At the time, I was at the Sprint store in Tyler Mall and was told that T-Mobile would honor phone plans with Sprint customers. I had the IPHONE Forever Plan; which entitles me to an upgrade every year when I turn the old IPHONE in. This month I went to the T-Mobile store and they told me that they terminated that plan and that I was on a plan where I buy the IPhone over the course of 30 months. I never agreed to this, and I was not made aware that this was even legal. It sounds incredibly suspicious that a company tells its customers one thing then switches their plans and terminates the one they are on without forewarnings or options. I already pay overpriced phone fees like everyone else, and now feel like I was taken advantage of as well.

If they tell you they can't print a label to help with a return they are wrong. They tried to send…read moreme to a post office and told me they can't print a labels and suggested that I can only go to a post office. Another T-Mobile store told me I can report them because it's simply laziness and they can help. Two reps at two T-Mobile stores told me I can make a return and or the reps can help with returns of my WiFi device. The email with the label also mentions the same. They are a participating T-Mobile store. If this is at all inaccurate T-Mobile management can reply here.

The only reason I'm giving this review one star is because I can't go any lower than that. The "store manager" Mohammed told me that since I did not purchase my phone at their location that I was lucky that he was helping me at all and that it was a waste of his time to service my brand new iPhone, which is less than a day old, because it was not purchased at their store but through a different T-Mobile location. I will never step foot in this store again. Go to an actual T-Mobile store if you want professional customer service.

Ashley was able to help me use my same number with a Verizon and she was able to call Verizon to get ahold of my account number and port pin to go to metro. I've tried getting that info at the store but they kept giving me the round around. I'm super thankful Ashley was able to help me out with that. I got a free phone and only paid 1 month to and taxes. Got a Samsung A16 and she was able to give me a discount on a case and screen protector. Will be coming back to this store add more lines. Since she mentioned the more lines you add the better plan deal I can get. She was fast and efficient.
