This place is hands down the best. Quick to get in and out and really convenient location. Never had any issue with the staff in the slightest. Had an ecig battery come defective from the manufacturer and they gave me a new one and apologized without so much as an explanation of when I bought it or anything. read more

I've purchased items here before a couple times. I would buy some crappy off brand puff bars that would last at most a day and a half that were $7 each. But then, I was sold a fake puff bar about a week ago. Compared it to an authentic one and there were discrepancies. The light on the bottom was noticeably dimmer, and it burnt out after 1 day of use. The price of it made it suspicious because it was cheaper than all other local smoke shops ($9 and some change compared to $12+ in most other places). Came in yesterday around 5pm to buy two things. It was an empty store so this should be quick. The guy at the counter helped grabbed the first item but as soon as someone he knew came in, he completely ignore me.He started helping the other guy grab his stuff and started talking about hookahs. I even waited a few more mins and he still continued to talk to the other guy so I walked out. This place is closer to my house but after this incident they will be losing my service. Walked in this place to buy a smoke buddy earlier last week the guy tried to sell me the most expensive one the bigger size one I asked if he had the travel size and he says "no it's all we have" my cousin sees the travel size notably cheaper and the guy is upset because my cousin pointed it out no biggie I get the travel one way cheaper and leave. I returned today around 8:46pm I asked a simple question about the wrapping papers in regards to size as I have a roller that can fit king size raw papers and I asked the same man behind the counter if the paper next to raw paper is the same size and he replied "come on man can't you see them right there, they're the same size" the guy gave me an attitude yet again for asking a question about the paper size which btw he was wrong about it was actually too big and not "the same size" as he claimed with a cocky attitude. Bottom line the guy has an overpriced selection of the same items you can get at CIG CITY right down the street notably cheaper and They won't treat you like you're a burden save yourself the trouble I've seen this guy act like a scum bag with multiple customers in the pass. read more

Aweful customer service !! I have come here for years and today there was an employee in there helping me get a glass piece and after a few min of talking he said all were half off so I reached in the glass and grabbed one gently hen he shouted let me help you and I bumped another one (less than 20$ price that was 6 inches tall) and it fall and I get so bad I helped him clean it all up with my hands and apologized profusely and I was going to still buy the one I initially had and he threatened to call the cops if I didn't pay for it (no law saying you have to pay for broken merch) and I told him that after he aggressively tried to make me pay and then he refused to let me leave and then I proceeded to ask him "are you detaining me against my will? Are you illegally detaining me for accidental breakage of a small piece ?" And he kept saying "we will see what the police have to say!!" I was only able to catch the last part of the conversation on video where he called his manager I told him "look I have been coming here for years and now because of you I'm never coming back because you threatened to call the cops and illegally detained me in your building" and he sill refused to let me leave and I recorded him saying he was refusing to let me leave too.
