For a smaller shop, they have a large selection of quality glass, especially nectar collectors, at prices that are astonishingly low. Torches too! Everything you buy comes in its box, and that is how you know it didnt just fall off of a truck, and that it is the real deal. Last but certainly not least, the staff is so friendly and kind. I always have my dog Bubby with me, who can be a naughty boy who barks at everyone. Instead of getting angry, the guy we usually see working there (i should really get his name) insisted on becoming friends with him and now they are best buddy's! He even helped me get something out of Bubbys eye once! Now THAT is the way to treat customers, and thats the reason why we only come to Zanga and skip all the other smoke shops in this town.

After some small talk, I paid for the cigar and He asked if I wanted him to cut the cigar for me. I have a cutter at home, but said sure why not? Please cut it for me. After searching for a couple seconds, he found his cutter - but things turned strange quickly. He defensively asked "Do you want me to smoke it for you too?". Huh?? Sir, you offered to cut it for me! I laughed it off and said no. But he strangely turned aggressive/defensive and stared me down eye-to-eye for a couple seconds. And then handed me the cigar back and asked me to open it. Again, HUH? I'm unsure what angle he was taking, or if he was on drugs. But for whatever reason, the situation quickly turned awkward. I asked for the cigar back - which he handed me - and told him I'd just cut it at home. As I left he said "My hands are full bro"....again, huh???? I'm not sure what was wrong with him. I've been to this shop multiple times before but this will be my last time. TOBACCO BUZZ is only a couple streets down (past Kaiser) and I've never been treated like this. Will continue going there!
