My son took me to this speakeasy-style dispensary just so I could see what it was like. I don't smoke or participate in any of these funtivities, but I still had a great time checking the place out. The staff were very nice, though the guy at the front definitely needed a few reminders that I was his mom From the outside, it looks like a tiny sitting area with books lining the walls--super low-key and cool. Then you realize there's a secret entrance, which made the experience even more fun. Once inside, everything was well organized, and the staff looked radiant in their uniforms. The color really stood out and added to the vibe. Cassidy, the cashier who helped my son, was hilarious. My son basically told her I was a nerd, and she asked if I wanted to start with gummies I politely declined since I've never had the desire to partake--maybe someday, but today was not that day. Overall, it's a cute spot with great energy. I'm assuming the products are fantastic because the place was pretty busy. Bonus points for free onsite parking. I definitely recommend stopping in! The entire staff deserve the rest of the year off with pay but, I have a feeling customers would disagree if the joint is closed during one of the most important times. read more

What are pick up over even for? I made one so i wouldn't have to wait in line, and just be able to pick it up. The guy in the front attending everyone told me i still had to wait although i paid for my order and got a notification it was ready. He let all his friends go back and made sure that they were attended to. The guy seemed slow and sounded like he was under the influence. Good prices and selection of things. Customer Service in the front could have been better since that is the first thing we notice as we come in. read more

I could not wait to write this review. Very unprofessional, horrible customer service. When I first started going here I absolutely loved it. The check in team, and the people in the back. Then they hired some fat Hispanic security guard who sits in the front and he's always extremely rude and condescending. But I still continued to shop with a positive attitude. I built positive rapport with the manager and owner (which I thought) until last night. Unaware that the city told them they can't stay open till 10 and last call is at 9:45 I placed an order and went to pick it up at 9:48 when I was informed they were closed. I laughed it off though mad because I spent money to get there. I was going to come back after work the next day. I paid yet again for my uber to the dispensary and asked if I could just pick up my order that I placed the night before. The POINT of ordering ahead of time is convenience so I'm CONFUSED why you have to wait in line. I asked very very nicely and the security guard told me I couldn't cut but he would go get the manager. I said okay because he had good character and I had high hopes considering my uber was only a 5 minute wait time. He comes out and immediately starts being extremely rude. Even had the nerve to say that "it's not his fault that I caught an uber" unaware of peoples life circumstances. I exited with my integrity and respect. However NO ONE should shop here. Wait times are long and they always have new workers that stay high on the job. Even messed up my order a few times to where I have had to come BACK. A professional would've demonstrated empathy and compassion and understanding that not everyone is aware of this new rule and they have the smallest sign located inside the dispensary on those jail bird bars. And would've accommodated like MANAGER SHOULD. With a frustrated client. I sent all my friends here and my Roomates. I will be telling everyone on here and social media to stop shopping here. Update : now the second cart I purchased went out & it's not even worth exchanging because I was told it was my fault with the first cart. I really love this dispo but don't buy the MUHA MEDS DISPO CARTS it is not it right now. Such a same a shame since I spent money on it without being able to exchange it even tho it's not a working a third time. Now it's a whole different strain & battery. I've had purchased other carts from here and never had this issue. My battery won't even read the the third cart. And I know I can't exchange it because of what the manager Told me. read more

You guys are tripping on this place! Have been going over a year and a half on and off when I am around. These days going every two weeks or so, but with the new 2025 cannabis taxes in effect, this is the place to be if you're sliding through Moreno Valley. Weedmaps online menu updates every 4 hours or so not bad. Went in got a 28g of smalls house beans and 1g house brand concentrate. With taxes all of that just for under $59, come on bang for your buck! Nice customer service. Quick check in with security. Also feels cool to enter and push through the trapdoor I might say. Only holdback for me is more inventory, if they're pushing more house brand well let's do it more strains more options for the customer. If they're pushing cbx or west coast cure whenever then more options for those please.
