Omar did a fantastic job replacing an ethernet cable to one of my outdoor security cameras. He showed up on time. He ran the cable on my roof and was done with in an hour. All done at fair price. Fantastic Job!! read more

Omar is fantastic. He has the unique combination of expertise and kindness when it comes to dealing with people who are technologically challenged yet wish to benefit from the latest products and audio-visual systems. I highly recommend his services! read more

Contacted Omar for a project to run Ethernet through our new home. He quickly got back to be and scheduled the work within just a few short days. He was prompt and knowledgeable and quickly found the solution to an awkward house layout. Only took a few hours and some crawlspace maneuvering and he and team set up Ethernet outlets in our 3 rooms and set up the appropriate switch in our living room, easily labeled and with room to expand further if needed. Super nice, super quick, will definitely use again whenever another project like this comes up! read more

Olaf was great, knowledgeable and quick. He diagnosed the problem with the fire detector, fixed it and recommended what was needed for the protection of the rest of my house. He clearly explained the pricing before starting the work. Will use this company again. Thanks much! read more

Omar did a tremendous job replacing our old cameras, running new cable, and adding cameras in the areas where we wanted better visibility. He was very thorough with the estimate, set clear expectations around timing, and kept us updated on product delivery so we always knew what to expect. His team did meticulous work from start to finish, and Omar stayed communicative throughout the day with progress updates. ConnectWorks LLC is the best in the area, and I would not hesitate to hire Omar again for other jobs or recommend him to anyone looking for security camera installation. read more

We had an excellent experience with Omar who came to our property in Fallbrook and solved our Starlink connectivity issues in record time. Punctual, friendly, professional, and obviously very experienced made working with Omar and Volted Solutions a true pleasure. We highly recommend him, without hesitation. read more

I reached out to have a 65" TV installed on a wall mount. Omar responded right away and was able to send me a quote immediately after speaking with him. He arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He was able to get the job done quickly and cleanly and at a fair price. I highly recommend using this company for this type of project. I actually have him coming back out to mount another TV this week! read more

Volted did, indeed, provide us with the solution we need. Omar and his teammate,Caesar, were simply great: technically savvy, personable, efficient and worked hard to diagnose the problem with our security cameras. and answered all of our questions. It was a pleasure to write them a check for their fee which was more than simply "reasonable" I regret that I chose the first vendor who was indifferent and aloof. My wife and I felt like he could "care less" about us. No enthusiasm for his work, much less eye contact with us. He never followed up to see how we were doing with the system. Eventually he returned my calls and came out to explain the system, albeit begrudgingly. That's okay, because now we have Omar (and Caesar) who clearly cared about the thoroughness and quality of their work and all at a reasonable cost! Can't recommend this company strongly enough! read more

Omar was great to work with. He is professional, did great work and has reasonable rates. Will definitely use him in the future.

Omar and his partner were great! They accommodated my last minute, short notice needs. We're timely and professional. Even fixed another issue I was having without even having to ask. Will definitely save their I for and use them again in the future! Thank you so much guys! read more

Installation of my starlink went smooth. I have a two story home and Omar + Cesar were able to install the Starlink efficiently in under an hour. I was not able to install the unit, but they were able to and came prepared. They can also uninstall the Starlink in case you move. Easy transition from Cox Internet (terrible) to Starlink. They were worth the $350. read more

Omar and Cesar did an amazing job installing our Starlink system, very fast, professional and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend!

Great experience all around. I sent photos of what work needs to be done. I needed 2 cameras installed and they removed a lighting fixture where one was going to be placed. Omar quoted me a price and that's what I paid. Omar was very responsive, provided a timeframe of when he was showing up. He also texted his ETA. The work was clean and quick. Will definitely use again. Thank you! read more

Inquired about getting a quote on getting my Lorex Camera System installed on my home. Omar immediately responded back within the next hour with a quote on my project and got me scheduled on a day I was off. Omar and Cesar arrived on site and immediately got to it. They scanned the entire house and proceeded to show me the optimal areas where to mount all 8 of my cameras. With all their recommendations, the project turned out amazing and on top of that, the job was quick and thorough! The pricing was also affordable, especially for their quality of work. Would highly recommend going through them and would have them work on our home again in a heart beat. Thank you Omar and Cesar! read more

Direct, Logical, professional, and friendly. Quick Response to Service, Fair Price, and was on time based on service request timeframe. His knowledge and cleanliness was spot on installing a mount for our tv. Thank you Omar. I'll be in touch soon for the next install. Cheers! RG. read more

Omar recently performed work at my house including: installation of a TV+soundbar, moving cat5 cables and coax to the new location, connecting in-ceiling speakers to Sonos amps via an impedance matcher, and mounting a second TV. Throughout he was responsive, he listened to me (several installers tried to sell me on much more complex solutions), his price was competitive, he finished in less time than originally estimated, and then when my wife informed me that the TV was in the wrong place by a few inches, he came back to make it right. I'd definitely use Volted Solutions again. read more

I highly recommend this business. Omar and his team were prompt, courteous, professional, and respectful of our property. I requested to have 4 network drops and they were done flawlessly and managed properly, they also helped me create some short wires from my patch panel to my switch as well which helped a lot. They did an amazing job in rerouting some wires from Frontier as well to help eliminate any clutter and wires that should have been hidden from the get go. read more

Omar agreed to bid network installation on my new home and provided an arrival window for 9-10am on a weekday. The day of the bid he did not show up and did not answer/return calls. I would not recommend Connect Works unless you like having your time wasted, but at least they ghosted me on the bid instead of waiting for the actual job. read more

Connect works previously did an A/V installation in my home. They did a great job so I had them return many months later to connect a new component and reorganize some cables now that I had lived with the system for a while. Omar from Connect Work promptly responded. He showed up on time as agreed. He did the needed work and charged what he had quoted me. There was an issue with one of the cables; Omar came back quickly and corrected it, no additional cost. I highly recommend this company. read more

Tried and True! I haven't always had the best experiences with finding various handyman work on Yelp but these guys worked out perfectly. I needed 2 TVs, 2 soundbars and a PS5 mounted. I recently had a LED fireplace install and some new drywall so they were very careful in placing the TVs securely into the aluminum studs and being gentle with the new paint job. They centered each TV asked me if I like the height before securing the mounts to the wall. I'm really happy with how clean and streamlined everything turned out. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family for this kind of work read more

Volted Electric was spectacular. Omar and crew knew how to set up my new HP printer. They had great personalities. I will use them again

After getting 99% replies of "Unable to service classic Home Theater Units", Omar came to my apartment with his assistant the same day, & once he diagnosed the issue on my 13 year old budget Harman-Kardon wired 1700 AVR being an internal one he could not repair, he was fair enough to waive the diagnostic fee & find a new, affordable budget Yamaha wired RX-V385 AVR for me online, matching all of my needed connections that I ordered, quickly received (within 2 days), & easily setup with all of the Harman- Kardon's connections. So for living on a fixed income in pricey San Diego, this service was a dream come true! read more

I highly recommend this business. Omar and his team were prompt, courteous, professional, and respectful of our property. They were also very supportive. We couldn't be happier with the experience. Moreover, Omar's quote was half of what his competitors quoted us. read more
