This is my go-to store. They actually do have the cheapest prices in town, a couple and their son works their. The son is just a pure doll, they are all very knowledgeable and so very helpful and kind. They are those people who have genuinely good hearts and will go out of their way to try and help you with anything you need. They have a nice cigar humidifier room (I'm not sure what they're actually called, sorry for my ignorance on the topic) The son especially knows a lot about vapes. I refuse to go anywhere else than this store due to their supply, kind nature, and amazing customer service. They are so kind and know so much and are willing and more than happy to answer any questions. The cigars i smoke aren't super common, in fact the only other gas station that sells them sells them for $10.89 a BOX but, here at cigarettes plus they're sold for $6.50, but through my time as a customer here, they know when I come in, and ALWAYS special order them for me in a larger quantity in order to assure that they are never out (unlike every other shop I used to go to, they were constantly out of my cigars, even when they knew I would be coming to buy them, they just wouldn't order enough, this place does an phenomenal job assuring that my "regulars" are always stocked and fresh for me) when I became a regular customer here they made certain to always order enough to make sure they had my cigars in stock for me! An example of their above and beyond customer service is, I was going to be about 15 minutes late (after the store closed) I called ahead to double check the hours, when I said ok I'll see you guys tomorrow when you open then, I'm going to be able 15 minutes later than planned, they told me not to worry at all, they know I work at a hospital so I have VERY long hours and a very limited schedule, so they stayed open an additional 20 minutes (with no extra pay) to assure I got my cigars. That is beyond excellent customer service and they truly didn't have to do that. Yet they did and did not make me feel like a hassle or inconvenience (even though I'll fully admit that I was!). Some smoke shops can make you feel uncomfortable, shady, or else like the employees are kind of stuck up. Not here, this is just an example of a family who works their tails off to help make their customers happy. Do yourself a favor, go here, not only will you get the (literal guaranteed) cheapest prices in town, you'll meet an amazing family who's genuine kindness and work ethic will blow you away and this will become your new favorite shop. I feel like their son deserves special notice, this young man is one of the hardest working, most grateful and gracious, intelligent, and just overall kindest man I know. He is very knowledgeable and he makes a conscious decision to learn as much as he can, he bends over backwards for you. The entire family is wonderful, but the son works this store the most, and I just really feel like he deserves a special shout out for his insanely great work ethic. Just got my first box mod here. The shop is clean and has a wide range of units and juices to choose from. Patrick was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful without being pushy. He suggested a unit that suited my needs and explained its pros and cons compared to other units. I didn't feel like he was trying to up-sell me at all. He showed me how to load the tank and put in a new coil, and primed it for me. The prices of the units are a little higher than you might find on an online discount retailer, just like any other vape shop.
