Purchased a product that was supposed to be sealed and when I got home saw it had been opened and filled with mucinex and what I would assume was pseudoephedrine, took it back to the store and they implied it was me who had tampered with it. I would check all product before leaving the store. read more

If I can give them 0 stars I would. I go here to buy CBD carts and they always have different ones. I have actually bought some that tested positive for THC even tho they claim they don't have THC in store. I got one and it doesn't hit right it taste burnt you can tell it's a bad cart. I called to tell them about it and they said there's nothing they can do because it technically works. Their products suck and the fact that I didn't ask for a refund just to exchange and they didn't care. read more

I ordered something from them and they called me and said we don't have an order this week but next week we should have it in , sure enough they called me and said they got the part in. I thanked them for good business but I bought a whole new item for $60. I will be back there. Good people read more

Unwind Smoke Shop - 250mb cbd topical rub - Tobacco Shops Near Me - San Jacinto, California

Employees are friendly and very knowledgeable on all of the products they sell. I would highly recommend!

About a week or two ago I accidentally found this place waiting for my car to get the oil change at Jiffy Lube across the street. It's huge even though it looks small from the outside. There were a few customers being helped but still heard the enthusiastic "welcome" as we crossed into the store. A young lady came to help us, I asked who greeted us and she answered Alex. I was just pricing vape pen batteries and the menthol vape oil. She was very helpful and sweet. David was showing me the newer models but I like mine so I declined. They do have the kind I like and they will price match which is great. Today we went back to actually buy the batteries and oil. We were assisted by Alex. What amazing customer service skills this young man has. He is informative and he always has a smile on his face, which makes me happy. I paid using my credit card snd he actually asked for ID verifying it was my card. Good for him, doesn't happen often enough. When I was leaving I asked his name to which he replied "Alex". I said "thank you Alex". Without skipping a beat he replied "you're welcome Linda"! He read my name on my card and used it. I was floored! I know that seems simple... but in today's climate that smile and name usage can really go a long way. Thank you for great customer service today Alex! You are a rare gem and I appreciate you. read more

Has poor customer service skills and does not have common people communication skills

Poor selection of tobacco and They have Apple Pay but the cashier "Doesn't let people use it". I asked to use Apple Pay and the cashier first told me that they don't have Apple Pay. Then I told him that I saw the yelp app confirm that they do indeed have Apple Pay, he responded with "Well it does take Apple Pay I just don't let people use it." With this refusal of service and dishonesty I'd hope the owner train his employees better. This was my first and last time visiting this establishment. You're better off going to the shop down the street. You're welcome PS he waited until I'd paid with cash to reveal the truth about the Apple Pay. read more

Unwind Smoke Shop - Tobacco Shops Near Me - San Jacinto, California

Unwind has inventory for sure & they have a variety of it but I've yet to be pleased with a purchase from here. I pay more for juice, like a hike up from $18 down the street to $26 at their place. The juice is amber colored & tastes slightly off. I only come here when it's my only option & I concede w myself that I should try them again. I'm satisfied w maybe $40 out of probably $400 in purchases since January. read more

Has everything you need for sure, they don't jack up the prices like some "smoke shops" do. Guy even helped me out and brought stuff to the door with me (I didnt remember store policy of no one under 21 and had my son). Very kind staff. read more

Unwind smoke shop has some of the best employees in any smoke shop in the IE. I personally been to many of the local shops and very few go above and beyond like Unwind Smoke does. They have a wide variety of products and know exactly how each of them are used. -Ricardo Rodriguez read more

I swear I don't know what it is but let me first of start off by saying I am an over the road truck driver. I go to vape stores all across the country. I buy a lot of the same products everywhere I go wether it be tanks, juice, coils. For the most part I run super tanks, prince, and freemax tanks. I have purchased coils and juice all over the country and I have never had any problems. When I use coils from Unwind it literally feels like razor glass in my throat. I'm not sure if their coil supplier is selling nock of coils but i have put this to the test several times with several tanks and found it to be true. Not to mention they are way over priced and their tester bottles are completely brown and look a zillion years old. I'm pretty sure this place is buying nock off stuff and selling it at a marked up rate to make even higher profits. Anyway that's what it seems like to me. Employees are super chill though but as far as the products. Absolute garbage and most defiantly will not be buying any more of my over the road vaping supplies from them anymore. My throat has been swore for a week now. I was thinking the coils would only last a day and it would be okay as long as I kept changing them out but honestly I can't vape any of their coils at all what so ever with out being in extreme pain. I wonder if there is some kind of complaint or law suit I can claim against these people because I legit feel like I inhale razors every time I use their coils... and I know what some of you guys are thinking. Is this review legit? Yes I am being 10000% genuine and honest. Their coils have caused me pain in multiple tanks I have put to the test. Let me know if other people have experienced the same problem??? Thanks! read more

I've never felt compelled to leave a review good or bad before. Staff was knowledgeable, enjoyed sharing said knowledge, encouraged you to take your time, and they carried stuff I never knew I needed. These days employers have to be more concerned with staff retention. Rather than making sure they hire quality, patrons actually want to share the same space, and I didn't leave feeling like I need to start making some better life decisions. Like I often feel after leaving the typical smoke shop. Well done ladies. Definitely held down your shift Be back soon. Easy 5/5 visited Sunday 6/12/2022 around 3pm..ish read more

Needed a smoke shop ASAP and had the pleasure of finding this jem. Called in to make sure they had what I was looking for and David told me not only do they have it but they have a ton of variety and to come check it out. Pulled up, got in, got out, no questions no hassle. He helped me make a selection and I over heard the other gentleman dealing with a young lady extremely politely as well. Great shop, great variety (huge selection tbh), and great customer service. 5 stars easyyy read more

I'm so happy there's a good vape shop in San Jacinto, because it's the only one around for miles. Customer service is better than expected. They are aware of who is next and acknowledge you when you enter the store. You are free to try any juice to find one you like; just ask! I've been coming here for eight months and I've never had a bad experience or left to feel embarrassed for being new to the vape craze. They WANT to help you and it shows through their enthusiasm. Good selection of juices and equipment; Coils are a bit pricey but comparable to other shops. Highly recommend this store and crew if you've been meaning to switch from cigarettes to vapes. Great for beginner and advanced users. read more

Very great selection, Hundreds of flavors to choose from in terms of juice, the hardware selection is a little lacking but serviceable. Friendly staff, really cool dudes. The only issue is that it's really spendy for what's on offer. read more

Huge selection of vape and glass AND paper. They carry literally everything you could need for all of your smoking needs.

Recently was given a bad attitude for buying black n mild cigars! Found out they are overpriced and have since switched shops!

The staff members are all really cool. The prices are pretty high. My rare tank rolled off their counter and shattered. They didn't have the glass to replace it, so they sold me a disposable one. After I drove off (I'm from out of town), I waited for my new juice to soak into the coils. The disposable tank turned out to be incompatible, meaning no vaping on my long drive back to LA. As a staff which seems to be very knowledgeable, they should have known, or at least tested the tank out to make sure it was compatible. Nice guys, but when paying such high prices, customer service should be trough the roof. read more

this place has a great selection of everything. guys are knowledgeable and helpful. Customer service was fine. I can see how others might have issue with it. they are real low key there...so that might confuse people with the type of customer service you get at other retail establishments...but they were very helpful to me. go in...be friendly and they are willing to give you all the answers to all your questions. I will definitely be back. read more

I am starting to wonder how legitimate Yelp reviews are. We have been going to this store since they first opened. They have the best inventory in the Valley. They have always been arses. We were in there last night, I bought a low wattage battery, when I first used it, it was barely charged. Odd. Charged it all night long, did not hold a charge. No biggie... My husband had the hardest time and really was treated like poop. He was told ONE TIME ONLY to exchange a defective product. We didn't want our cash back, just a new battery/exchange. We will NEVER go back in here again. I hope someone sees this before it gets removed. It is better to order online than step foot in this business. read more
