After talking to three people and having to wait 10 minutes for an answer, they told me it was my fault because I paid for the items and didn't see it. And then offered me a promo code for "the loss". People don't spend on things they can't smoke. So why would I ever come back if I'm just going to get stuck with 200 garbage again? I tried to explain that I have something very similar to ALS, and indica is what I smoke medically to move properly. Hybrid is not only useless, it ca actually cause strokes in patients like myself. They literally did NOT care. When I left, the general manager smirked at me, literally smiling at my pain because I couldn't get what I paid for.
