When I got there, I was welcomed by the owner of the business, Luis Santos. Luis was very knowledgeable and his exceptional customer service made the entire experience extremely easy and fast. He was able to diagnosed the problem and provided a reasonable quote on the spot. After agreeing to move forward with the repair, the team there immediately started working on my phone and had everything completed in under an hour. When I went to pick it up, the screen cracked as soon as he set it on the counter, which immediately made me question the quality of the replacement parts. It then took another week to get the phone back, and I only got updates because I repeatedly called the store. Memo told me the repair was guaranteed, but when I took the phone to my dad at his rehabilitation center, the microphone didn't work, making it impossible for him to call me. When I returned, instead of honoring the warranty, Memo falsely claimed the phone had been dropped in a toilet, "smelled bad," and had water damage. He even asked me, "Can you understand my English?" before refusing to fix it. I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and seeking a refund.
