He requested Andy to come back the next day so I could talk to him too and he did. The price is locked for two years and it never goes up like the cable companies. I was so convinced i had them come back the next day (that same day schedule was full) to re-activate the system and install a new control panel since the previous owner of our house had the push pad version (i'm a touch pad girl LoL) We are lucky that our house was built with the whole security wiring so all of our window and door sensors are not visible to the naked eye which is a huge plus. For any service requests, I have to first go through Central Security Group who then dispatches them to the security company. In 2016, I was burglarized and police suggested I install video cameras. I called Central Security Group. Alarm2000 installed the video cameras and upgraded my system, not All Secure. I was not told that a different company would be installing the new equipment and assumed that All Secure would service me. In May 2017, I had my home re-stuccoed which required the contractor to remove the outdoor security camera affixed to the back wall of my house in order for them to complete the work. They tried twice to remount the video camera, but the view was not good. Consequently, I called Central Security Group to file a request and was told that the security company would call me within two business days. After two days, I called back Central Security Group and was told that the service request was originally sent to All Secure and was later recalled because they were unavailable. They then sent my service request to Aztec Security. Alarm2000 (who installed the video camera) is no longer working with Central Security Group. I was asked to call Central Security Group back tomorrow to sort this out with Aztec Security. All Secure is located 0.50 miles from my house. Aztec Security is 21 miles away. When I originally purchased my system through All Secure, I reasonably expected that they would service my future security needs. I did not expect to be bounced around between security companies. Based on my experience, All Secure is invested in the initial sale and installment and not my long-term safety.

I have expressly said that I was willing to pay a premium for proper handling of the situation. When I mentioned those concerns, other providers did express a lot more caution about the tile situation and they came out to make sure it could be done. I understand that there's an opportunity cost to come out in person but I expected a premium service provider to be able to do so. That's simply not materialized.

They told me this without actually pulling out my CPU to test it, and claimed that I damaged it by installing my cooler wrong, and there was only a 50/50 chance my processor was still working - I don't know how they could've possibly known that without actually touching the processor at all. When they returned my computer, it was missing the card rail clip, the velcro straps that I use to manage my cables, and the front panel header had been unplugged and rewired incorrectly. This store made an already incredibly stressful situation twice as stressful and last twice as long by giving me wrong information and leaving my computer in a worse state than they received it in.

As of today, more than three weeks after that text and nearly 12 months after you took possession of my TV, I still do not have my TV back and my recent text messages have gone unanswered. You stated in your response that customers would be getting their TVs back soon and that you do not keep customers' TVs. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Despite multiple promises over the past several months, my TV remains in your possession. What has been particularly frustrating is seeing recent reviews from customers whose TVs have apparently been repaired and returned while I continue to wait without updates or communication. I am not questioning that personal hardships may have occurred. I am simply sharing my experience as a customer: my 85" Sony TV has been gone for nearly 12 months, I have paid nearly $500, I still do not have my TV back, and I am currently receiving no responses to my messages. Also, my screen was NOT damaged when he took it. It was a board/light issue. I sincerely hope this matter is resolved, and I will gladly update my review if and when my TV is returned.

Omar responded to my request for TV wall mount instalation within minutes of my request. He quoted me a fair price and said he could be at my house in about 2 hours. He made in 1.5 hours. When I showed him the problem ( my TV was already mounted, but I needed change to an updated ROKU) He was able to install the Roku with out taking down the TV and since it was a simple fix he gave me a discount. The problem started when Ameritechs installed 10 cameras on my home camera system and did not…read morerecord the passwords or give them to me. I don't know anything about cameras and passwords so I didn't know to ask. When it came time to change the NVR, I was told they don't have the passwords and will charge me $750 to retrieve them from the cameras. I shouldn't have to pay for something they should have provided in the first place. Chris came over for $50 and examined the cameras, the analog ones that needed to be replaced, and suggested a new NVR. I got an estimate for $3030 to replace 3 cameras and the NVR and reconnect existing cameras to NVR. Without NVR it was $2130. There were no details about specs for the cameras or NVR. That's like sending a customer an invoice for $30,000 for "a car." People generally want a little more detail about what they're getting. I asked that they first just come out to retrieve the passwords for the 10 cameras, fix camera #7 that stopped working, and fix a screw that their tech stripped when he installed that camera. They said they wanted $750 to retrieve the passwords. They also wanted to charge $129 for someone to come out again and look at the cameras again, when I just paid $50 for Chris to look at them. And I maintain that I should not have to pay for something that they should have provided to begin with. I asked how many TB was in the Uniview NVR as the estimate didn't specify. The first time I was told it "supported storage" of 16TB to 32TB. Next email said the NVR comes pre-installed with 4TB storage. Next email said the NVR on the estimate does not come with any storage - they planned to reuse the old hard drives from my existing NVR - but no one ever asked me about that. Those drives were at least 5 years old and at end of life. If I wanted new hard drives, it would be an extra charge. I asked if cameras were 4K (the estimate only says 4MP). Finally, was told they would be 2K at $140 each. I asked about the warranty for the equipment. They said it's manufacturer warranty, not theirs, but didn't know and never said what it was. Isn't that something that every buyer wants to know? What is the warranty! Next estimate added $200 to reset the camera #7 that was not working, plus $750 to reset the other 10 cameras so I would have the passwords plus the $3030 for 3 new cameras and NVR - so $4624. And that probably didn't include any hard drive for the NVR as they were going to reuse my old ones. I got a lot of other confusing emails from Kanani interjecting things we never discussed like suddenly asking me if I wanted a hybrid DVR. I don't need a hybrid DVR. Then Kanani thought I wanted Uniview cameras. I never said that. Every time I asked a question, I got a different answer. Every time, the price got higher or didn't include some component that would be extra. I had another company come out to try and reset the camera passwords. He said that brand of camera TVT (Shenzhen TVT Digital Technology Co., Ltd) is difficult and takes 45 minutes to reset the password for each camera and get it onto the Avalonix XVR (which is why Ameritechs didn't want to do it either). He said it would be cheaper to replace the cameras with new 8K cameras. So, the 10 cameras that I just paid Ameritechs $4,439 to install in the past two years are now worthless. That doesn't seem like good customer service. I feel I was taken advantage of - I'm a senior citizen now and a woman alone and always a target to be ripped off because I don't know what I don't know. I think we might end up in small claims court because I really got screwed over. I don't have energy for it but some things you can't let stand.

But they only handled Elan and I wanted to go to Control 4. I interviewed 4 companies and Javier was the only one to point out that we had Cat 3 cable and to get the highest speeds we needed to go to Cat6, which would require some rewiring. Also, other companies me told that I needed an equipment rack to straighten out the cable mess in my cabinet. Javier said he could take care of that without a rack. This would be a cost saving of about $2000! I found the following to be very positive about Javier and the team he works with: 1) Always available (I've contacted him early in the AM and late at 9pm and he always answered promptly, courteously, and knowledgeably. 2) He bid what was needed and got me the best prices possible 3) He was on time and on budget 4) He left the job site clean 5) Everything worked! 6) His bid was half of what my prior vendor bid for a system that provides everything we need and more. 7) Before Javier, we never got more than 200Mbps even though we paid for gigabit service. With Javier's upgrade we now get over 900MBPS everywhere in the house. I include a before and after picture so you can see his handiwork. There was an Amp and AVR in an adjacent cabinet that he was able to consolidate into the one neat setup where everything can be accessed easily. I highly recommend Javier, Alan and Mike for your AV needs. I'll definitely use them again.
