So the owner the only guy that works there idk what his name is but he is extremely rude. He's always sleezy & non chalant I go there at 3:00 PM he's been closed before that. Cause I had passed by cause I work in the area at 2:30 he was not there , doors & garage were closed. Okay I got there because there is something with the wiring & it caused the breathalyzer from smart start to malfunction & given me a hard time to start my vehicle , they tell me to take it in so I do at I get there at 3 PM & like I said the door & garage was closed. So I sit there for 1 hour & 25 min & by the way at the front door it says OUT TO LUNCH Sign. I had left a voicemail & smart start tried calling him finally right next to his shop there is a 76 gas station & I went to fill up gas & I could see the doors opening & I get a phone call at the same time. I answer its him telling me hello I said I see your doors opening im at the 76 gas station & he said okay. My calibration is $45.00 & he wanted to charge me for after hour fee's & I told him I have been here no one takes a lunch at 3 & for 3 hours. We started arguing he was being rude & I have never been rude to him & I thought he was just doing that to me but I look at his reviews barely any good things to say about the place. & on top of all that he has his 3 friends hanging out behind the counter & it did not look professional , If you are thinking about going to this place run the other way ! Worse customer service ever ! I told him I would never come back he said good lucky finding someone because I guess he is the only one that does it in the area but I found somewhere else & they are a lot better. read more

I called the company I was getting my interlock from and ask for a new place. I'm waiting at the new auto shop writing this message because they DID NOT NEED any of that information he asked for. Worst customer service I've encountered. My girlfriend and I visited because her system was experiencing issues. However, the staff member (Dan) we spoke to attributed the problem solely to the iPhone, dismissing any potential system issues. When I sought further clarification, the response was confrontational and unhelpful, "you want to argue with me? You can fix it yourself".It is difficult to accept that the problem lies solely with multiple iPhones rather than a clear faulty system. Word of advice, you can find similar and better systems for the fraction of the price anywhere in riverside, LA, and orange county. Highly encourage you to look at other options before settling, you can avoid being ripped off and potentially disrespected all in one. read more

This guy is the definition of a SCAMMER. SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. He installs crappy systems and refuses to fix it. I asked him to install apple play and speakers and the total was $2,100+. DO NOT COME HERE if you are a woman and know nothing about systems/speakers etc he will give you the worst system that he has. He told me that the system doesn't have any issues and that it's my iPhone (I have an iPhone 14) and that I need to restart it once a week in order for the system to work properly with no issues. The system he installed constantly glitches, freezes and doesn't even connect. I've tried to show him videos and he refuses to look at them. He asked for more money so he can fix the system that he sold me and installed himself. He says that it's a manufacture issue and it has nothing to do with him. He refuses to fix the crappy system he installed unless he gets more money to take it out and send it to the manufacture to get checked for issues. He's not a good person who will help you out he's only looking to make money and give you crappy services. read more

I decided to upgrade the stereo in my work truck. Went back to see Dan for some advice. I find I surprising. Every customer that walks into his story gets his undivided attention. I can't believe someone can have the personality to be so caring and patient. He helped me tune my amps, took time to explain everything and made a very nice speaker box for my 8" subs, even gave me some Cross Overs as a gift, my speakers sound so good with the upgrade. Great little place in Wildomar. Straight forward customer service and advice from people who really know and love their craft. I went to them for help updating my car stereo to play from my iPhone. Dan mapped out in layman's terms about 5 different strategies and explained the differences to me in ways that were very easy to understand. We set an appointment for the next day, and I came in and he had it ready to go in half the time he suggested. He gave me a full demo of my new stereo, helped me program the buttons, and even made some modifications to enhance it. I was referred to this location from the audio tech at Best Buy. I was excited to finally get my sound system hooked up because my schedule usually doesn't allow for me to enjoy leisure activities. When I first got there, no one was in the store. I waited for a couple minutes looking around, hoping someone would come out to assist me or at least acknowledge me. Mind you, they have a alert system for when a customer walks through the door. I even called out for someone but no response. So I finally went outside around to the garage. Since he was helping another customer, he at least acknowledged my presence. I waited outside whilst he was assisting his customer just to be in sight so he wouldn't forget about me. When he and his customer went inside the store, I followed them so I'd be ready once they finally finished up. They were talking and talking and talking about nothing! I felt invisible! The other customer himself acknowledged me saying, "Well I'm going to let you get back to work. This young lady has been patiently waiting." The technician CONTINUED to talk about nothing pretty much brushing off his customer comment and ME! Finally after being there for almost 30-40 minutes, I got up and commented "I'm just going to let you boys talk." They tried to call me back in, "I'm sorry about that sweetie, what do you need?" Oh. NOW you want to ask me what I need? Don't you dare call me sweetie with your bullshit customer service! I'll patiently wait for my turn, but the tech was indirectly and absolutely just rude! You just lost a customer and additional referrals. I would not recommend this location for your audio or other vehicle needs. read more

I am not sure who helped me. Hopefully it wasn't the owner but he was rude and condescending. My son and I took my car in to fix my stereo. He did nothing but talk down to us. He said he couldn't fix the radio but the CD and Aux would work. They did... for less than 6 days! Poor quality service! read more

I needed about 2 feet of 4 awg power and ground wire to go from my distribution block to one of my amps , I called this shop on the phone and asked them if they could sell me a few feet of 4 awg wire the guy on the phone said $3 a foot. I show up at the store and ask for 2 feet each of 4 awg power & ground wire , the guy charges me first I pay him then he goes back to the install bay and comes back with with fake 4awg wire the wire looked like it was 8 awg but it said 4awg on the jacket. I calmly explained to him that that was not thick enough to be 4awg & I even told him that I could show him what real 4awg looked like if he would just step out to my car , but he kept insisting that that was 4awg wire, I asked for my money back as that was not what i wanted and he refused to give me a refund. Now I don't know if he was trying to scam me or if it was just ignorance ,either way I would never go back to this horrible shop again. God help the people who got theire systems installed here. I would have given this shop a half a star if it was possible. read more
