Memo told me he could fix it "no problem" for $105. When I went to pick it up, the screen cracked as soon as he set it on the counter, which immediately made me question the quality of the replacement parts. It then took another week to get the phone back, and I only got updates because I repeatedly called the store. Memo told me the repair was guaranteed, but when I took the phone to my dad at his rehabilitation center, the microphone didn't work, making it impossible for him to call me. When I returned, instead of honoring the warranty, Memo falsely claimed the phone had been dropped in a toilet, "smelled bad," and had water damage. He even asked me, "Can you understand my English?" before refusing to fix it. I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and seeking a refund. Based on my experience, I would never recommend this business.

NON GENUINE PARTS…read more Came here to get a new battery for two phones and when I checked the battery percentage it said "non genuine apple battery" which I've never seen. But the worker was telling me I just needed to "update the phone" which is a complete lie which i'm sure he was aware of and just wanted to get me to pay and leave. Then he ripped off the old screen protectors and tried to charge me $20 for two screen protectors BEFORE TELLING ME THEY WOULD BE EXTRA. I was not happy with the "non genuine apple part" alert and told him I wasn't happy and he proceeded to mislead and tell me i just needed to update the phone/showed me youtube videos from 5 years ago telling me "this happens all the time and is completely normal." I'm selling these phones and this will obviously lower the price and he tells me to just show the buyers the receipt lol. He even told me my battery was the original one and any other replacement battery would show that alert. Again, NOT TRUE AND A COMPLETE LIE because I've changed the battery before at another shop and this was not an issue then. After all this and raising a huge stink, the worker then tells me I'm judging him(?) by asking them to put the old batteries back. Wow. It was at this point where his coworker stepped in and started to handle the situation because his coworker clearly did not know what to do and just resorted to getting defensive. I had to tell him the only thing i'm judging is their quality of work which I'm not happy about because I'm paying for it. At this point I realized there's nothing I can do and they didn't want to help me or make things right so I decided to just get my things and never come back. In the end, THEY DID NOT WANT TO PUT BACK THE OLD BATTERIES, EVEN AFTER HIS COWORKER SAID IT WAS POSSIBLE. To top it off he offered me the old batteries AFTER I PAID. The absolute gall. Original price was $220 but the coworker then said just $150. Then the original rude worker started to charge me $164!!! Again, I had to say something and only then did his other coworker charge me $150. Absolutely NOT worth it. COMPLETELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM BEGINNING TO END. I WILL FOREVER TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Not to mention the worker told me 30 minutes. Then after he said he was finished (after 35 minutes) I walked over and was standing there for 10 minutes while he was still working on the phone while eating laughing and talking on his phone.

Other people seem frustrated with the slow service due to understaffed. I'm sorry but for T-mobile they should at least bring a couple more employees.

PART II: At this point I am furious, I find out I was lied to the first time about a "voucher" and now this second sales agent follows the same tactic (I bet I was an easy target since I came in asking for the "voucher"). At this point she is working with her manager (didn't catch the managers name but it was a woman with short hair) to exchange the watch for me. I stop them there and tell them I don't want any of the accessories and that I just want to order my phone and be done with them. Then (here comes the best lie yet) the manager says what do you mean, its part of the deal, in order to get the trade in credit you have to get these accessories; she also added that she didn't know what was said between Lesa and I the first time but since I didn't have any paperwork and it was my word against hers she couldn't verify anything I was saying was true. After hearing her say that I lose it, I tell her to show me where in the promotional offer it says I must get accessories on an installment because I couldn't find it anywhere and that the reason I didn't have any paperwork but the receipt was due to "the printer not working". After I say that she was flabbergasted and had nothing to say. I proceed by telling her and Kai that I don't want any accessories or tablet or anything; I just wanted my phone ordered (which we had done first thankfully) and be done. They voided the accessories transaction of that day (after already charging me, btw I still haven't seen a refund on my card three days later) and "weren't able to provide me with a receipt" on a voided transaction. I then proceeded to return the watch I had originally gone into exchange after finding out it wasn't "free" on a "voucher" like Lesa had said it would be (that explained why after 6 months my bill would be reduced so drastically, BECAUSE THE INSTALLMENT WOULD BE PAID OFF!!!). After I say I want to return the item the manager tried to convince/intimidate me to keep it because I would be charged a restocking fee of $30 if I returned it. I asked for it to be waived due to the lies I had been told and the lies being the sole reason why I had received the item in the first place and she declined stating she couldn't waive it. After that comment I was beyond livid so I just accepted the restocking fee and left; I apologized to Kai for letting it all out on her when part of my anger should have been given to Lesa and was on my way. When I got home I let me wife know what happened and she was quick to point out the iPad (I had forgotten about it) and wondered if the "deal" we had gotten on it was a lie as well. I then called customer care and sure enough, the access fee for it was not "waived" like she stated. I then go into the store Monday 9/26 to handle the iPad issue and guess who is there to help me? You guessed it Lesa! I confront her about her lies and she immediately changes her happy and helping demeanor. I let her know that the accessories lie was done with and the item was returned (after a restocking fee I shouldn't have paid for) and all I wanted was for her to show me the paper work where it showed the waving of the iPad access fee for the 24-months like she said it would. She proceeded to tell me that customer care cant always see the promotional deals they give in store but she would pull it up and show me. After she pulls my account up she shows me a $12 monthly discount and says see here, this is the discount that washes the $10 access fee for the iPad. I then tell her no (trying to keep my composure the best I could for being lied to once again to my face and feeling insulted that she thought I would be stupid enough to not catch this lie) those $12 dollars are due to my 20% off I get on my rate plan due to my employee discount I get with my employer. Her face was in shock that I "caught it", she was dead silent and walked away to go talk to her manager (didn't get his name either but he is a tall white male with a bald head and a full beard). After a few minutes of her working with her manager she comes back with the iPad and a piece of paper saying they had gotten it squared away to show the iPad with no access fee but I would not be able to use the iPad on the network, only on wifi; she shows me on the paper that they had put the iPad line on a push-to-talk plan that didn't charge a fee. read more

If you like talking to disrespectful, uneducated, over-confident young kids who do not have enough SENSE or ETIQUETTE to treat its customers with at least a little bit of courtesy...then this is the place for you! If you want to be told by their employee Gisella (sp?) that (even after almost ten yrs with att) "its ok if you leave, we're getting more new customers anyway", then this is also the place for you! I went into this store and saw about seven employees working. A young woman approached me and I told her what was wrong with my phone. As I was explaining it the manager (Asian guy) interrupted me in mid sentence and began speaking to her as if I wasn't even standing there. She then apologized and then I had to take a number then wait 20 mins while another sales woman came to help me. The first employee instead of helping me went about washing the windows. I told off the manager and went to best buy and got great service as I switched carriers and bought a new phone. read more

Totally deceptive sales tactics. They put me on the mobile share value plan at $15 per month per line. They didn't tell me when I buy a new phone that line gets jacked up $25 dollars a month!!!!!! Switch to TMobile they cost less and have unlimited data. AT&T wants you on the Next plan just like TMobil anyway. read more

A few days later, I managed to crack my screen protector again (of course!). We brought a Galaxy Z Flip here to fix/replace the interior screen through an insurance claim with…read moreAT&T, and they repaired the screen so that it looks new again. We were pleased with the service until we realized that the inner screen sometimes doesn't turn on when you open the folding phone (this was never a problem before the repair). This has rendered the front-facing camera inoperable (also never a problem before the repair), and when we brought the phone back to explain that the repair must have not been done properly, the owner rudely repeated "just submit a claim then, just submit an insurance claim, we won't even look at the phone until you submit a new claim". Instead of apologizing or even trying to understand that this issue was caused by their faulty repair, he was very rude and dismissive. So, we submitted a new claim and brought the phone back to get fixed. We explained the issue again, and the same man says "well then you should've submitted a claim for a broken camera so that i could replace the part but we don't have any replacement camera parts now". We tried to explain again that the root of the issue is from the way the inner screen was installed, the camera part itself is fine, but he insisted that we need to resubmit the claim with a different description. Again, with the same rude and dismissive attitude - refusing to take accountability for the mistake they made during the initial repair. This is seriously the worst place you could bring your phone for any kind of repairs, it's a shame that AT&T contracts with them through insurance. Look for a different location to entrust your repairs to, this place will leave you with more issues because of the shortcuts they take.

She was able to get rid of all the viruses (and let me tell you there were a lot) and my friend got a new phone (the exact one she wanted), and new phone case, and a screen protector (that Delia put on) all for 1/3 of what I paid just for a phone at Tmobile.
