didn't like it all. They do have a decent selection and with the 2 bottles for $30, the price is right. I can see myself going back for something ecigcity doesn't carry but I'll make sure to bring my own RDA. read more

I see all of these five star reviews but I didn't think it was that great. I went in for some batteries and was charged more than I should have been and asked about some of their MODS and tank and everyone of them were over priced, It does look nice inside but I just don't like paying more than I should be for my supplies. When I need vaping supplies I go somewhere else. read more

Allow me to start by saying, on yelp, i usually like doing tips and don't write reviews unless i was REALLY upset with service or quality, or if i was REALLY satisfied with service or quality.. and in this case i was super satisfied with service AND quality and feel compelled enough to write this review. I decided to buy a new vape (after using cheap liquor store vapes for the last few months) so went to ANOTHER shop before i came to Smoked out Vapors, the other shop (which will remain unnamed) was seemingly getting upset and impatient at my lack of knowledge of Vapes and gave me attitude every time i asked them a question. So i decided to leave that vape shop and came into Smoked Out Vapors... Right when i arrived, i was greeted with a happy welcome.i was given undivided attention and clear and understandable answers.. with all these different types of vapes i noticed i asked a lot of "Whats the difference between this and this" questions, and the employee,i didn't get his name :(, broke down the difference to a little vape noob like me. He made it so easy for me to make my decision on which vape would be good for me, gave me suggestions on flavors (which broke me out of my flavor shell) and offered to help if i have any other issues with my vape in the future..the people of Smoked Out Vapors seem extremely dedicated in pleasing the customer. I can't see myself going to another place for any of my vaping needs. After leaving, i feel i know ALOT about my specific vape and i learned a good about vapes in general, all thanks to shop. read more

Checked out this shop today, it's right around the corner from our new place! First impression, awesome stock! Just as fully stocked as ecig city and only down the street! The guy that helped me out was cool too! They have mod set deals which is great too! Shop is pretty cool and simple. Really chill setting and good vibe! I will definitely have to come back and add more to this review after several more visits! read more

This place is freaking awesome. I'm from OC originally and just moved to Riverside, and I have to say I was completely losing hope in vape shops out here until I found Smoked Out Vapors. I had been to three different shops before I found this place, and every single one of them had horrible prices even if they pretended to work with you to get a deal, and one place even sold me batteries with one of them being from a test vape, so completely dead and well used, not new. So that's what I had come to expect from vape shops out here until I found this place. They have awesome daily deals on their products, and unlike the other shops, actually willing to work with you and get you the best price on your mods or tanks or w/e you're in there for. They also have a really cool interior and environment, with external battery charging stations if you're just kicking it. I came here for my boyfriend's birthday and he was able to get a box mod for more than $15 off retail value, AND they even threw in free batteries to go with it! Unmatched service ;) As if that wasnt good enough, we got amazing offers on their juices and walked out w two 100ml bottles and a 60 ml for a stupid good price. Definitely the best shop I've been to, and that's including the ones I went to in OC! Stop by, you wont be sorry and I bet it'll be your new go to shop. P.S. It should also go without saying but i'll say it anyway, the customer service here is totally on point. the guys who worked that day are totally friendly and knowledgeable. read more

Once again I had a great experience at Smoked Out Vapors. We had been looking for a stainless steel Praxis and didn't have any luck at the other local shops. One call to Smoked Out and I had the product in hand 3 days later (ordered specifically for us) and $20 cheaper. Can't beat that! Thanks again Smoked Out for your outstanding customer service. As always, it was a easier doing business with you!! read more

I just now left the shop out of all the vape shops I been to I have never been so dissapointed the only one worker there needs more training with his customer service and they don't have there ejuices out for sample so when I did ask him what custard flavors do you have he said, "Just go on the instagram and you will see all of them there" mind you there was maybe a few and while I was looking up the juices he kept asking me, "so are you ready? Do you know what you want?" instead of recommending me a flavor. So if you are in a hurry and absolutely don't care about customer service this would be your stop. NEVER AGAIN. read more

Came in today because I forgot my eliquid at home (bummer) anywho went in told them what I liked and they had a couple choices but I was smitten with the crunch time. They do have great customer service and knowledgeable about the liquid they carry. The store was very clean! With all that said they are definitely a bit more expensive then my usual place. I paid $29 for a 60ML and that was with a 10% discount. I normally pay $25 at my normal place and Sunday I went to Stella and paid $25 for 2 bottles a total of 75ml. If I'm in the area I would go back. Good place though read more

Wow! I was amazed at how polite and helpful the employees were! I wish I could remember the guy's name): but he showed me how to build my Turbo V3 tank! There wasn't any condescending remarks or eye rolls, which is normal from my past experiences with vape shop employees, he made sure everything made sense to me! Now I am in love with my tank! Also, I was recommended to try the Strawberry Cheese Cake juice and I love it! The 10% off for the juice was a wonderful bonus! I will be returning! Hands down best vape shop experience in Riverside. read more

This place is rad, owned and operated by a really cool laid back couple that treat you right "newbie" or not. They have really good quality ejuice, I went with the blue label elixir daddy's juice and it's bomb... They let you drip any juice you want @ your desired MG, they even have the organic cotton strips @ $4 for atleast a 2 months supply. Good lookin out smoked out vapor, you've gained another customer for sure Z read more

Awesome place!!! They had juices that most places in the IE don't have. I'm so excited to continue going here for my juices!!!!

Best prices by far, and huge selection. These guys hook it up! I'll be back for sure. Well worth the drive.

Over priced, don't have enough testers, they use the same one without cleaning the tip or using new ones. Will try to hustle you to purchase things you do not need, new vapers be aware. I'm sticking to Ecig city in riverside.. I'm tired of all these scam shops. read more

Very knowledgeable, super friendly and professional staff. I've recommended many friends and coworkers here and they would all say the same about this shop. read more

@ their new location and have to say prices are way up their. My second time coming to this shop. Once at the old location and once at the new location. Was in need of some ejuice and said agh I'll grab a quick 30ml bottle, thinking agh it won't be to much. Pffft. Unless they have a sale on Instagram or something stay away. For a 30ml bottle of a ejuice, that I never heard about. It was 26$ out the door. I was FLOORED, I needed some juice so I paid it and walked out. I will never recommend this to friends or family for their Vaping needs unless they have a sale going on. read more

I've been to ALOT of vapor shops on Riverside, orange county, my brother in law even owns a very fancy shop in GG. This place is a favorite because the guy who helped us (maybe Gabe?) Is so completely helpful. He wasn't pushy, although he did let me know what I was really in need of so I did spend more than I wanted to initionally, he was just so informative, patient and respectful. Gave us lots of samples to try, favorites are pink starburst and Love Potion. The other guys hanging out in the store vaping were friendly and joined in on the conversation. Definitely gave the feeling that we were hanging out amongst friends. Will be returning for sure! Only reasons I took 2 stars off was becauseI realy enjoy having a menu to look at juice flavors and because the location was hard to find. read more

This place is great. The staff is friendly and they have a really good selection of vapes. Found my new go to spot!

If I don't feel like driving 10 miles to ecig city I go here witch is only a mile. The owner is definitely a hustler and the juice is a wee bit pricey. read more

Nice friendly staff, knowledgeable. -1 star for the following reason(s): I called in to see if they had authentic Joyetech eGo Twist batteries, and the person on the phone said yes, they "got them from Joyetech". I came in to buy one, and they sold me a clone. The reason I know it's a clone is because it doesn't have the trademark symbol next to the product label on the battery, or Joyetech's branding on the bottom of the battery. So maybe the didn't know they were buying clones, but, it's still a clone. The battery I bought, however works fine so far. The only other thing is I got bombarded with attempted up-sells on tanks, juice, etc by 3 different people in there. Otherwise, I would recommend trying this place out. read more

Super Friendly Customer Service!! Prices are cheaper then other shops in the area. Definitely will be going back.

No words can express the experience I had in this place but all I can say is they made a returning customer out of me

One of the worst brick and mortar I. Been too.. by far .. unknowledgeable staff .. not very friendly they just stood there watching the football game while I stood at the bar .. outdated testing equipment a very old RDA with dripped over cotton god knows how Many time I was tasting favors from every ejuice in the place very small selection and can you say Up charge!!!!! I been going to ecig city for over 4 years and will not go anywhere else after this experience. The people at ecig city. One of the worse vape shops around me and my friend went in there to get a atty and they told us that my turtle ship v2 was not firing right and that they could fix it and that they where a turtle shop dealer so I was like alright cool so they check it out did whatever they did too it so I got it back and it was a 100 times worse then it was when I headed it too them I was pissed I will never go back there. If you're serious about quality e-cigs and flavors that actually have nicotine, don't waste your time at a generic smoke shop where all of it is Chinese oils. Go to this place instead.
