We went into this store in August 2022 to see what promotions were available. A guy named Cory W. helped us. He said he had the best opportunities for us at the time and did his whole speech of plan price, add a line, add a free iPad etc. We were currently paying $197. He said he could get us about $40 cheaper so we were like cool! Fast forward to our current billing cycle and instead of lower it's $60 MORE than what we were paying before! We tried going back into the store to discuss this with Cory and we found out he was promoted to Manager at the Beaumont location. We drove 30 minutes to that store where he was not currently working but spoke to the Asst. Manager. He has NO idea how Cory came up with the original offer that he sold us. All he could do for us was remove all insurances off devices which would bring the bill down to $190. Which also removed our "free unlimited screen glass replacement" that we had paid $40 for! We were never told that this was only in combination with the insurance coverage. So now we paid $40 for 3 glass covers when that could have easily bought us a lot more screen protectors elsewhere had we just bought them individually for $4 each online. Cory W. did the ultimate bait and switch on us and it's completely UNACCEPTABLE and deceiving. Next time anyone has an interaction with a TMobile employee, they should be recording the conversation because it's most likely a bunch of BS they're spewing. We will never recommend this company or store to anyone. I will also be looking into contacting Corporate or further employee/business complaint about this interaction. read more

Loved T-mobile at first. This isn't against this location but the company of T-mobile as a whole. Started out with auto to my credit card, they canceled that, I'm now paying $22 more. Then they switched from Netfix to Hulu WITH ADDS! Lost $10 more in value. I'm right back to where I was with Verizon. T-mobile is just as corrupt as Verizon. SMH read more

I came here excited about purchasing my first Apple Watch, but that excitement was short-lived when I came home and realized I did not have the necessary adapter to charge my new toy. I went back to T-Mobile - pissed - wondering out loud how they could sell an item without the necessary accessories. The salesman - Dereck Partida - blamed it on the manufacturer, took absolutely no accountability for the error, and gave me such a nasty attitude I told him to just forget the entire thing. When I asked for his name, he actually said "I will write it down nice and big for you to make it easy to remember." So, here you go T-Mobile! Thank you Dereck, for the amazing Mother's Day treatment. Just what I needed on the anniversary of my infant's death. read more

I came to this location while I was in town , my phone shattered and I needed a new phone asap and I was assisted by the GM and Michelle and was given the most respectful and helpful service, definitely left happy , I told them that I would be back to this location instead of the ones by my house the next time I wanted to check new phones and accessories out( I live 2 hours away from this store ) . That exceptional customer experience warranted a 2nd visit and this time I upgraded my watch !! Was treated with the same respect and courtesy as my first visit . GM Jacob and Michelle are def top notch employees !! Thank you so very much read more

I chose this location because I read good reviews and few bad ones. But the good out wade the bad ones. The store was empty and I was helped by Joshua short dark Mexican guy. He was polite and offered me a butch of products. I declined to purchase anything I already have a lot I need more junk. After he reviewed my account he told me I had an extra line and that he was going to "help me" to get me get the best deal possible. He called customer support and spoke to them to "delete it " so I wouldn't be charged because my new didn't qualify for this one. I believe him since I wasn't talking to the rep he was. I called to T-Mobile customer service when I first got my tablet to them about an extra number appearing in my account. The representative explained that was the number for my tablet it was a way that I'd pay for the internet wifi for it. I got a text from T-Mobile with the bill amount it's way more than I expected to pay. But I wanted to see what was going on. Something that bothered me was He insisted on doing autopay because it'll give me a discount. Eventually I added my self to auto pay. After seeing the total I was going to pay it sent into a panic it was originally gonna be like $330 for just one line. It was as if I had 3 lines again. After downloading the full version of my bill something I hardly ever do. I started to analyze it and look for the problem. The amount was ridiculous. So I went to check the balance on the account and I have a new #s added. I had two new numbers added to my account. Funny I remember clearly telling him I just lost my mom to cancer in March to cancel I just worked up the courage to cancel her line in June. Now I have 2 new lines on my account that I didn't authorize. That new number is for a tablet and a some Samsung device I don't own. Now it's a new number for a new service for $160 more this a month. So I was going to be paying $330 for one line. If I wouldn't have called. After speaking to a rep that fix my bill to a lower price. It dropped to a reasonable price I expected to pay. This is isn't the first time this happens. I've been with this company for over 10yrs and I've had honest people help me out. I've become their loyal customer. I'll return and look for them to purchase a device as gift for a love one or for an upgrade. I've been with company for many years because it's been good to me. But there's alway money hungry people in any company like Joshua that think it's ok to screw people over. Just remember Karma always gets its people. Don't try to fck people over and call it "helping ". read more

I came to this particular store thinking it was going to take for ever, for my surprise I was greeted immediately with a warm welcome, the associate Joshua was very helpful and professional he responded to all my concerns and even took his time showing me and activating not only my phone but 2 more items. I have never been so pleased with a Tmobile representative. I was very lucky that Joshua help and resolved my dilemma. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends. read more

Aaron was a great help. He set us up with 2 new phones and got us free tablets to boot! He switched over all our info from our old phones to our new phones and even set up our new tablets so we could use them right away! All the while helping other people while waiting for our stuff to download. He was the only person in the store. Great customer service. Won't go to another store! read more

I have never been so disgusted with the way someone has treated my mom. I was parked out front watching this whole thing. This man Josh was dealing with my Mom in regards to a SIM card issue due to the t-mobile sprint transition. He reset her phone and refused to swap her sim and basically kicked her out of the store. We went across the street to another t-mobile and the man there listened to the problem, swapped the sim and my moms phone worked perfectly. Josh needs more customer service training. I've traveled all over the world and have learned that some people are just unhappy with their jobs and unwilling to listen to the customer. No up-sale for you today. read more

Be warned. This is not a corporate owned store and the customer service shows. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I spoke to Jerome, who said he was the manager and when he heard I was a prepaid customer, he treated me terribly. I was having a problem and asked him to call customer service. He flat out refused saying he wouldn't waste his time. I was so embarrassed in front of other customers. Just go to the T-Mobile on the mall. It is corporate owned and it shows. read more
