I called and explained the same exact situation over the phone ahead of time that I explained when I got there and was still told to come in. The defective Vuze cart would send me to the hospital if I attempted to use it. It's not the taste it was broken and melting inside. I did email Vuze but they never responded and as one of their distributors you've failed to take accountability for the products you PROUDLY sell. There is no excuse for selling products that could severely effect your customers health negatively. He grabbed a random substitute item & suggested I try it, didn't make any sense. First time experiencing a failed online database along with poor customer service. I wouldn't go as far to say don't trust the online systems but definitely call in ahead just to make sure your items are in stock, even then I wouldn't count on it. read more

I've been to both dispensaries in loma linda and in Moreno Valley the staff is friendly but most of their product is fake carts. At the Moreno Valley location they told me before I paid it was 100% authentic and I get to the car it's obviously fake. It's not the cart the product comes in it's not even a strain I've seen before. Yes it's cheaper but in my experience that's why you're not feeling high or it's not as strong because it's vitamin e oil and fungicide carts with a fraction of the intended THC they are ripping you off. So I politely asked my money back but she refused my refund, I told her it hasn't even been taken out of it's wrapping the second I saw the cart was fake I brought it back, but she refused me and said the brand does a-lot of repackaging. I paid in cash so I couldn't dispute the charge with my bank. So don't go here unless u want watered down shit carts. I really don't care I always politely ask to exchange the fake carts or my money back as I'm not trying to come for anyone but this is the first place who refused my refund. You're a piece of shit for that. I'm not gonna smoke some nasty shit that makes my throat hurt and makes me cough way more than the original brand. I'm really bummed. I drive an hour to get to this place. Most of the people that work there are cool, and prices are decent on rosin, and edibles. Flower is much cheaper at a few other spots, literally almost half the cost in certain brands. My disappointment comes from last night. I went over there to get some community rosin (great for ticket). I ordered a 2g jar of Guava Juice after having a conversation about the diff flavors. I got the wrong jar in my bag, it was literally the flavor I don't like (gastro pops), I ordered Guava Juice, and did t get it. This is the second time my order was wrong when I got home. I called in to let them know and they said sorry you're stuck with it. Nothing I can do, we do t take any returns on flower or rosin. I said I don't order this though, you gave me something I don't want. They said we won't take it back. Customer service is everything. You could have made it right. Now I will go elsewhere and encourage my friends to do the same. Mistakes can be costly when not addressed properly. That's how companies sink. BAD FORM read more

Crazy that they can't "accept change" I was literally short two dollars and had 8 quarters to make two dollars and I'm told we don't accept change. It's literally legal tender and it was the even amount he didn't even have to give me change or anything just take the 2 dollars in quarters literally the rest was in cash also.
