I waited two days for a response. They only wanted to provide a quote based on the picture I provided and were unwilling to visit the site for an estimate. For a tile project, shouldn't there be an onsite evaluation to assess the work required? Moreover, if you had visited my location, I could have discussed two additional tasks that would significantly increase the scope and cost of the project to your advantage. In response to the owner, I did provide descriptions for additional projects in the original request. I was concerned about potential damage to the tiles that could require significant repairs. I have expressly said that I was willing to pay a premium for proper handling of the situation. When I mentioned those concerns, other providers did express a lot more caution about the tile situation and they came out to make sure it could be done. I understand that there's an opportunity cost to come out in person but I expected a premium service provider to be able to do so. That's simply not materialized. read more

Pablo and Antonio did an amazing job updating my internet infrastructure and running ethernet cables and ports throughout my home. They even went above and beyond to troubleshoot issues, at no extra cost, with my network switch and stayed until they were absolutely certain of the root cause of my issue. I appreciate their cleanliness and attention to detail. I don't particularly mind guests wearing shoes in my home but they even wear boot covers before entering your home which I've never seen any kind of contractor do. Great work, great service. Wired Home Services was an easy 5-stars! I needed two TVs mounted. A 75" on an interior drywall wall in the living room and a 65" on a stucco wall in my Pub Garage. I had a mount for the 65", but needed a new tilt mount for the 75". My first call was to the Best Buy Geek Squad. They wanted $149 for EACH TV plus and additional $149 for the wall mount for the 75". $447.00! They don't even cut you a break for an additional TV even though they are already on a road call to your house. Certainly I could do better. Enter Wired Home Services. I called on a Wednesday and I was on the schedule for the following Tuesday. A couple of text messages back and forth on Thursday and again on Tuesday to confirm time, logistics, etc. Pablo showed up exactly on time and he was prepared to get to work right away. Pablo started in the living room. We told him where we thought it should go. He did a blue tape mock up on the wall of where he recommended the TV should be mounted. He took into account our couch placement, ceiling fans and sightlines. Based on these factors, Pablo suggested a little lower placement than we had in mind. This is why Pablo is a paid professional and Becky and I should just shut the hell up and let him work. Pablo's placement was perfect. In fact, Becky and I realized that we had the TV mounted way too high at our former residence. Next was the Pub Garage TV. This one was a little trickier as I watch the TV from across the room and there is a pool table and other obstacles that can potentially be in the way of viewing. Once again Pablo picked the perfect spot. Another blue tape mock up and another expert install. $249.00 TOTAL! I was shopping on Yelp for someone to come over and replace a couple of my Ring Floodlight cameras for new ones. I reached out to a few companies but I was most impressed with WLV response, which was immediate and the prices were very competitive. Pablo, the owner came over within a week and was very thorough with my Ring install. I was so happy that I hired him to install new Ring Floodlights and doorbells at two of my rentals. Amazing job! He used Cat 6 cables and for the new installs he ran the cables in the attic and the final result was very clean. I had all of my tvs at my house hardwired to my cox modem to free up the WiFi. Excellent and clean job. I kept adding to my initial small order because I was so happy with the results. I bought a new 55" tv for the guest bedroom which he installed and mounted. He hid all the wires without blemishing my wall. I then bought 6 hardwired continuous recording cameras which turned out great and the monitor which he mounted on the wall, per my request, looked great. Again, clean job and cable maintenance. We had a couple of minor issues with connections because I have so much going on at my house, but Pablo and his guys were right there to resolve the issue. The cabinet that housed the components was a nightmare due to changing equipment that left ghost wires behind. A discovery that the electrical outlet into which everything was plugged was not grounded meant that it all had to be yanked out so the electrician could access the box in the wall. Pablo worked hard to complete the job even though the price estimate was was much cheaper than it should have been. This was an error on their side as I made it very clear what I wanted. His dedication alone is why I gave four stars. He was willing to constantly adapt to any requests I had along the way. Unfortunately due to my home's construction we weren't able to route cables behind the wall like we discussed, but he tried for hours. He ended up patching the hole and now it just needs to be repainted. I would have given five stars, but I found out afterward that he tore off a big piece of the wrap on my ikea tv cabinet.
