I used them a while back. Also used them recently. Raidernation Ray wasn't there anymore but Juan still took care of business answering a bunch of questions. I was afraid to have an amp installed due to the new technology of the stock deck as my car was a 2025 model. They installed high end amp made for new cars like mine. The same amp is also used for Tesla's that have a sophisticated stock stereo as well. You can't go wrong with these guys. Carlos, Pablo, and Linda will get the job done. I waited a few months just to make sure everything was working properly to give a review. I had them install the VIOFO A329S dash cam with HK6 Hardwired kits that I purchased from a different location.. The install is for two vehicles one was a BMW X5 the other a Winnebago class C motorcoach. I talked to Linda and Carlos as well as members from the front desk very knowledgeable and explained I wanted to do a few things that were custom and they said no problem they would work with me.. Very satisfied with the install I have zero battery notifications like others complained about on the BMW X5. I highly recommend them as they were very reasonably priced very professional, as well as had all the skills plus tools for custom fabrication as well as doing the install in a timely manner. Our radio/apple play/Backup Cam was cutting out in our Nissan. We were told by the dealer that we needed to replace the unit. They wanted $2300 for the unit and another $1000 to install it. Audio Addiction came highly recommended by a good friend. Their quote was $1800 for a new after market unit (Sony) with a 4 channel amp and the price included installation. The install went smoothly and the sound was great. A few days later we had some issues that required additional programing. Audio Addiction went out of their way to take care of it. Just wanted to add the pictures of SOME of the damage from my previous post on my vehicle.Just wanted to reiterate that intentional neglect and disregard do not fall under the "we make mistakes" category. Forgot to specify they refused to pay for the REPLACEMENT of the seats they damaged. Instead they hired a guy to just cover the areas with an airbrush. I guess it's tough replacing seats they damaged on a vehicle that didn't belong to them. Damage keeps resurfacing and remains. But hey it makes it okay because it happened 4 years ago. read more

Audio Addiction replaced some headlights in my pickup about 2 years ago. I went to get them replaced since the passenger side light was out. They quickly informed me after taking the truck back to the shop that all that was wrong was that the headlight bulb had come loose, and they simply put it back in place. I was so pleasantly surprised by the level of honesty and integrity- they could have EASILY just said "well, he wanted new headlights!" and installed the new ones. But they didn't, and I could not recommend these people more highly. Sadly, I think most businesses would've take the other route. I arrived ready to buy a radio upgrade and was prepared to spend 150-250$. They had a decent selection of radios and got a quote right away. Keep in mind if you get a smaller radio you still have to buy around 30$ in kits to hang it in the car. They forgot to add a 20$ kit in the quote once they alstarted working on my car and I would have rejected the service if the issue was forced. All the work I needed to get professionally done on my bike, has all been done local to Temecula, I did not want to do any different for this project even though many other people advised me to get it done with providers outside. I'm glad I went with my gut when I chose Audio Addiction. First off, their and shop and most importantly the showcase area was so clean and well put together and perfectly engineered which gave me a clue that a clean job in presentation as well as sound quality is important to them. Second, Carlos then asked me what I was looking for and proceeded to excellently demo what I wanted with the understanding that this would be installed into my Harley. He explained the pros and cons for motorcycle application to ensure I knew what I was getting into and we both were on the same page and I would have no missed expectations post install. He then went over the instal plan, speakers and components with my budget in mind and demo again. He hit the mark right away. I rode my bike in the same day and was done 2 days later(much faster than I had expected knowing myself, the work involved.) once I got the call that the job was done, came over and got the demo and walk-through of my setup with Pablo(Motorcycle Specialist). Pablo did an amazing job both from the engineering and cabling perspective! He even did me a solid and fixed my bag hardware to be more secure, absolutely above and beyond service delivery. Paid 2000,00 for stereo and installation, they could not find correct bezel for stereo so they made one until the correct one could be ordered, when the correct part came in they installed it and damaged the bezel during installation. They weren't exited about fixing the issue. Said they would order another bezel. They did not! I am so grateful to have found Audio Addiction. After putting in a new stereo with a back up camera and hands free capability, in my Xterra yesterday. On the way home I stopped for dog food and it got stuck in reverse. Pablo from Audio Addiction came to my rescue! He found that a bushing connecting to the shifter broke, not his fault. He went above and beyond to make it drivable to get home and then made a call and referred me to PandT Automotive in Murrieta. I showed up there this morning and they were so nice, they fixed it and said no charge. I got teary eyed and thanked them. After coming here for all my installs and spending over 15k I do not recommend this place no more after the owner Linda decides to charge long time loyal customers $100 for a "Missed Appointment Fee" I have come here for more than 5 of my vehicles and spent thousands of dollars and decide to give them my business once more but could not make the appointment they booked for me because I get a notice from my job to travel on short notice. This is after they already charged me $250 just for the diagnostic. I didn't have the money and needed a second opinion, so I took it to another mechanic who recommended me to bring it to Audio Addiction. Carlos and Linda and the crew were so friendly and so helpful. You could tell they wanted to help me resolve my problem. They went right to work. Lo and behold, Carlos fixed my audio console for $60. He discovered that it one of the wires was disconnected, and he connected it back for me. I called the Audi Dealership and the manager, Brett, admitted that his technician unplugged it. So it's been nearly four years since the guys at Audio Addiction installed my entire stereo. I see my car as my mobile office and have thoroughly enjoyed my music, thanks to the team. Recently I started having issues where my phone calls were only coming from one speaker. After trying to sort it out myself I went back to Audio Addiction and they quickly determined my doors were full of water and that it rusted the wires and destroyed the speaker mounts. The fabricated new mounts, ran all new wires, and had me in and out in about two hours and the best part...... They covered the costs as an installation problem!!!! You're right my apologies I bought the 4 year warranty not 5 but that's the only thing that I was wrong about. You are correct this was not recent but I didn't know I had to post Yelp reviews within a certain time frame, also my username is just that a username.Do not falsey say you'd wave the installation fee because when I asked for you to do that in store BECAUSE of your sign, if I was to purchase another, you said you wouldn't be able to since it was a new radio. Also the Best Buy employees themselves said it was shoddy work with a broken harness, missing screws and very messy wiring inside they're surprised it even worked for the time I had it. Brought my truck to Audio Addiction to diagnose why I had no sound from my stereo. Turns out my amplifier was water damaged. They set up a quick appointment for installation of the new amplifier, rear speakers and clean up the wiring which was all placed under the trucks carpet.
