I stopped here because the Apple place bye my business was not open. I spoke to the guy at the counter. he gave me two quotes one for $169 to repair my screen one for $229 In thought both quote were way to high. Then he started pitching me . on how great there parts were and what a great warranty the screens for $169 were. I was running low on time so I asked the guy how long it would take to get done. He stated between 45min- 1 hour. I reluctantly agreed. The repair guy came back in 5 min. & I thought WOW that was fast. paid the bill and left the store . I had forgotten there was a glass screen protector on it! this is key. This is the first time I had ever had to replace a screen on this phone in 4 years. Fast forward to April 2 2026 literally 2 days later. I stopped for fuel. As I claimed out I dropped my phone. The whole screen shattered. I was stunned I just paid $184.86 with tax to have it fixed and was told this was tempered glass and so strong and all this stuff. So I went back to the I phone repair place close to my business. I showed them what happened. The guys says to me That's not to bad to have a phone for 4 years and just now having to replace the original screen. I said what?! he said this is the original screen. So then I told him I just had it replaced two days ago. The tech says this phone screen was not replaced. I thought it was really strange that it only took them 5-7 minutes to replace the screen when I was quoted 45min - 1 hr. .I turns out that In did have a glass screen protector on it from years ago. These guys took my phone pulled of the screen protector and handed me my phone back . then Charged me $184.86 for the repair. These guys are Crooks! plain and simple. I will be disputing this on my Credit Card. Then I will probably take them to court. This is Bull Shit , My old self would have walked in the door and start kicking the shit out of People, but I'm all grown up now and I guess we have to fight people in a different way. But doing people dirty like this . Is just wrong and they will get what's just for them. I hope they read this I am going to put this every where. They have no business being in business . Javier helped me, and not because of anything he did or didn't do. Issues popped up. To me it didn't look like I was going to get the phone. But he told me to stay positive, i tried but after 45 minutes and it getting close to closing time I was sure it was doomed. But, he ended up being right, and after over an hour, and with maybe 10 minutes to spare before the store closed. He was a man of his word and I left with a shiny new iPhone 14 Pro. I know he was doing his job, but I've been to many stores where the customer service was lacking to nonexistent. I really thought I was going to end up leaving with some whatever $99 Android phone. But he made it happen. If you go there ask for Javier, he pretty much made a miracle happen tonight lol. And his customer service was good that close to closing after he had been working all day. My only knock has nothing to do with him, IMHO the store should consider stocking the 1TB iPhone 14 Pros. Even if it's just 1, I would have picked that over the 512GB, but they don't have that one. 5 stars to Javier, and he didn't try to upsell me to a higher plan or tell me I needed a bunch of accessories. I'll definitely be going back next month to buy some accessories from him.

I know this is going to…read moresound like an exaggeration because it's so insane, but I swear this is how atrocious my experience has been. I signed up with Danny, who was extremely personable. I thought he was great. Until I walked out the door and realized this wasn't even a legit Verizon store! It's an authorized retailer. All of the reviews talking about being scammed definitely concerned me, but I was hopeful I got a good guy and was not going to experience the issues others had. HOLY was I wrong! First of, I did not sign a single thing when I signed up. Another rep at a different Verizon store told me that was highly unusual and not protocol, no kidding. I was told my plan would include more GB of data than it did. I was told I would be paying less than I was charged. I have been overcharged numerous times for various things. I have had to spend hours on the phone every single week to get these constant issues resolved. It's been exhausting and extremely mentally draining. I had to return the phone I got from Verizon because it was malfunctioning. I returned it within 30 days, but the device agreement was not properly removed from my account, so I was still being charged for the device every month. I had go back into the store to get them to properly from the device from my account, and spend hours more on the phone with customer support to get a credit for the bogus device charges. My service with Verizon has been sub-par, to say the least. I thought I was gonna get the best of the best with Verizon, but the same issues persist. I've tried every carrier in the area and they all suck out here, Verizon is no different. I ended up leaving Verizon recently and switched to MetroPCS. Amazing customer service with them so far, and it's much cheaper. And there isn't gonna be any funny stuff going on with my bill since it's prepaid. I HIGHLY discourage anyone from signing up with Verizon, at all, anywhere. But especially this store. They will absolutely lie to your face, and you will end up having to spend hours of your time trying to resolve issues with Verizon customer support because of the mistakes they make. Billing issues cannot be resolved in ANY Verizon store fyi, how ridiculous is that? And their customer support WILL hang up on you. There's a reason by Verizon has lost over 50k customers in the second quarter of this year. They are not what they used to be. Stay away.
