Tony, Paulo, and Mattheus did a great job wiring and installing speakers and an electrical outlet. The wiring was a challenge, and they did an excellent job by minimizing the number of cuts to the drywall on the walls and ceiling. My first TV mount was more straight forward and they centered it perfectly tailored it my family room setup. The second trip out was a little more complicated getting them to have a minimalist setup for my samsung frame w/ special request to have a clean USB-c connection to my laptop to give power and data to the frame. This is the second time my family has used HD Hookups and we'll definitely use them again in the future. We recently upgraded one of our TV's so had them out to replace the TV, change TV mount to a different style, along with adding a Sonos Arc sound bar, which also had a mount. I paid a little more to have them calibrate the sound bar because I admit I'm a little challenged with that type of stuff. The techs (Omar and Ezequiel?) arrived on time and had the whole project done in about an hour. These guys are amazing. I cannot wait to use them again. The are super professional and patient and they communicate exactly what they are seeing and doing. Mathias and his guy showed up right on time and quoted me for the job not by the hour. They clearly stated what any extra parts would cost and did a great job. Our ten year old tv died recently and I was devastated. It was mounted but our new Samsung tv had a much lower mounting point and I was short on screws. And the tv harness piece didn't even fit with the new screw holes on the new tv. They came out and they came prepared! They had mounts to choose from and badass cables and bolts and all of it. I told them what I needed and showed them my old setup and how the cables were run and they took it from there. At my request they even tried to salvage the old mount but unfortunately the bolt holes would not line up with the old tv. Once they had all the old stuff down they were going to mount the new one but they discovered my former heavy mount was just screwed into the drywall with anchors. No 2x4s back there above my fireplace. They suggested going with a lighter mount but I really wanted the big arm one and they said they'd need to put up 2x4s to really make it structurally sound. They quoted me a price and went to town! They measured the wood they'd need and went to the home supply store to order it and get it cut. They came back put in lag bolts and then put that mount on the right way. I came back downstairs later and they had the Roku, PS5 and tv all setup and using way less remotes then before. I'm telling you these guys are amazing and you need them in your life. I wish I had more work for them. Don't wait. Call them now and get them out there. They're amazing. read more

They are worth every penny of their quote. I had researched many (almost too many) installers but HDH came the highest recommended as other family members have use them. Are they the cheapest. No. Are they the best. In my opinion, yes. Tony and Chris were the guys assigned to mount our flat screen. I could not have asked for a better team to do the job. Tony was truly a gift as his honesty and candor were given with tact and compassion when I had questions about the project. He gave me his professional thoughts about the placement and components of the mount which I decided to follow as , well, I think he's been doing this for 20+ years. They installed a new outlet (for behind the tv) and also hid the cords. I am beyond satisfied with how the mount turned out. They finished the job the job in the time allotted. They took the new 48" TV from the first to the second floor. And took the old TV from the second floor back to the first.
