Had a pretty good experience coming to this T-Mobile location for help in transferring a line to its own account. We had one of the reps help us on the first day, then realized we needed to go in and release one of the phones from another carrier. We ended up having to go back a couple of days later and one of the other guys helped us. Both were knowledgeable and helpful. This location is really close to UCR so you have a lot of students going in for service. For this reason, this location can be super busy one moment, and then lonely the next. I went to my nearest tmobile store because of ads on my phone constantly. Yusef asked me what i needed and i told him. I noticed he didnt check me in as usual when i go there. Then he said he does'nt know anything about samsung phones. Which i was shocked at. He told me no one in the store could help me and said i was on my own and that no one at tmobile could help me, whether in the store or over the phone! So i went home and called tmobile they were able to identify and fix my phone! He told me that my store is problematic. I think yusef was just lazy and useless! The employee's here know nothing and are so rude they need slapped. They told me my microphine didn't work on my phone because my Google speak didn't work, but I am still able to talk on speaker phone. WTH. I was dealing with one employee when this girl walked (Maria Gomez) up and started giving ber opinion. I told her I wasn't had help and she said "dont tell me to shut up" and that I was rude. SUPER SKETCHY!!' Sunday around 4 pm a very slow day, there was a lot of employees and little customers!!! I went to get a new iPhone because my old one wasn't workin! the lady that helped her name started with an "E" told me to trade it in so l can get a discount on the prize. Little did I know I was going to spend around 4 hours trying to back up my apps and my pictures and everything!!! I only had like 3k pictures and important notes that I needed!If | would've known that I would've just paid the full prize!! And keep my old phone!! I even told them multiple times to just forget everything that I'll pay the full prize and they denied!! I never got my back up and the lady got my passcode.I felt she and the cow workers look through your pictures and private stuff you have on your phone. Why? Because the other guy "feminine looking dude"that wasn't even helping me asked her what's his passcode?? Why would you need my passcode if you didn't even help me!! Never got my pictures transferred and my back up!! I'm still struggling till this day trying to figure everything out! Important notes and pictures lost!! I'm so disappointed! Terrible service. We had a man named Nacho "help us" and it was the worst experience. We needed to finish transferring my wife's number to my plan and onto the new phone. Not only was he rude, smacking his gum, playing drums on the table, he was not communicative or able to explain the processes or what he's trying to do. We walked out AFTER 2 hours thinking it was all done and the number from Verizon was now with T-Mobile but it was not complete - we didn't know this until after we left under his advisement of it being complete. I had to phone into T-Mobile and get it fixed which took an hour in itself. It was a waste of the day with terrible service. We also needed to bring my MILs number over to my plan and he said that it was all good to go just pop in the SIM card. However the number was not actually brought over to T-Mobile and he did not let us know that. Again I had to find out through call in customer support. -1/10 don't go to this location. read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE store associate Armando was supposedly helping me but not only did he do a half ass job but was so rude. I went in to add 2 phones lines He gave me 2 SIM cards but only activated ONE line so then I had to get on a phone call with customer service so they can finish his job !!! As I'm standing there not once did he tell me we were done. He just got on the phone to help with another customer. I walked into the store to browse around for a phone and accessories ; the store was clean and the sales representatives were polite. Armando welcomed me and offered me the latest phones. I wasn't sure about an upgrade but he was so knowledgeable that I was interested. Armando looked up my account and explained that an upgrade was available to me. He also told me a few ways I could save on my bill and accessories. I was sold and I was excited so I went ahead and did all of that. As a Verizon customer, I came in to the store to support my friend in her purchase of a new Samsung phone. I have to say the customer service was excellent! Nothing like I've experienced with my own cell phone provider. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by nearly the entire staff at different times. Acknowledgement is nice. This put us at ease that we knew were going to be helped by someone at some point when they finished with their current customers. Taking a seat, it took no more than 10 minutes of waiting before Michele helped us. Knowledgeable and a great resource for information about the phone she was interested in, Michele really made my friend feel confident she was purchasing a phone that would meet her needs and expectations. Unlike Verizon, as what I've experienced with my own cell phone provider at their locations, it was a breath of fresh air to know that great customer service still exists in a world where purchasing items is seemingly going online these days. I have gone to other T-Mobile/Sprint stores in the past to go pick up T-Mobile Tuesday promotion items. This location, I'm not sure if they do it weekly but makes all visitors log in to pick up their items. Once they call you up after waiting in excess of thirty minutes, they ask you questions about your plan and if you want to upgrade anything on your plan. I think this is very misleading as nowhere on the T-Mobile Tuesday promotion does it indicate that you will need to speak to someone about upgrading or up selling your account. I won't be going back to this location to pick up T-Mobile Tuesday items especially since they actively request Yelp reviews after making you wait a very long time to be seen and then trying to upgrade your devices/plan. read more

Both my wife and I work and use our phones quite a bit. I pay insurance on my phones just in case I need it, which I haven't in over two years. My wife's phone recently gave her problems, hardware was unrepairable...T-mobile warranty sent us a new phone to this location. The woman (Myra) who helped my wife decided, no, I'm not giving you the phone. Needless to say I was livid. We have gone back and forth with T-mobile for two weeks over this and this rep (Myra) takes it upon herself to choose what happens to a phone sent from the t mobile warehouse to my wife! I've been with Sprint and stayed on after the merger, but after this incident I'm done with T mobile. Also, when I called customer service and they directed Myra to give my wife the phone, she lied and said the replacement phone was broken, which was not what she told my wife. There are plenty of other cell phone providers, no reason to stay with a company that doesn't value loyalty and appreciate my time or my family's time. Myra was completely dishonest in this instance and my reason for no longer being a T mobile customer read more
