I cannot be happier with the customer service this company provides. Tony installed a stereo in my first truck over ten years ago and did a great job so I went back to him again with my next truck a couple years later. This past Friday the stock stereo stopped working in my current truck which was horrible timing considering I had to drive that truck 10 hours on Saturday. I called Tony to see if he could squeeze me in Friday afternoon and even though I haven't spoke with him in at least five years he remembered me. He said he would make it happen for me because he always takes care of his returning customers. The crew at Pro Inet was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out a head unit that was just right for me. They had it installed and working right the first time so i was able to listen to music on my road trip. Wish I could give ZERO stars! This place is ridiculous as are the employees! I went in to get my car alarm "fixed" and came out with my windows not going up and down plus lights on my dash board won't turn on and of course no such fixture of the alarm!! Then when I brought this to the attention of the technician Elvin and the sales rep Pat, I was told I had " no proof they worked in the first place". Seriously! And they had the nerve to still expect me to pay $95 for the appt. and won't fix what they screwed up. Save your money and go somewhere more reliable. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this place at all cost! read more

Have to give them one star because they had a hard time putting in my stereo and gave me an attitude like I was the car. By the time I picked up my car it was night time. The next day later. It literally looked like they switched out my dash for a beat up chiped/gashes real bad above my vents and really chewed up above my steering weel. I was already filing court paperwork to take them to court, but they said they would repair it. The job was not like my original dash but they were opologetic and I'm to busy to be in court at the moment. Lesson learned. I will never go back there again. I believe they had to have switched my dash only because I never chew on my dashboard above my steering weel. Other then that I'm still in aww. I have kept my car in the garage and spent lots of money on armeral for nothing . To anyone who reads this. If you care about your dash board either don't like your car there or make sure to take pictures of anything that can be switched out. read more

I came in a half hr before closing and met Tony. I had just started having some trouble with my amplifier and another place told me the amp was bad so I wanted a second opinion. It made no sense to me I have owned a few amps in the past and the one I have is a reputable brand so I was weary of the diagnoses I was given by another shop. I almost bought a new amp but then decided to get a second opinion. Tony did not hesitate to trouble shoot the amp, he got out his electric meter and a couple tools and found the problem in less than 10 minutes!!! It was a cheap and easy fix the fuse holder had corroded connections and was causing the amp to clip and go into protection mode!!! He even showed me the issue and I could visually see the problem. I went ahead and had them replace it and he did it in the spot in less than 2 minutes!!! I told Tony its hard to find a reputable good shop that does honest quality work when it comes to automotive audio and he told me that they do their best to make sure their customers are happy. I told him I am interested in installing a new deck and he spent a while explaing what options they have available and he was very thorough and knowledgeable. I get the impression these guys are very honest and they aren't just in the buisness of trying to sell you crap and get you out. I think they have integrity! Their is no doubt that any future work i need done will be done through them as long as I live close enough to go here I will! Thank you Tony I really appreciate it!!! read more

I don't know why this location isn't more popular. I needed an installation of front and rear speakers, a subwoofer, and an amplifier. They busted out the job in one day and even picked up my car from work to work on it. I took my motor home to this store on recommendation of Hemet Trailer Supply. The Pioneer dash stereo system was not working . It also controls the back up camera. It took Tony a couple hrs. to troubleshoot some reset buttons on the back and find and fix loose connections on the camera. I didn't have to buy anything. I am very happy with how it turned out. Although I had an extended warrantee, they only charged me the deductible. read more

I dread going to independently owned shops because they always try to up sell you or convince you into things you don't need and if you say no their "friendliness" ends. Well, that was not the case with Pro Inet, i was very happy and satisfied with the service and most of all they just gave me what I wanted at a reasonable price. I bought a car stereo here almost a year ago for my daughter, and Scott was very helpful with the purchase. He sold me an atenna adapter which I may or may not have needed since I was not sure on some info. Turns out I did not need it, and I got lazy and it took me about 6 months to make it back to return it, with no receipt. Scott was great, and instead of turning me away, he and I spent about 15 minutes going through my bank records on my phone and his past transactions to find the purchase in their database and processing the return. Thanks to their help then, I decided to go back to them today for a multi camera dash cam install. Again, it was great to do business with them! I'll be the first to tell you that I am very anal about installations, but CJ came through with flying colors provided a very clean and professional installation. On top of that, Scott offered me a price that couldn't be beat. I also got to see him interact with some customers, and it was obvious that he cares about his customers just as much as making money. I have been using Pro Inet for several years for all me tele communications needs. When you have a B & B as i do you have to have good service and that is what they do. When I call I get a real human every time and followed up with excellent service. Tony Paul or Scott will always help my business when needed.
