I went to upgrade my phone from an old Samsung to a new Motorola. The guy who helped me said that he couldn't transfer data from my old phone to the one he sold me. He wouldn't even try. After backing everything up on my computer, I did the transfer at home, and wouldn't you know, it worked just fine. I think he was lazy or brand new and didn't know what he was talking about. 2 stars because the wait wasn't bad, the store was staffed well, and they also had my phone in stock when other places around us didn't. I also had to make an extra trip to turn in my old phone when it could have all been done in the one visit. read more

We had an excellent experience at this T-Mobile today. We had multiple, complex needs, and were so impressed with and so grateful for the help we received from Mobile expert Chris. He was the kindest, most patient customer service rep we could imagine! Everyone in this store was great. Chris took good care of us and got us the very best deal! Thank you, Chris and team! read more

They were not able to help me set up a new business account. I waited four hours one day and 1.5 hours the next day and still nothing was accomplished. They have a very bad and complicated system for business owners. I would not recommend any business owner go through TMobile. read more

This is a great T-Mobile store unless you have the misfortune of being waited on by a jerk-off named Ileana. She has terrible customer service skills, a terrible face, and major RBF. I already have 4 lines with T-mobile and came to add another 2 lines, but Ileana makes me want to cancel the original 4 lines and go to Verizon wireless or Spectrum or AT&T. The original dude who helped me was absolutely wonderful, which is why I stopped in to ask for him. Today, I came in to ask if he was available and she wouldn't tell me if he was or not without verifying my info. I'm pretty sure she's just a jealous hater because she doesn't have loyal customers. read more

I am Extremely happy! I went to this store with just some questions not thinking I would be able to get the help that I need. I had been with At &T for years since the very first IPhone came out. Being a loyal customer for AT&T I would have hoped they could help me lower my bill but in the end my bill just kept creeping up and up. So when I went to this store Daniel help me answer all my questions and made my process so much more easier. I was able to transfer over all my lines. Get newer phones for trading in my old phones still owing money on them for free. And keeping my same numbers. With getting the money back to be able to pay off my old phones that I owe! There was still much more that he helped me with. But over all I am very satisfied! And will definitely recommend this store ,staff and manager! Thank you Daniel and Jose for all you helped me with hard work doesn't go unnoticed! read more

Do not go this T-Mobile. Went there to what was supped to be a simple easy swap. Due to a charge port not working. Gave them my phone they swap everything out. It was doing some loading. The associate CHRIS assured me everything was good and that I could leave. And it would be faster if I took it home and got on the WiFi and waited for it to finish due to it maybe. Taking an hour. Long story short. I'm having to add everything to my phone again manually. My phone did. Not cross over and mirror my old phone. Like it has done b4 on all my upgrades. Lost some important things and I'm pissed....and the store. Manager was no help. He best solution was. Ohh you can go into the App Store and download them all again. Well no s*%t smh. Ruined a day smh read more

Went in for T Mobile Tuesday. Waited a good amount of time. The store Manager Jose approached those waiting and added them to his I pad for phone assistance. He said to me you are number 4 in line. I stated I was there for the screen cleaner offered today. He said I had to be put in the system. I then repeated this has never been the case before. He insisted that this is what I must do. I left the store without the give away. There were a few people walking in past me for their Tuesday offer. I got in my car to leave and they crossed in front of me with the free item in their hands. I called T mobile and was told this is definitely not the procedure. I have been with T mobile for over 15 years. Time to go. Bye T mobile. You can thank Store Manager Jose for the absolute worst T mobile experience. read more

We came in looking for a new iPhone and who attended us was Henry. Things were explained quick and breifly when after my dad asked a question and was ignored. He asked again minutes later and was ignored again as Henry stood infront trying to acess the new phone for us. My dad asked again for the third time pointing out that he is asking a question and Henry finally gave the bare minimum customer service. It didn't feel like a friendly envirment. I understand it was close to closing time, but it doesn't mean to give poor customer services. read more

Destiny H. was incredible! She is definitely an asset to the T Mobile organization. Her people skills, service after the sale, and pleasant demeanor should be the benchmark for all T-Mobile associates. I certainly this review is acted upon and that she is recognized for her professionalism. read more

To start with, when I walked I was immediately greeted and provided with customer service from Destiny. She asked me what brought me in today and I told her I was looking to inquiry about the promotion for the trade in for the brand new iPhone 17. Destiny provided top tier customer service by breaking down the different options, plans, and best deals that I could chose from based off the current phone plan I had. I can't put a high enough emphasis on the detail and standard of Destiny's customer service! She was very sociable and outgoing while explaining the whole break down to me, which made my visit a 100/10 experience at her store! read more

It's rare to feel compelled to leave a five-star review, but the exceptional service I received from Trey, the manager, deserves it. He was professional, efficient, and patient, taking the time to clearly address all my concerns. I arrived frustrated from an issue at another T-Mobile, but Trey's calm demeanor and outstanding management skills resolved everything seamlessly. He created an atmosphere that makes me want to continue my service with T-Mobile. Employees like Trey are invaluable and truly help the company thrive--he deserves a big bonus! read more

What an amazing experience we had at T-Mobile when I took my 85 year old cousin to upgrade her phone. Christopher was the agent who helped us and what a positive experience having a person who listened to our concerns, and her needs. He was knowledgeable, quick, and with enormous patience. Great communicator with a fun sense of humor. Agents like Christopher makes T-Mobile a good company to have as your phone company. read more

I had such an awesome experience with Kylie and Jasmin. I had problems with my phone and accessing my account since I lost my pin. They took their time hearing my story and Kylie found the best way to try to help resolve my situation. Kylie tried her hardest with the corporate line to try to get the most help for my particular case. Although I couldn't get very far, they made me feel heard with my frustrations, and Kylie especially went above and beyond to help me as much possible. I'm very thankful for their help and and amazing service, i should have been here from the beginning . If you need help or a new line go to them!! Kylie and Jasmyn were the best!!! read more

I use to like this T-Mobile but it has seriously gone down, the staff make it clear they don't want to help you, and worse they were loudly gossiping about other associates and cussing, extremely unprofessional. I had the intention of buying a new phone to upgrade but they man helping me looked board and wasn't trying to help me. When he asked another associate for help he straight out said no ‍ ugh I just left after that. All together just a very bad experience. read more

T-Mobile is a great cellular company in general. The people running this branch A re AMAZING and then some! Everyone going in the store receives a sincere welcome. I have gone in numerous times for technical support. They are always willing to help. Today I had a problem with a voice mail application. Gregory, Marques & Sam spent quite a bit of time helping to fix the problem. The great treatment is not limited to these three general. The entire staff at the Day Street T-Mobile store treat customers with the same sincerity & kindness. I would like to thank each & every one of the staff members for the great service and the kindness. The Staff at the Day Street Store are all an asset to T-Mobile and great examples of customer support. read more

If you are not adding a line, Do not go there. Worse customer service. They only care about their commission. The girl with half side of her hair shaved is the worse person, very bad attitude, I walked in to upgrade my wife's phone, she literally kicked us out BecUse there was no money there for her I guess... she didn't even ask to check my account. I went in today to purchase an iPhone and I must say, Kylie was a joy to deal with. Her customer service was on point and she made me feel welcome in the store! I can't say the same for the taller guy (I can't remember his name) but I ran into an issue and he just sort of tossed me aside and that's his fault because he missed out on a $1200 sale. Kylie, you go girl and it's people like you that give me hope when going inside places like this. read more

My husband and I went into T-Mobile to upgrade our phone. We immediately got greeted with a big smile from Kylie. We originally went in to just buy a phone and ask questions about the watches. She was so helpful and patient with us. We were in there for a bit, but it didn't feel that long because Kylie was very fun and energetic. We were so happy with her service and kindness. Thanks Kylie for letting my son help you open things up, he had fun. It's the little kindnesses like this that make for happy customers. read more

I went to the T Mobile store on Day Street in Moreno Valley to get some information on the First Responder and 55+ plans that were being offered, after hearing good things from some of the guys at my old office. I have been a long time client of Verizon Wireless, but never liked their plans and offers when it came to data. I met with Dave at this store and was immediately impressed with his knowledge of plans and service. He was able to fit me in with the First Responder plan and showed me all the benefits, to include 3 new free phones. He also worked with me on changing over several lines for my kids that were out of state. He told me to contact him by text on any changes and questions, and he always responded immediately to any questions or concerns. I took my oldest daughter to the store to meet with Dave on an upgrade, and she was equally impressed with his attentive service and knowledge. After leaving the store, she told me that she has never met a cellphone sales rep like Dave, that just seemed to navigate through the system easily and with confidence. She commented that she had just gotten used to the same type of lack-luster concern or understanding that she would experience everywhere like Spectrum or Verizon. The Moreno Valley store was not the closet store to my house. I only happened to walk in to the store to get some information. I dont know if the other T Mobile stores are the same quality of service, but I know that the Moreno Valley Store on Day Street is one of the busiest in the area, and we feel very lucky to have met and worked with Dave on getting us our new service. On another note, I have had tech issues with one of my new phones, but have had great tech support from T Mobile on trying to resolve the issue. I am very happy to have made the change in service. read more

I went to think store and as soon as I walked in I got greeted by the manager Jess and a second worker at the same time which was a little alarming.Reason it was about 8 others in the store.Jess had a condescending attitude and really acted like he didnt want to help me and as if I was too dumb to help myself.Well this is why I went in to get the expert to help but he was far from it.I am a practitioner and I needed something for my phone since it was new and I am a team Mobil phone carrier I thought they should help me well Jess was asking me questions that he should have known. And all the attention no Jess am not going to run out with a phone again am a practitioner that needed help that I didn't receive.Jess and the other guy made me feel very unwanted and uncomfortable.I asked for the corporate number and I got 611 we both know this is not corporate again treating me like I was uneducated.i would never come to this store again since it appears like I knew more then the so called manager that needs to be retrained in customer service. read more
