At the time, I was at the Sprint store in Tyler Mall and was told that T-Mobile would honor phone plans with Sprint customers. I had the IPHONE Forever Plan; which entitles me to an upgrade every year when I turn the old IPHONE in. This month I went to the T-Mobile store and they told me that they terminated that plan and that I was on a plan where I buy the IPhone over the course of 30 months. I never agreed to this, and I was not made aware that this was even legal. It sounds incredibly suspicious that a company tells its customers one thing then switches their plans and terminates the one they are on without forewarnings or options. I already pay overpriced phone fees like everyone else, and now feel like I was taken advantage of as well.

Another T-Mobile store told me I can report them because it's simply laziness and they can help. The "store manager" Mohammed told me that since I did not purchase my phone at their location that I was lucky that he was helping me at all and that it was a waste of his time to service my brand new iPhone, which is less than a day old, because it was not purchased at their store but through a different T-Mobile location. Got a Samsung A16 and she was able to give me a discount on a case and screen protector. Will be coming back to this store add more lines. BUYERS BEWARE ! this place is a rip off. March 30 2026 I stop in this store to get my Iphone 13…read morepromax repaired. after 4 yrs I thought I had finally broken my screen. I stopped here because the Apple place bye my business was not open. I spoke to the guy at the counter. he gave me two quotes one for $169 to repair my screen one for $229 In thought both quote were way to high. Then he started pitching me . on how great there parts were and what a great warranty the screens for $169 were. I was running low on time so I asked the guy how long it would take to get done. He stated between 45min- 1 hour. I reluctantly agreed. The repair guy came back in 5 min. & I thought WOW that was fast. paid the bill and left the store . I had forgotten there was a glass screen protector on it! this is key. This is the first time I had ever had to replace a screen on this phone in 4 years. Fast forward to April 2 2026 literally 2 days later. I stopped for fuel. As I claimed out I dropped my phone. The whole screen shattered. I was stunned I just paid $184.86 with tax to have it fixed and was told this was tempered glass and so strong and all this stuff. So I went back to the I phone repair place close to my business. I showed them what happened. The guys says to me That's not to bad to have a phone for 4 years and just now having to replace the original screen. I said what?! he said this is the original screen. So then I told him I just had it replaced two days ago. The tech says this phone screen was not replaced. I thought it was really strange that it only took them 5-7 minutes to replace the screen when I was quoted 45min - 1 hr. .I turns out that In did have a glass screen protector on it from years ago. These guys took my phone pulled of the screen protector and handed me my phone back . then Charged me $184.86 for the repair. These guys are Crooks! plain and simple. I will be disputing this on my Credit Card. Then I will probably take them to court. This is Bull Shit , My old self would have walked in the door and start kicking the shit out of People, but I'm all grown up now and I guess we have to fight people in a different way. But doing people dirty like this . Is just wrong and they will get what's just for them. I hope they read this I am going to put this every where. They have no business being in business .
