From the moment I walked in, the employee barely communicated with me and seemed uninterested in helping. Before agreeing to the repair, I specifically asked him to make sure my phone was still functioning properly before replacing the screen. He simply nodded and said yes. About two hours later, I got my phone back, and the very first thing I noticed was that the new screen was popping out of the phone. When I pointed it out, his response was, "Just don't put it in your pocket because the screen can come off." Seriously? That's the quality of work I paid for? When I got home, I also realized my Bluetooth no longer worked and some of the keyboard letters weren't working either. I returned to the store, and instead of taking responsibility, they told me they could fix it--but only if I paid more money. They damaged my phone during the repair and then expected me to pay again to fix the problem they caused. The workmanship, customer service, and communication were all unacceptable. The technicians refused to take responsibility and had made me come back to the store a couple times, wouldn't issue a refund, and acted like none of this was their fault. Save yourself the frustration and take your phone somewhere else. This was a complete waste of money and one of the worst customer service experiences I've had.

I have been with Verizon for over 25 years, I have upgraded my cell phone several times in the…read morepast, today (June 22 2026) I thought I would upgrade my cell phone to a new one, first thing I had to do is register in the store and be put in the queue for a salesman, then one of the reps came up to me and interrupted me as I was filling in my information, I had to repeat myself several times to him to be placed in the queue, it would of been easier if he let me finish it myself. I waited about 10 minutes, not too bad. A young lady greeted me who was going to assist me in my upgrade. As I was explaining what I had for a trade in, she cut me off and interrupted me as I was telling her what I had, then she asked me a question about what my cell phone was doing, I started to explain and she cut me off again, got past that question and she asked me another question and again as I was explaining again she cut me off one more time, I was fuming at this point, but I stayed in control, she did it one more time as I spoke and I told her she needs to quit talking over me as it was rude, she just looked at me like I did something wrong. I was so mad at this point, I told her she was being very rude talking over me and she began to talk her salesmen nonsense. I told her I had enough because of her rudeness and I got up to leave the store. The rep who helped me looked at me like I did something wrong and told him she needs to quit drinking so much coffee. I don't know anyone who likes to be talked over like it's normal, I was so pissed as I left the store. If you need to buy or upgrade your Verizon cell phone from this store beware you will be dealing with rude sales staff. Best Buy was right across the street so I went there and the Verizon young lady there was so helpful and went over my options. I hope Verizon or the store manager or store owner calls me so I can file a complaint. 23 June 2026 UPDATE from Business Owner (see their response) It's a disappointment seeing that the business owner classifies being treated badly by rude company employees as a "bad experience". But when I got my iPad back they chipped it and scratched inside of it when taking screen off and left glue residue when putting it back together. They are honest with their job but not safe with customer items. They should not rush things in my opinion and own up to their mistakes and just fix it.
