Seemed like a cool place. CIGARETTES I went in there to grab a pack of "American Spirits" -$7 a pack- (not for me, I hate cigarettes). The Indian guy behind the counter was extremely nice, and we even had a lil chat about how credit card companies charge businesses a percentage to use their services. He told me that small business around Perris don't usually take AmeX. While sitting in my car for a bit, right out front in a green "20 Minute Parking" spot, I noticed that several people were going in and out. Seemed like a very popular place. If this place gets a lot of business from the locals, Smoke n Gifts must be doing something right. CIGARS I also noticed that they sell around 8 different types of cigars for around $7ish bucks. "Punch" and some "Churchill's" were what I noticed from a quick glance, not sure about the quality, though they didn't seem like they were in any type of Humidor :/ They have a lot of interesting stuff in there, like a variety of smoking accessories and even hunting knives. I have been coming to this smoke shop for months now I was a regular customer bought multiple vape pens and liquids from here till last night I went to buy my wife some liquid and bought the one with 0 nicotine ie. naked and a new cartomizer we'll the liquid I got tasted horrible kind of a nail polish taste it was so bad I went back today an he said well that's the risk you take by buying the liquid I got upset at his remark will not be returning to this smoke shop anymore. He sells used liquids since some are full and others aren't.. I have been shopping here for a few months now the owner is awesome also friendly and likes making his customers feel welcome.I had to replace my cigarette making machine I bought online it was crap I explained to him and wanted to buy a new Top-o-Magic from him and instead of just wanting to make a sale he said it was probably the operator and made a few suggestions. Nothing worked it was a faulty machine. I purchased one from Smoke n Gifts and he took it out of the box and explained how to use it and care for the machine. He also knows what I want when I walk in and often gives me free lighters. I highly recommend driving the extra few miles to purchase all of your smoke needs. read more

The Indian owner had a bad attitude because I asked for matches and tried to sell me a lighter. Not long ago matches were a courtesy along with a pack of cigarettes. The guy refused to give me a light. He must have thought me homeless cause I was working on my gas line. I was upset and I told him that it was a nice welcome to the neighborhood. I refused to pay for the cigarettes. I will take my business elsewhere. Ask him for matches and was willing to pay for them. He was one rude MF. I would ship him back to India trade him in for one who is at minimum aware that this is America and one should strive to please the customer or be courteous enough to treat people with some decency. read more

I don't personally smoke but my Mom does, so I wanted to get her something different. I went in and the man working the store was very friendly and knowledgable. He asked me what she currently smokes and what I was looking to get here. I said I wanted to be able to make the cigarettes at home. So he grabbed the filter tubes from the various different boxes of tubes and explained why those tubes are closer to what she smokes now, he grabbed the loader machine and explained to me how it works, and demonstrated it and the suggested tobacco that wouldn't be too different from her current choice. My Mom was happy with what he set me up with and I don't know anything about tobacco products so their staff was helpful and knowledgable in order to set someone up the way they set me up.
