Making us send equipment across the state rather than having there tech come out and pick it up, charging us full monthly fees after we had parted ways for months because one piece of hardware out of the fifty instruments on our site had not been returned yet for continuity reasons. This is not a company I would EVER recommend to anyone. Stay away, plenty of other companies with better business models.
