They busted my windshield while installing a camera and denied any responsibility for it. Even though we pointed it out immediately. Having to dispute charge and pay $980 for a new windshield. And dispite giving them the wiring harness for the install the wired it wrong and now there are codes lighting up and the truck pops open on start. I have a 2019 Dodge Challenger with a former Harmon Kardon System. They communicated and provided quality work and value. They had the best price in town for the installation of 2 amps an LC8i, 9 new Kicker speakers, and a L7 kicker sub. They were extremely careful in how the system was installed. They work with shady interlock companies and advertise for them to do their service. What happens is they install the interlock device on your car without your DMV paperwork to get credit from the DMV for it being on your vehicle. This means you are paying for an interlock device on your car for no reason at all. He then tells you it's your job to to contact the interlock company that he is advertising and take it up with them about getting your paperwork. I had just gotten everything I needed for a subwoofer and amp to be installed, I called the shop to get a price as to how much it would be to get the system installed I was quoted a price by Bill and I show up and there is another person there and said Bill was on his lunch I said okay cool he quoted me this price and I am ready to pay no hesitation I was waiting to hear the total including the tax to find out this other person is charging me and extra 20 dollars. And that Bill would've never told me the price he quoted me, regardless I pay the extra amount because I really wanted everything hooked up. I brought up the fact my speakers weren't working and they said they could fix it for a hefty price but again because I wanted my system to work I paid the price they were asking for. After waiting for approximately 4-5 hours which I had no problem with they had other customers to worry about I get that cool they told me it was going to take awhile no problem but I get back and I see someone take two live wires and tap them together at the moment I hadn't realized any problem for it was the middle of the day only to find out that night my head lights and taillights on my passenger side weren't working and my speedometer wasn't working! Before I had left the shop I checked out my speakers to make sure they were working and I realized the rear ones weren't working I asked if they were connected and sure enough Bill answered absolutely and they absolutely were not working but I left the shop anyways already in search of a new audio location. I paid to have a sub installed and got blown parts in return, paid a good amount to have my speakers rewired and have all four speakers working ended up with only one dude to the fact the rears never worked and made they made the front passenger side act out and possibly blew it. I would never recommend this location there are so many spectacular locations very close by and will actually take care of you with fair pricing and excellent work not stuff done improperly or NOT DONE AT ALL!! Please save your money and go else where READ OTHER REVIEWS THEY WILL FINESSE YOU *UPDATE* I forgot to mention the buttons on my steering wheel were no longer working and were ultimately useless and the Bluetooth microphone want no longer working either read more

This should have been posted like a year and a half ago but here it is now. They were nice but for whatever reason my car required parts that needed to be ordered. Fine, no problem. I was told it'd take about 2 hours but ultimately it took 2 visits with me sitting around for 4 hours each time (I had no way to go anywhere and they said it'd just take a couple hours each time I was there) to finally get it finished. They had to rewire my a/c control because the casing they had to get had a new a/c interface. They COULDN'T manage to hook up the controls to my steering wheel buttons. NOW my a/c controls won't work when it's hot out and the a/c itself doesn't kick in immediately. ALSO the stereo shorts out and randomly decreases the volume and skips around to a ton of different channels. Ultimately, I should have called to complain but I did not have any faith they would be able to fix it considering how long it took to get this done. My bad. read more

I bought a 2-piece dash cam (front & rear) and installed it, for the most part - I got it working from a cigarette lighter inside the armrest. Unfortunately the parking mode feature wouldn't work with this type of connection, plus it was a dead battery waiting to happen. BEWARE: Yelp has this annoying function; when you e-mail one vendor, you're not. I found out in the most frustrating way, when within 5 minutes I received about 10 e-mails from companies I didn't know of, most with repeat "We got your request and will respond soon, please be patient" responses. Next time I'll contact the vendors directly. Nabeel "Bill" at Mobile Sound Concept was not the lowest quote, but gave me the most convincing response. And being so close (another from Moreno Valley wanted to see the vehicle first), I went there the next day. Bill's son removed my janky wiring and properly hot-wired the dash cam system to the battery. That's all I needed. For what it's worth, a "Motorsports" shop in Temecula quoted me $100/hr at 3-5 hours for the same job (approx $300 - $500), with the first appointment a week later. Bill & company was significantly less and finished the job the same day in less than half that time. * GET A DASH CAM - if you consider your vehicle an investment (AKA not leasing), the camera and install is far less than any insurance deductible. From experience I know how little fun making a case with an insurance company or judge can be. I opted for a system with audio, parking mode, g-shock and motion detection because Humans by nature are sneaky and malicious. I'm watching you ;-) read more

Terrible, terrible experience with these guys. Both Bill Snr and Jr are racist bigots who idolize Palestinian terrorists. I bought a stereo from these crooks, and it was the biggest rip off ever. Not only did they scratch the head unit when installing, lookedlike it had been dropped on the cement, when I left my rear lights and several of the auxiliary electrics stopped working. I returned to get it fixed after speaking to Bill Jr on the phone. He was extremely abrupt with me on the phone, and then asked if I was the one with the Trump sticker on my car. I told him I was and he laughed, and said the electrical problem was there when they were installing. It wasn't! I requested a refund, which they told me they were not prepared to do as the head unit was scratched (They had done this installing it). Forced to file a charge back with my credit card company. The bank were able to get my money back after a 2 month process. Be extremely wary of working with these people, I only wish the new Yelp feature that allows people to report racist businesses with their reviews was active, as this would be a prime example of a racist business SHOP ELSEWHERE ........There is a reason these chumps are cheaper than most reputable stereo installation companies in the Temecula area, but after our experience we could never recommend this company. read more
