We are here on Friday morning and there are only 3 employees. There are 6 people ahead of us, they told us it would be 30/45 mins wait. It officially has been over 45 mins and only one employee just came back out. There is a huge line of people and the employees seem overwhelmed, but definitely taking their time with each guest. Other people seem frustrated with the slow service due to understaffed. I'm sorry but for T-mobile they should at least bring a couple more employees. read more

This company deals fraudulently with its customers. Buyer be very wary. Ive been with Sprint for almost two decades. They merged with T-Mobile. At the time, I was at the Sprint store in Tyler Mall and was told that T-Mobile would honor phone plans with Sprint customers. I had the IPHONE Forever Plan; which entitles me to an upgrade every year when I turn the old IPHONE in. This month I went to the T-Mobile store and they told me that they terminated that plan and that I was on a plan where I buy the IPhone over the course of 30 months. I never agreed to this, and I was not made aware that this was even legal. It sounds incredibly suspicious that a company tells its customers one thing then switches their plans and terminates the one they are on without forewarnings or options. I already pay overpriced phone fees like everyone else, and now feel like I was taken advantage of as well. read more

It took me 5 visits to return something I purchase with in the time limit 14 days or less. The manager Norma never came out to apologize for all inconvenience or the missed information they gave me from the beginning with the table's I purchased. They sold me 2 tablets with keyboards & screen protectors. The tables supposedly were $100 each a promotion that had going on. They just wanted to make a sell. It's really frustrating that they sell with false advertising. I called customer service a couple times and they confirmed there's was no such promotion that I could get those tables for $100 each. The staff at the store continue to tell me every time I came that they were going to credit it to my account in the future. But once the 14 days to return had passed I'll be stuck with those tablets no matter what. I'm a good person & I'll take of my business. Just don't take advantage of me. I made sure that T-Mobile reimbursement me every single penny they charged me. I already pay over $300 for 4 lines I have with them. I'm so done with them. Came into the store looking for a new phone. Greeted kindly and was helped by Juan. Really good at finding information, I came in with a lot of questions regarding my next phone, whether I should go with a Samsung or an IPhone, and everything from my plan and prices. Overall my experience was phenomenal. I was not able to get the phone (purple is hard to find haha), but I needed the phone that same day for work haha. Jessica is the most immature and rude person (I'm being nice) I've ever encountered in all my days. I've been with (Sprint) T-Mobile for over 25 years. My daughter was having problems with her phone. Jessica tried to tell me, with an 810 credit score, that I had to put a down payment for my daughter to get a new phone. I have NEVER been required to put a down payment from day one of my account's existence. I told my daughter that we'll just call and Jessica literally said, "It won't matter, nothing is going to change with your poor credit." Jessica will be eating crow when everything has been investigated. I've lodged a complaint with mall management and they will be pulling the security footage from the store. In addition, I've (of course) contacted T-Mobile and lodged a very serious complaint with them and I let them know I've requested video footage. I'll be receiving a call from T-Mobile this Sunday to let me know the outcome of their investigation. I'm a Marine Corps Veteran and my account is coded as such. Jessica is an extremely broken individual and the only reason I can think of as to why she was behaving like a child is perhaps she's jealous of my credit score...who knows but she's about to find out she's no longer a T-Mobile employee which will save a lot of people frustration. My brother and his wife went to this T-Mobile store to switch out their current iPhones for the new iPhone XS Max. They received poor service from the lady who helped them out (can't remember her name, either Claudia or Carmen). This lady began negatively commenting about the phone that my brothers wife was turning in, saying how she has way too many pictures, which is completely irrelevant since the phone has to be reset upon trade-in. She had a negative attitude during their entire interaction and was just plain rude. There was a tiny crack in one of the phones and she cancelled her trade in all together. This is disappointing because being a T-Mobile customer myself, it's not the first time I've experienced bad customer service. My name is Zachary Cortes and I signed up with T-Mobile in the spring of 2015, through its business sales department because they make it easy, allowing business accounts to use a federal tax ID number or a social security number...I operate as a small business using my social security number. (You do need to provide your fictitious business statement if you open a business account). Since signing up I found a good rep in Long Beach named Jason Paris but he moved to San Diego but I have since found another very good career driven rep in Riverside named Stephanie Angulo...I divide my time between Long Beach and Riverside. I also have accounts with Veizon and Sprint but my business account is now with T-Mobile because they have the Best business accounts, but this review reflects the overall performance, which applies to everyone who is interested in a T-Mobile account. My rep Stephanie is no doubt career driven. She keeps abreast of her clients needs and wants by being a good listener. She rivals my Verizon rep, who also does the same thing...all my reps work together for my benefit. There is plenty of business to go around. I can contact Stephanie anytime via email, at the store or even on her own personal phone and she always returns my message within 48 hours, (usually in 24hrs). Her manager Pauline is also there if there are any questions she needs approval for. For example, the business sales department gave me a $50 credit on each of the 4 lines when I first signed up, so I asked if they can also do the same whenever I add a line and they told me that is possible for them to do. Currently, I have 10 lines for $160, which translates to $16 per line. I enjoy the stress free worries of not having data overages charges because T-Mobile and Sprint come with unlimited everything across the board (data, text and calls) and T-Mobile allows you to "piggy back" or "tether" without any additional charges. For example, if you have a device like an Apple ipod you can access the internet using your phone. Because my rep Stephanie knows my needs and wants she keeps me updated on possible good deals which may interest me and I very much appreciate that, which is why I was able to add 6 more lines for $60 since I originally singed up through its business sales department, which I met a Chamber of Commerce mixer. Additionally, I enjoy how T-Mobile is evolving in creative ways, such as the "Binge" data feature. Initially its competition had concerns it compromised or violated the free internet policy but the FCC ruled it did not and said that creative offerings like this is what fuels competition. In summary, my rep Stephanie listens to her clients, as does her manager Pauline. Companies hire people to do one of two things, either to do what they're told to do or to do what's in the Best interest of the company, and I can say my experience is the latter. ZC read more

I believe last month my mom and I walked into the mall and spoke with the manager of this T-Mobile location forgive me I can not remember her name.. we told her our situation my mothers phone, backpack and all information had been stolen. Went to Tmobile on Friday 08/26/16 & got the the new galaxy..Got a case & screen protector for myself & my fiancé..The lady put the screen protector on for us & told us to wait 24 hours to put our cases on & if we have any problems bring it back & she'll replace it for free..We waited 48hours to put our cases on the phones & immediately started getting air bubbles on the sides of the phones & new air bubbles appeared too..We decided to go back 08/28/2016 & told her the situation she said they didnt have any of the screen protectors in & they should be getting more in sometime Wednesday & she would give us a call..Didnt get a call from her..So I decided to call her today 09/01/2016 She said they received the screen protectors & to come in & she would put it on for us for free..I go in & ask for her one of the employees walked up to me & told me she she left for the day & she would be back on Tuesday..I told the employee the situation & she said that i can either wait until Tuesday or she can give me the screen protector & I can take it to the kiosk around the corner & they'd do it for free..So I took the screen protector to the kiosk & the guy wanted to charge me $5.00 to install it I told him that I'd be back on Saturday..I called my fiancé & he was furious..So we go down there together & the lady did the same thing to him..We stepped out of the store & talked about what we wanted to do & decided to go back in & get a refund..When we walked in again the employees & manager were all in a group & just looked at us giving dirty looks...The "manager" was very rude & unprofessional..He asked for the receipt & I gave it to him..He asked my fiancé for his debt card & he forgot to bring it the store manager made a comment outloud & the employees started laughing even in front of the customers that were there..This by far has been the worst Customer service I have ever received!!!!! They dont deserve a star!!!!! I will be contacting corporate tomorrow & discussing the situation as too what happened...I will no longer be doing service there anymore!!! read more

Overall, their services was good. I came in very late, so I was hoping to just shop around and see the plan. Brian helped a lot with the decision making whether to pick up iPhone 6, LG G4 or GS6. I ended up picking up GS6. Brian went out of his way to show what he has, his opinion as a consumer and not a seller. I thought that was really important. He also went through the plan thoroughly. Explain what to do and not-to-do. He really seemed very tech-savvy and knew what he was talking about. More importantly, he read through the contract and payments. Went in today to drop off equipment which I was told I was able to do by T Mobile, 611 prior to coming in to the Tyler Mall T-Mobile store. Berlin, "T-Mobile expert", was sweet in the beginning but in the end rude and unreliable. I first went in asking if I could drop off cell tower equipment, she proceeds to look up my account then tells me I had to print out a shipping label to send it back. I already knew I could do this but I didn't want to go with that option. So I leave since she couldn't help me. I call 611 asking for the shipping label they ask what's my pin? I didn't know it. 611 couldn't text me a pin cause my account was closed so my only option was to go back to the store to verify my pin with a employee and then print and ship the label. I go back to the store a 2nd time. I go to Berlin and tell her the situation and the first thing she does as she turns around to help me is look up to Caesar and rolls her eyes annoyed since she has to help me again. She gets on the phone with 611 and then helps print out the label. I get the label and she still they refuses to take my equipment so they can send it back for me. I ask why? She says cus I need proof of receipt. This is all lazy work done by the whole store since I I knew I can drop off my equipment at any store. My friend who works for T-Mobile told me to drop it off. Two 611 T-Mobile operators told I could. Yet Berlin doesn't want too. I was upset going into the store cus of personal issues but I was never rude to her at all. I even said thank you for your time and I appreciated her help and she smiled and said your welcome as if I wasn't sincere. read more

Truely a pleasure walking in to this store. My husband and I came in wanting to leave Sprint and switch over to T-mobile. My husband came in decided to get any promo that will get us a good unlimited plan regardless of the phone we got, I on the other hand didn't want to lose my iPhone. Stephanie was really patient and showed us a couple promos they had including a promo for the iPhone! We had to go back and forth with sprint trying to charge us ASAP for leaving and our refund card not working because my husband continually would forgot his passwords but Stephanie was such a sweethearts and helped us through. My grandson bought me a tmobile phone last year. I did not want a contract phone I wanted a pay as you go prepaid phone. When we shopped for phones the sales lady for this phone told me that they do not charge if for any reason you cannot pay the bill. She was firm on this fact. However when the time came that I was unable to pay the bill they shut off service then billed me for the entire time the phone was shut off. Has anyone ever heard of this? I mean if I was told the truth in that this is what they did I would have just bought a contract phone. It makes no sense to me. I was lied to by the sales women.She told me over and over that this was one of the features and it was a lie. Then when I asked tmobile to shut off service and I paid the bill in full even the 3 for the 3 weeks of non service they refused to prorate it and turned the phone back on without my consent only to then bill me for another month. Actually it was only 15 days and then charged me for it. They have given me excuse after excuse and the run around for weeks now and finally they came out and said they charge even when service is not on. I really am horrified by this service and the customer support is very rude to me. After all this it was a very troublesome phone that was not worth all this hassle to begin with. I have had verizon in the past and never had anything like this happen. I think I will return to verizon. Tmobile is too dishonest. read more
