The hat selection is not as large as some of the other locations I went in looking for a pair of boots, ended up, walking out with a different type of food that I wasn't looking for, but it was on clearance and the person that helped me out, put a little bit of conditioner on them because one looked a little more worn than the others, which it looked good. It's just that the new one that wasn't tried on as much too new so it made it look like it was a different color because people handled the other ones with their hands more than the other one we put some conditioner on it let it dry looked at them. I decided I'll take them. I used my $15 credit that I had on my account and a $25 off store coupon so I got a pair of $200 boots that we're already discounted to 140 after they applied the coupons. The boots came out to around $120. It's pretty good for a pair of boots. I probably won't be coming back to this one just because of the way it looks inside. It feels like a Ross or similar type of shop. It's kind of messy the staff most of them aren't as friendly and personable as some of the other locations. I was only asked if I needed help twice by one staff member, and then once by another who will continue to help me the rest of the time they were pretty good. I walked by at least three other staff members, but none of them said anything to me. The selection of hats seems to be a little small. They let me try on my online purchase and even gave me the option to exchange for a smaller size if they have it in stock in this store. Luckily I didn't have to find a new size so that was good. I'd you do pick up in store you get an additional 10% off your purchase in the store. I was able to get additional leggings and dresses so that extra discount was nice. Overall great store. Lots of parking in this plaza. Easy to find and for me it's all about the customer service. Even the fitting rooms have their own personalized fans so if you feel hot you can turn on your own fan! She had asked if I was looking for anything in particular and I said that I needed Jean shorts. She directed me to a clearance rack of the shorts they had left in the store. (Which is great because I didn't have time to look throughout the whole store.) I looked through and found 4, she gave me a room to try them on and I walk out with two i really liked! It was already on clearance and with additional 50% off! I got two shorts for the price of one! She helped me thoroughly and fast.
