My dad had issues with his phone (SOS issue) something all ATT stores can address immediately. My dad and I went to the ATT Riverside Plaza store and were told that they could not fix it and we had to go to ATT off Tyler, which was a lie. We went to ATT and Eduardo and Angel were very kind, helpful and efficient! Eduardo contacted Riverside Plaza ATT and advocated for my dad as it was unnecessary of what they had told my dad. This is above and beyond that we did not expect. Eduardo asked Angel to fix my dads phone, Angel was able to fix it within 10 minutes. Eduardo and Angel are top tier customer support. read more

ATT overall is a horrible srrvice provider. We tried to port over line from other service provider and ATT was disaster company to handle that simple request. Hours on call and a store visit, still they can not coordiate with port activation and sales department. Trash company, customer srrvice lines are always 30 to 1 hour wait. read more

Save yourself the time and go literally anywhere else. We walked in with straightforward questions about pricing, plans, and promotions, and Lexi was unable to explain any of it. Instead of trying to help, she pivoted into an attitude and turned a basic comparison question into a petty challenge to "prove her wrong" by coming back with a quote. I called this location just now and spoke to "Lexi". Extremely rude from the beginning of the conversation. I led off with "Hi Lexi, I want to upgrade my watch- is an appointment required or do you take walkins?". Her response "oh well you need to get here right now because we close at 6p and we take the last customer at 530p". (It was 430p) I said " oh! Yelp says you close at 7p". Her response "oh never. The hours are on the door - you can see them", with a bad attitude . That's not how you talk to customers. It's rude and unprofessional. My boyfriend is an employee with ATT, he asked her for her ID number and she refused. I will file a formal Complaint. This is very poor representation of ATT. read more

A sales man (nester) came to my house to sell me on a bundle deal for phones, internet and cable which sounded great because I was going to be saving over 120 on my bills. Three months down the road, I'm paying 150 bucks more than what I was paying back then. It started when I was being charged with international calling when I was told I had the plan. I had to dispute the charges and they fixed it but now I'm being charged 385 because I switched plans. This has been a headache and time consuming. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped right away!!!! Once I started asking Alfredo of the things I needed done he jumped on it and helped be look for all options available. I was looking for a phone holder for the car and he was able to find me what I needed. And I also went in to get my screen protector changed and he changed it super quick!!! He was very attentive and even when my autistic 4 year old had a melt down he was able to be patient with us and he did not seem bothered or uneasy about the situation. The girls in this store are terrible and so rude and disrespectful. I've been in there on multiple different occasions and when I asked to wait for a specific staff because that staff always helped me and I was more comfortable with a specific person, the girl gave me attitude and snapped at me that "I'd just have to wait then when she could help me right away". The same girl the next time I came into the store then refused to help me search for charging cords and stood back with her arms crossed and pointed at the cords hanging on the wall and told me to "check them", then proceeded to go into my account not verify me and ring me up. I've come into the store and watched the girls, one is supposedly the manager just stand in the back and not help customers or go in their "back room" and not assist customers on multiple occasions. The girls in this store are like a mini click who constantly try to force things you don't need on you to "boost sales" and if they don't like you they treat you terrible and have no problem standing back mad dogging you and making rude remarks to other staff!! Sadly these girls that work there have ruined this location and I highly suggest you go to another one. Also note that the ulta next door is constantly getting robbed so if your there and they get robbed your trapped in the store/parking lot while emergency services deals with ulta drama. read more

Went in this morning to upgrade one of my phones, paid off the balance on the old phone for that line and was in the process of checking out on a new iphone when they tried to scan it the system gave them an error and they told me the manager couldn't override the error and that i had to call at&t customer service to fix the issue and be able to get the phone. I left, upgraded the like on the my at&t app. A rep came to my house we tried to upgrade and the error showed up again and it said the error was that the device we paid off was stolen. Now im stuck not being able to get the new phone and the phone i have shows up as stolen in their system read more

My parents, brother, and I were all upgrading our phones to the iPhone 12 and of course we had issues with our Apple IDs but Ozzy was so incredibly patient and kind AND even gave us some restaurant recs while we were waiting for our phones to transfer data. I went in to this store to buy the iPhone 8 and the sales associate named Richard assisted me. He was great! He was knowledgeable about the product and was not aggressive about selling me a higher model. He made the whole process quick and was very efficient. Unfortunately, they didn't have the phone I wanted in stock so I headed over to another location. I now understand just how great this one is since at the other location the manager was rude and condescending. In the end, I just bought the phone online through Apple which was the same price offered by the AT&T store. My suggestion is that if you prefer to head in to an AT&T store this location is better than others! read more

Their in-home "specialist" Edgar came to our house after my brother got DirectTV installed and sold us a "great deal" on wireless service for our family. According to him our AT&T bill would be half of what our Verizon bill was and they would pay off our phones. After making the switch, which Edgar put the wrong name on the account, he put it under my brother's name even though it was opened using my credit, we noticed our bill was about the same or higher even with the promised discounts. And as far as getting them to fulfill their promise of paying our Verizon phones, Edgar had ignored all our calls and texts, the people at the store say they can't do anything about it because it was started by their in-home guy, Edgar. They gave me a website where I could finalize the process myself but the website does not work! I tried the website on several devices and browsers and all it does is show a video but doesn't let me upload my Verizon bill for them to send me my gift card reimbursements. Also, their service is terrible. Slow internet everywhere and dropped calls. My brother used to get full bars of LTE at his shop with Verizon and now he gets one bar of 3G which make his calls sound terrible and his internet unusable. Our complaints have been ignored, Edgar said he would find us an antenna, but after the time limit to cancel out contract passed he doesn't bother to even answer our calls. Do not do business with their in-home specialist, they will tell you lies about all this money you would save by switching and once you've realized you've been tricked you're stuck with more debt and get ignored by the guy that promised you the world. I'm seriously considering taking this to the Riverside small claims court so they can pay for us to pull out of our agreements, avoid this place at all cost. read more

WORST customer service I've had at any ATT store.... UNBELIEVABLE. how can you even treat a customer such way?! Absolutely horrible attitude, no respect, no etiquette, that's how you LOSE customers. I walked into the store wanting to purchase a SIM card to activate a prepaid plan online since they don't activate it at stores but instead the only response I got was eye rolls, oh we don't do that, what are you talking about etc. All 3 of them looked at eachother with this expression like I'm insane. I told them I've been a long time ATT customer and I've never once encountered this. I even called the customer service and they even said that's ridiculous, all stores should be able to. All they kept saying was um if you're still wondering us then go call the customer service, they'll say the same thing etc. (As if telling a customer that REALLY resolves an issue, sure) they didn't even TRY to resolve an issue, all they did was gang up on me. I wasn't even arguing or raising my voice, all it needed was alittle bit of politeness and professionalism to tell me that your store didnt do those. Oh not to mention, I heard them 3 talking crap as if I can't hear them and laughed the whole time as I walked out of the store. Very immature considering how old they all were. Can't believe a manager can hire people like that. I'm deeply disappointed. This place deserves no stars. One was a younger short Hispanic lady & two were Caucasian, an older female & a big gentleman, they all seriously need to go work on themselves. read more
