Robert, the owner talked to me on the phone while I was inquiring for a Subwoofer and speakers install on my 2016 Mustang GT and he gave me a good price over the phone for everything installed. When I brought my car in the next day, I brought everything I had and he gave me some good advice on how to move forward. We ended up installing the Sub Package I had as well as the Speakers and Tweeters I brought. His guys did excellent work. I couldn't even tell that they messed with the dash or any of the side panels of my car. When I came to pick up my car, he told me the details of what his guys did. I tested everything out which I was very happy with and then I went to pay the man. Awesome business man, great location, and awesome employees. Well, $150 for an alarm installation service has gone to the dumpster. "Professional Installation", such an overstatement, more of "inexperienced, I am going cut the wires and blow your fuse" installation. I was literally from 4:08 to 7:22 pm for a basic alarm installation. Those bs 5 stars reviews are worth to think over before you even bother to have your business with this establishment. After those said hours, lost: power mirrors, radio, clock, cigarrette power outlet. Well guess what? You were right for once, the fuse was in fact blew; why? The installer cut the wrong wire(s) and blew my fuse, but the worse part was the "supervisor" was in denial of his "homie" fault. How did I find out about this? I had to travel to an actual shop to have it inspected. Yup, it was the blown fuse Another thing, the alarm system is supposed to hook up to the factory horn, but why didn't it work? What was funny was that the "installer" claimed to the an ASE Certified mechanic LOL. And his excuse for the horn not working with the alarm, possibly perhaps "bad" ground wire or he'll check to see if my vehicle under a recall. Recall? What the hell does the recall have to do with the horn's fuctionality? Overall, bad experience; not recommend to anyone; hell to the NO. Please take your hard earned money elsewhere. Now I will have to spend extra money for a real shop to reinstall everything from scratch. Thanks to this shop's screw-up (manner). I didn't have any work done, so I don't know the quality of work done here. But I walked in and there was about 6 people standing there, very unprofessional all around experience. He told me to wait 10 minutes for them to finish up on one car, I walked back in and he didn't even look at me, and said it's going to be another 45 minutes. On Saturday Jan 13 I had one of my friends try and install my radio but failed because we didn't have the right part. 3 weeks after audio spott fixed my stereo I had some work done at Acura which involved replacing a battery cable. My stereo was affected. These guys are so great. My turn signal was not working, even after it had been diagnosed by Advanced Auto Repairs. Rob set me up with technician, Bernardo, and within minutes found the source of the problem. Advanced Auto Repairs wrote on my receipt (charged me $90 for diagnostic related fees). My total repair costs would have been over $1,000 due to a main fuse box failure. At Audio Spott, the inoperable turn signal was due to wiring issues (had nothing to do with the main fuse box) and that it would cost me between $250 to $300 to fix. In addition, Advance Auto Repair mixed up my wires while they were diagnosing my turn signals and brake lights. Bernardo had to show it to me as he turned my hazard, turn signal, backup light and brake lights were jumbled possibly due to erroneously reconnection during previous diagnosis...patiently explained it to me in detail. I went ahead with the repairs discussed, got a call from Rob a couple of hours later and because Bernardo was able to repair it in such a short time, my total bill was $150. Arrived at 945 am and doors were locked. Neon sign that read open was turned on and door placard on door said open. I could see guy through window working on a car. Finally when the door opened I asked the guy about wiring an LED light that I already installed in my grille. Everything was done and all they have to do is run the wire to the battery and then to my dash. I have all the fuses, wires, etc. the light came in a kit. The guy was not friendly..., blurted our $125 for everything. Never once did he look at what I needed done and never did he try and talk to me as a customer. I definitely do not recommend this place. I would never bring any of my vehicles here. Never. Absolutely no customer service. read more

Very cool people when I got here to have them install my new system and when they finished the install, they told me that it was a 5 year warranty!! I paid almost $300 for the install and typically you expect a very professional job. I immediately had interference and I took it back to them within a week. Suddenly when I come back to utilize my so called warranty, there is absolutely no more warranty! Weird how that works. I am then threatened that he should be charging me to look at it and any work that they do will also cost me more money as well. This is not how a good reputable shop should treat customers. I feel that the install was a half assed job. As seen in photos the plastics not even screwed back in! I took on plastic piece off but the screws were there and they couldn't be bothered to put them back in as well as all of the other plastic parts just left all loose with no screws. The stereo is falling out because they obviously couldn't tell me that I needed a install kit to make it solid in the dash. read more

I had found this location on google and spoke to Robert. I had a CD stuck in the original radio of my car and he ensured me that it would be no charge to take it out, but $55 for a new radio. I also informed him that I was going to come in the next day to check it out. I had a hard time finding the location because the name is different on the actual building- so I called and spoke to Issac. He wasn't helpful with the directions either. I ended up finding the place, and Robert wasn't there. I was told to come back in an hour and half and it was after 3pm. I was infuriated because my concern seemed to be the least of their worries. I had a system installed on my Jeep last month. I wanted to save as much space as possible, they were able to work something out to where they installed the amp and subs under my back seats rather than a box behind my tire door or anything under my front seats. I was hoping they'd be able to install the tweeters up front behind the AC vents but they put them above my head next to the coaxial speakers. They also installed the Viper alarm system for me and a microphone for the bluetooth option on the stereo. I did have to make two separate trips back there because things were not put back inside when the job was done. One of my floor mats was no longer in the back seat, the console storage bin was missing, so were my jumper cables and small tool box. The system sounds great and I couldn't be happier, I would recommend these guys to anyone. read more

I finally went in and talked to the owner about installing the equipment I had purchased a while back and was quoted far less than I anticipated. When I took my truck the next day to get the work done the owner discounted the price even more. This is the opposite of what usually happens. I was early picking up my truck and got to talk with Rob for a while and he is a really cool dude. He definitely has a passion for cars. Not so great job. My father bought a new system for his truck and took it here with the hopes they could install it. He had the whole kit needed to install it, yet when he went to inquire he was told they needed to buy an additional part, my dad is not a difficult man so he agreed and paid up front for it (probably his mistake), the guy helping him told him he would have the piece tomorrow. Next day comes, no call, a few more days pass, and nothing so my dad goes back to visit and he's told by the same employee that he hasn't received it yet. Okay, a couple more days pass and nothing so he goes back and tells them they need to do it tomorrow, goes back and is told the audio installers are not there. My dad won't take that as an answer and wants it done asap. So anyways they install the radio, but it's done poorly. They made promises such as its turning off and on with the vehicle, nope. And there's a static noise that can be heard in the background all the time. Pretty disappointed as there goes money wasted and he's not the type to argue or try to get his money back, even though I think he deserves at least a portion back. I had done my research on Amazon and knew what I wanted, and what I could get it for. Rob was able to get me upgraded models for less than I could get it on Amazon. The workmanship was superb, and since I did 2 cars with him, he was able to get me a ride home, and delivered my cars when they were done. Initially everything seemed like the rest of the reviews, turns out "Rob" talks his way around to make you feel like he is giving you a great deal. Now I know "the deal" I got was over priced and the work his "professionals" did was mediocre. I had to go back because the face plate around the stereo seemed like it was cut by a beginner leaving rugged edges. There was also issues with the electrical sounds because they messed up some wires. My experience was definitely different from the others posted.
