They were OK until recently. Spotty Internet service, daily (morning) disconnections and no changes until they replace their hardware which will happen in UP TO TWO WEEKS. This is not how you run an ISP. If you are looking at moving to them ask these questions: 1) Are my radios scheduled to be upgraded. When? 2) What is my restoration SLA? Is there $$$ behind it? 3) What is the packet loss in my area from my radio POP to your first hop? If there is an update/they get better, I will post an update. We went through a company move from one building to another and I had to find new service as our internet/phone provider was not able to transfer service in time. They were asking for 2 months! Obviously we could not be without phone/internet for that long so we chose to go with Ztelco. From the start, our sales guy Bill, to the setting up with Ranoo and James the Engineer. The entire staff was very easy to work with, knowledgeable and professional. They made the entire process easy. They even had a training with me so I can learn their user portal. The prices are fantastic and what I really loved was that they don't try to lock you in to a contract. The previous internet/phone provider not only had us on a contract but they auto-renewed our contract without our knowledge (WiLine is the name of the company). We shopped EXTENSIVELY for our new internet service after trying to get rid of our bulk contract with Cox. We live in a 29-unit residential condo building in bankers hill and Ztelco was able to hook us into their downtown network. This is not your typical ISP! These guys are great. We were having a horrible experience with at&t at our storefront on Miramar Rd and I was looking for an alternative. I started my search and while I was gathering quotes from providers, their Sales Director, Ben Lapidot, happened to stop in and I'm really glad he did. We ended up going with their hosted PBX (phone system) and internet service for an outstanding price. Installation went smooth with help from their awesome project coordinator Ranoo and we were up and running fast. After install, Jake came out to show us how to use the phone system and address any issues or questions we had. After years of fighting with Time Warner Cable and AT&T, my company switched to ZTelco for our telephone and internet service, and I am glad we did. The internet service is faster, more reliable and less expensive than the other two providers, and the customer service is in a different league entirely. These guys are awesome. Easily some of the best customer service I've ever had. We've had trouble finding a good ISP for our business for a really long time, until these guys. Their support staff is extremely courteous, but more importantly, extremely effective. I was a bit skeptical about having internet delivered via wireless due to having a bad experience at the last office I worked at (we used Natural Networks), but the up-time has easily rivaled that of my home (fiber optic) internet. If I could choose ZTelco for my home, I'd do so in a heartbeat. When I have issues at home (I have Cox) I'll often end up on the phone for an hour or more before I can actually reach someone that can help me, whereas I seem to get through immediately with ZTelco. The big guys could learn a thing or two from them. As a business owner, I think I'm extra critical of other businesses, and these guys pass my bar with flying colors. read more

Our company signed on with ZTelco for telephone and high speed internet about 6 months ago. They worked really hard to make our old analog phone equipment work and though it was not easy they succeeded. In the end, we decided it was time to upgrade our system so we purchased 31 Polycom phones from them and went with their managed service. The internet is much faster than what we previously had, the phone system works great and we are saving money each month.
