I then told them I will be transferring the SIM card to a new phone later on. I was told that it wouldn't work unless I returned to them to activate the device. I went there when I got the phone and I was charged additional $48 for the same number. A week later my mother got a new unlocked phone, I decided to try the phone with my boost SIM card and it worked. I then realized I didn't have to go back the second time to transfer a SIM card to another device and have them charge me a fee. I was also misled when they told me that my phone would be locked to Boost once it was activated. It was all lies just to get me to return and have them charge me additional fees. Please avoid this location. It is either they have no clue of what they are doing or they just want to rip you off.

NON GENUINE PARTS…read more Came here to get a new battery for two phones and when I checked the battery percentage it said "non genuine apple battery" which I've never seen. This is a problem because I will be reselling these phones. But the worker was telling me I just needed to "update the phone" which is a complete lie which i'm sure he was aware of and just wanted to get me to pay and leave. Then he ripped off the old screen protectors and tried to charge me $20 for two screen protectors BEFORE TELLING ME THEY WOULD BE EXTRA. I was not happy with the "non genuine apple part" alert and told him I wasn't happy and he proceeded to mislead and tell me i just needed to update the phone/showed me youtube videos from 5 years ago telling me "this happens all the time and is completely normal." I'm selling these phones and this will obviously lower the price and he tells me to just show the buyers the receipt lol. He even told me my battery was the original one and any other replacement battery would show that alert. Again, NOT TRUE AND A COMPLETE LIE because I've changed the battery before at another shop and this was not an issue then. After all this and raising a huge stink, the worker then tells me I'm judging him(?) by asking them to put the old batteries back. Wow. It was at this point where his coworker stepped in and started to handle the situation because his coworker clearly did not know what to do and just resorted to getting defensive. I had to tell him the only thing i'm judging is their quality of work which I'm not happy about because I'm paying for it. At this point I realized there's nothing I can do and they didn't want to help me or make things right so I decided to just get my things and never come back. In the end, THEY DID NOT WANT TO PUT BACK THE OLD BATTERIES, EVEN AFTER HIS COWORKER SAID IT WAS POSSIBLE. To top it off he offered me the old batteries AFTER I PAID. The absolute gall. Original price was $220 but the coworker then said just $150. Then the original rude worker started to charge me $164!!! Again, I had to say something and only then did his other coworker charge me $150. Absolutely NOT worth it. COMPLETELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM BEGINNING TO END. I WILL FOREVER TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Not to mention the worker told me 30 minutes. Then after he said he was finished (after 35 minutes) I walked over and was standing there for 10 minutes while he was still working on the phone while eating laughing and talking on his phone.

Javier helped me, and not because of anything he did or didn't do. Issues popped up. To me it didn't look like I was going to get the phone. But he told me to stay positive, i tried but after 45 minutes and it getting close to closing time I was sure it was doomed. But, he ended up being right, and after over an hour, and with maybe 10 minutes to spare before the store closed. He was a man of his word and I left with a shiny new iPhone 14 Pro. I know he was doing his job, but I've been to many stores where the customer service was lacking to nonexistent. I really thought I was going to end up leaving with some whatever $99 Android phone. But he made it happen. If you go there ask for Javier, he pretty much made a miracle happen tonight lol. And his customer service was good that close to closing after he had been working all day. My only knock has nothing to do with him, IMHO the store should consider stocking the 1TB iPhone 14 Pros. Even if it's just 1, I would have picked that over the 512GB, but they don't have that one. 5 stars to Javier, and he didn't try to upsell me to a higher plan or tell me I needed a bunch of accessories. I'll definitely be going back next month to buy some accessories from him.

    Signing up for Verizon has been one of the worst experiences of my life. I know this is going to…read moresound like an exaggeration because it's so insane, but I swear this is how atrocious my experience has been. I signed up with Danny, who was extremely personable. I thought he was great. Until I walked out the door and realized this wasn't even a legit Verizon store! It's an authorized retailer. All of the reviews talking about being scammed definitely concerned me, but I was hopeful I got a good guy and was not going to experience the issues others had. HOLY was I wrong! First of, I did not sign a single thing when I signed up. Another rep at a different Verizon store told me that was highly unusual and not protocol, no kidding. I was told my plan would include more GB of data than it did. I was told I would be paying less than I was charged. I have been overcharged numerous times for various things. I have had to spend hours on the phone every single week to get these constant issues resolved. It's been exhausting and extremely mentally draining. I had to return the phone I got from Verizon because it was malfunctioning. I returned it within 30 days, but the device agreement was not properly removed from my account, so I was still being charged for the device every month. I had go back into the store to get them to properly from the device from my account, and spend hours more on the phone with customer support to get a credit for the bogus device charges. My service with Verizon has been sub-par, to say the least. I thought I was gonna get the best of the best with Verizon, but the same issues persist. I've tried every carrier in the area and they all suck out here, Verizon is no different. I ended up leaving Verizon recently and switched to MetroPCS. Amazing customer service with them so far, and it's much cheaper. And there isn't gonna be any funny stuff going on with my bill since it's prepaid. I HIGHLY discourage anyone from signing up with Verizon, at all, anywhere. But especially this store. They will absolutely lie to your face, and you will end up having to spend hours of your time trying to resolve issues with Verizon customer support because of the mistakes they make. Billing issues cannot be resolved in ANY Verizon store fyi, how ridiculous is that? And their customer support WILL hang up on you. There's a reason by Verizon has lost over 50k customers in the second quarter of this year. They are not what they used to be. Stay away.
