They are charging me for multiple phone lines and phones that were returned within the 30 day period, I'm not getting credit for the phones we brought in on some of the lines and that is making the bill expensive. The store told me to call customer service so I did and talked to somebody that promised me a call back after she went through the account and told me about the issues, she promised me she would fix the issues and never did and I just paid another bill for $600 Verizon is terrible! At the time, I was at the Sprint store in Tyler Mall and was told that T-Mobile would honor phone plans with Sprint customers. I had the IPHONE Forever Plan; which entitles me to an upgrade every year when I turn the old IPHONE in. This month I went to the T-Mobile store and they told me that they terminated that plan and that I was on a plan where I buy the IPhone over the course of 30 months. I never agreed to this, and I was not made aware that this was even legal. It sounds incredibly suspicious that a company tells its customers one thing then switches their plans and terminates the one they are on without forewarnings or options. I already pay overpriced phone fees like everyone else, and now feel like I was taken advantage of as well.

Another T-Mobile store told me I can report them because it's simply laziness and they can help. Two reps at two T-Mobile stores told me I can make a return and or the reps can help with returns of my WiFi device. The email with the label also mentions the same. The "store manager" Mohammed told me that since I did not purchase my phone at their location that I was lucky that he was helping me at all and that it was a waste of his time to service my brand new iPhone, which is less than a day old, because it was not purchased at their store but through a different T-Mobile location. Got a Samsung A16 and she was able to give me a discount on a case and screen protector. Will be coming back to this store add more lines. I stopped here because the Apple place bye my business was not open. I spoke to the guy at the counter. he gave me two quotes one for $169 to repair my screen one for $229 In thought both quote were way to high. Then he started pitching me . on how great there parts were and what a great warranty the screens for $169 were. I was running low on time so I asked the guy how long it would take to get done. He stated between 45min- 1 hour. I reluctantly agreed. The repair guy came back in 5 min. & I thought WOW that was fast. paid the bill and left the store . I had forgotten there was a glass screen protector on it! this is key. This is the first time I had ever had to replace a screen on this phone in 4 years. Fast forward to April 2 2026 literally 2 days later. I stopped for fuel. As I claimed out I dropped my phone. The whole screen shattered. I was stunned I just paid $184.86 with tax to have it fixed and was told this was tempered glass and so strong and all this stuff. So I went back to the I phone repair place close to my business. I showed them what happened. The guys says to me That's not to bad to have a phone for 4 years and just now having to replace the original screen. I said what?! he said this is the original screen. So then I told him I just had it replaced two days ago. The tech says this phone screen was not replaced. I thought it was really strange that it only took them 5-7 minutes to replace the screen when I was quoted 45min - 1 hr. .I turns out that In did have a glass screen protector on it from years ago. These guys took my phone pulled of the screen protector and handed me my phone back . then Charged me $184.86 for the repair. These guys are Crooks! plain and simple. I will be disputing this on my Credit Card. Then I will probably take them to court. This is Bull Shit , My old self would have walked in the door and start kicking the shit out of People, but I'm all grown up now and I guess we have to fight people in a different way.
