New and up and coming vape shop in Chino!!! So i decided to drop by this place on a friday night and this place was cracking!! they havent had their official grand opening yet but last night they had a DJ with a nice vaping crowd to hang out and talk with. I was told the official grand opening would be sometime in July. My intentions were just to look around and try vape flavors but i ended up buying a whole new mechanical mod. I ended up getting the k-100 and nimbus drip tank at a very reasonable price. Sean, the guy helping me, was very knowledgeable on all their products and took his time to make sure i left with something i would be happy with. After buying the nimbus there was a group of people to the side of the store that put the mod together. Adrian, the guy who set up my mod, was very knowledgeable at what he does and made sure he set it up the way i wanted it. After getting the whole mod set up Sean took time to show me how to use the whole thing and to make sure i got the best out of my new mod. After 1 full day of vaping with my new mod im loving vaping a lot more. The flavors taste a lot better and im blowing bigger clouds! I never thought id ever be vaping with a drip tank! Everyone needs to check this place out for all your vaping needs!! they wont disappoint. Ask for Sean. I was told that this vape store would be open til about 2am daily so it gives people a place to hang out when they're not doing anything or if they just want to hang out after the bars/clubs. They are located in a very big strip mall so parking is easy. Horrable customer service all the time does not matter who is working there. Bought a vape year ago paid full price now it's defective and melting and turning the dude would not even look or talk to me. I don't write one star reviews. This has been horrible. About two weeks ago I call them to ask if they have Aspire Plato coils or if they can order them. She doesn't know, she has to ask what that even is. She gets back to me and asks again and I tell her again. She goes and asks again and confirms they have them in stock! I tell them I am on my way. Get there, and when I walk in it's empty except for the people behind the counter and no one said a thing to me. I looked at the girl behind the counter and said, "I called?" And some guy comes behind a back curtain and finally greets me. I'm guess he's the owner. So, I give him my vape (tank style) and he rips the coil out while it's partially full and then tells me this isn't the right coil. Are you kidding?? He says it was some miscommunication and it's no problem he can order it and then I can come back and buy it in a few days. I'm mad but not entitled to anything because I haven't spent any money-- only time and gas. He almost forgot to take my phone number. It's been over two weeks now and I haven't heard from him and don't expect to. I could have ordered them online and had it here by now myself. Look, to each their own, but I don't think this is a great way to run any business. I have not spent any money at this establishment (thankfully) but considering how many great options there are, I don't think I will be. read more

I've been to this "vape shop" 3 times now. I gave it a good chance. (It failed) The first time I came was because a friend took me here, and it was cool the guy hooked my friend up their house juice because it was his birthday.. Then the other two times I came looking for the same house juice my friend was given that day, but both times they were out and said it would be weeks for them to have it again... No one really wanted to help at all, they were on their phones and no one knew anything about any of the juices they actually did have there, all around horrible customer service.. On top of lack of juice selections and being out of everything, it smells like weed and dogs covered in air freshener. This is nothing more than a place to breed dogs, smoke weed and hang out if you know the people. I wish I could give this place negative stars. I will not be coming back here at all I rather go all the way down central to so-cal where I got my convict mod, and great juice. read more

This place used to be great. They've gone through multiple management/staff changes and that's fine, it happens... I understand that. There used to be super friendly and helpful staff but now there is almost always just this one guy. He's always sitting around moping and seems bothered that I would dare ask him to get up and help me. But that's not really the reason I'm giving this place a bad review. Lazy employees don't really bother me. What bothers me is that every time I ask how much a coil is or a juice is he gives me a different price. A couple week back the juice that I've been buying weekly for months was suddenly $5 more than normal ($27 for the bottle). No big deal, I understand prices fluctuate. He told me juice price has gone up. A few days later I went in for the same juice. It was now back to its normal price ($22) but my coil was $8 instead of the regular $4. A couple days after that I went in to buy a whole pack of coils, he wanted $20 for a pack of coils (not the same as the ones previously mentioned) that has always cost $8 (for the whole pack). When I mentioned that he just sighed and said "fine, $8 then". Also the juice was $2 more than normal ($24). That is extremely sketchy to me. Looks like this guy is skimming cash off the top of the sales. Prices on items like that don't fluctuate that wildly. I'm going to contact the owner to let them know what's been going on and to look into it. But I also need other customers to be aware of this too. Pay attention to the prices you're paying and make note when the prices rise and fall seemingly on whim. read more

This was one of the first vape shops I went to because it was close to my house. When they opened they had an amazing juice selection and my buddy Rito worked there so hanging out was like chilling with a buddy. Then they switched over to their house juices and very little else.That is suicide for any shop. The customer service sucks, and that guy roper is a dick. I've known him since high school and he does nothing for me on customer service. The owner is probably the only cool person in that shop. The prices are murder for what you're getting. There's a pool table in there too, and one of them stole my cue I brought in (I know what you're thinking, "why would you bring your own cue into a vape shop"). Shitty service, shitty selection, shitty shop. Do not recommend. If there was an option to give negative stars, I definately would give it a -5 read more

3 pack of coils was $22+tax after calling around for prices on coils I found that 2 other shops sold the coils for 15$ and told me not to pay over 17$. After hearing this I went back down there to try and resolve my issue but was only left more disappointed. This shop has gone down hill in the last couple months and if I were you I would take my business elsewhere. Unreal how poor their customer service is and garbage the establishment is run. Plenty of other vape places in town with better customer service and prices. Hope this place gets shut down soon. Such a shady hole in the wall. I will not return and I will be telling everyone about my experience here. read more

Stopped by a few months ago on my way to work. I ended up picking up a Pyrex Carto Tank but realized it was leaking juice. I went back later on in the day and I have to say that the service here is really amazing. Guy that helped me out was extremely knowledgeable and immediately realized that the tank was missing an o-ring. He took care of the problem, apologized for the inconvenience caused, and then hooked me up with a tank of Ruthless juice. I really liked the atmosphere at this spot as well as how they conduct business. Big shout-out to my man who helped me out. Came in because I got food in the area and wanted a rebuild on my derringer and this place was very welcoming. Got right off to just chatting and asked if I needed anything right away. Roper (hope I spelled his name right haha) was really chill and even when we had a few problems with some bad screws for my atty, he offered to even use his own to get mine working. His builds are on point and just talking with their staff and the locals felt like it was a shop I could come back to any time. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area! read more

I come here because they have a large selection. The guys who work there are always great. When you search this place on your iPhone's maps it says they're open until 3am on Friday's and Saturday's but it's wrong. I believe they close at midnight on those days. I noticed when I came in to buy some stuff they said the total was $100 and my bank statement said they charged me $108. I think they forgot to include tax, but they should mention that. Place really went downhill. They make their own juices in the back like they are hiding or something. Don't even get me started on the owner. I actually bought a mod there. I paid $60. Found the same one online after four 35. The magnets in the switch were broken, the mod was dirty as hell. Looked used. I also bought a kayfun. Roper sold me a damaged one that had messed up threads. It was obviously used too. Just a Mickey mouse organization. Never get my business again. Also the juice selection is lack luster. Especially with the vaping ape right down the street. Now there's a juice selection. The old crew from the element all quit on the same day. That should tell you something. They opened up their own shop in the Pomona indoor swap meet called fog. @fog_vapeshop on ig. Waaaaaaay better prices, better builds, just better. I thought the place was cool at first. The more time I spent there, the more I saw, what was really going on. Id also never vape their house brand again. I should have researched before buying still never going back. I am not sure if they sell authentic merchandise now. Walked in and was welcomed by an old friend. Otter than. It seemed like the workers didn't care about me and only saw me as someone with money. They asked what kind of mod I was interested and immediately started telling me about a "better" mod. I was only there for juice and they kept pushing the hardest hitting mod on the market on me saying they could get it today and when I said it looked kind of ugly the white guy immediately said "it's not ugly bro" and seemed offended as if he contributed to the design. My opinion is my opinion. Shut the hell up, I'm not going back because I felt like they were just trying to sell me stuff I didn't want. Won't be going back, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. As I was there being curious about there flavors, all but 2 workers went into the back of the shop and a very harsh smell of weed came through the back door. It made me pretty irritated. I get there and it looks like a high school hangout zone with the lingering smell of weed. They ask if they can help me and I ask about the cereal juice.
