It then took another week to get the phone back, and I only got updates because I repeatedly called the store. Memo told me the repair was guaranteed, but when I took the phone to my dad at his rehabilitation center, the microphone didn't work, making it impossible for him to call me. When I returned, instead of honoring the warranty, Memo falsely claimed the phone had been dropped in a toilet, "smelled bad," and had water damage. He even asked me, "Can you understand my English?" before refusing to fix it. I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and seeking a refund. Based on my experience, I would never recommend this business.
