I contacted Empire Satellites to get Starlink installed. I live in Riverside, CA and they were able to service my request. Chris did an amazing job. He was friendly, fast and very professional. I live in a two-story home and Chris was up on the roof no problem and had my Starlink installed super fast. He also helped me with the setup process so I could connect my devices. I highly recommend Empire Satellites. Chris was great and the price is a great value for the service Empire Satellites provide. read more

Practically everything in the follow up response by the owner is a blatant lie, further proving my point that the guy has no integrity. 1. Original quote given did not specify a "covered cable" install. I would have declined right then and there. My router is located inside a room with no exterior walls. 2. I never "insisted" on using the mount that I bought. If it was indeed not suitable (which of course was not the case), it should have been explained exactly why. All this particular mount needed was a small block of 2x4 behind it, to clear the edge of tile roof. But Chris was too lazy and rushed to think it through. Instead, he claimed that it needed "an extension" (nope, it didn't), and proceeded to butcher my brand new fascia by driving six (!) lag bolts through the mount at haphazard angles. When I re-mounted the dish properly myself a few days later, I was appalled at the damage that was inflicted. 3. He is obviously not used to his customers checking the quality of his installs. He came up with "oh, it's not finished yet" line only after I showed him the photo of the shoddy work he has done, got up the ladder myself, and demonstrated how wobbly the mount still was. Before then, he kept insisting that the mount was installed perfectly. 4. Before he left, he did offer to install his "professional" mount for $100. It was NOT free of charge, as he claims. This sleazy used car salesman's last ditch upsell was the final straw for me. That's when I knew I had to post my review. I have nothing more to say - it is up to the reader to decide who is telling the truth. If you still decide to hire Empire Satellites to work on your home, be prepared to live with the consequences. read more

We had Starlink installed by Empire Satellite and had a very good experience. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly assessed the best setup, installed the dish on the roof, and ran the wiring inside cleanly and neatly with great attention to detail. Pricing was fair and clearly communicated. While he did arrive late, he proactively texted updates about his schedule, which helped set expectations. Overall, solid workmanship and good communication. I'd recommend Chris and Empire Satellite for Starlink installs. read more

WOW, we are so impressed with the level of service we have received from this company. In particular, Chris. He is so patient and kind in his explanation (not all of us are tech savvy) he also went 100% above and beyond for us in helping to ensure our event had the connectivity we needed to be successful. I will recommend this company to all of our contacts! Chris, you are an awesome human being, and btw it was a pleasure meeting your son today as well. Thank you kind sir, for all of your hard work. Chris installed our Starlink Gen 3 system yesterday and I could not be more pleased. Clean and neat install that works perfectly. I don't know why Yelp shows him only in the Riverside area as he has a location in Malibu. I will definitely use him again. read more

Chris installed my Starlink last night, there was a bit of confusion on installation fee and wish it was honored at the $280 plus $100 for parts totaling $380 I was quoted instead of the $450 that was paid. Chris was extremely professional and took the time to explain the process and mount the dish on my patio cover instead of my house. Chris was extremely professional however I'm giving a 4 star rating because my original quote was not honored, that was disappointing. read more

The Starlink was installed correctly and works very very well. He showed up on time and stuck by his original quote. Would use him again.

Chris from Empire Satellite saved the day. Thanks to him and his relentlessly effort in providing me with Satellite after weeks of trying with Directv. Chris was able to do what Directv installers could not do. I'm extremely happy now. If you want a company that is about great customer service than Empire Satellites is the place. I definitely recommend them. read more

Of several vendors I called for help with a Direct TV problem, only Empire Satellite returned my call. Arrived the next day as scheduled and very expertly took care of my issues. He was extremely intelligent and resourcefull. As a Direct TV subscriber paying them a lot of loot, Direct TV refused to come out and help me at my RV campsite. I had to scream and yell at several Direct TV supervisors before they agreed to take the Geni out of my bedroom and give me back the SR 24 receiver.. They gouged me an additional $ 100.00 because it is the only receiver that works by my RV. I had been using it for over 10 yrs while camping. this way. The charge from Empire was again very reasonable! Kudos to Chris Ghalmen for the expert help. I would recommend him to most anybody. Thanks again, I am very satisfied! read more
