I cancelled in 3 1/2 weeks and told all was fine, then got an email with a month's bill attached. Was bounced around several calls, and chats and told there was no such promotion. The sales person lied to get me to sign up. I finally got the bill credited back, and now have to drive over 60 miles to return their equipment only via a Fedex Corporate location. In January, my house burned down with me in it. The firemen found my body in total cardiac arrest from smoke inhalation. Basically, I was dead. They were able to revive me and took me to Cedar Sinai emergency. I spent over 6 weeks in the ICU. Then a week in the hospital where I had a couple of operations. A tracheotomy for oxygen and a feeding tube in my belly, because my throat and lungs had been destroyed by smoke inhalation. I then spent a month in the recovery center, and then went to assisted living. All my credit cards were reissued by my bank because they were lost in the fire. So, T-Mobile continued to mail bills to my home address, but the post office will not deliver to a burned down house. It was a few months before I could go the the post office and get my mail forwarded. They would not let me do it online. All my utilities closed my accounts and let me pay off the balance to the day of the fire. Spectrum forgave me for the equipment charges after I sent them the fire department report on the total destruction of my home. T-Mobile did not and sent me to collections. I only became aware of T-Mobile actions when Experian sent me a notice that I was being sent to collections. So, I had to pay for the equipment that was burned, and the monthly bill for service that was not used because there was no house there. Every other utility took the report from the fire department as the stop date for billing. T-Mobile would not and sent me to collections without ever notifying me. T-Mobile is a heartless evil company. read more

There is an issue with one of the phones on my account. After getting a replacement, the problem continued. Kenny tried to help, but when it came to it, I got the "There's nothing we can do in the store; you have to call tech support." I told her and Carlos, the store manager, that this is my mother's phone, who has vision problems and would have difficulty going through tech support and manually configuring the phone. Kenny said, "That's why we are asking you to do it for you." Since I'm not a T-Mobile employee, I don't get paid to figure out tech support issues. Store managers and "Mobile Experts" have a direct access support line known as RSL (888) 310-8369, which is employee direct line to provide customer support. They said they would be calling the same customer support line as me and would be asked to hand over the phone to me. Not true. Unfortunately, since my replacement phone was not generating sales for Carlos or Kenny, I was sent home with a "nothing we can do; you need to call tech support." Unfortunate. read more

One lie is that they say triple A is on us that's a lie I went in to get the free triple A and I had to pay $ 139. If I paid the triple A at triple A office I would have paid $144 so I got a whopping $6 discount that is not free triple A! Next lie T mobile said we would be getting $200 back for each phone we purchased which we purchased 2 phones well that is not happening!
