I though I had reviewed this place but I guess I haven't! I got my first complete suit here last year and the suit was very good quality. The customer service here goes above and beyond, the kind gentleman was able to get my alterations for a complete suit done in 2 days as I was irresponsible and waited until last minute. I have returned this time with a suit I had to buy to match a wedding party and again having almost no knowledge of tapering and alterations they are able to take care of me and explain their services and show you how your suit is going to fit once alterations are done. The 2 gentleman and kind woman here have been extremely helpful and I'm happy to see they've expanded their store and took on the next door units space. Being a big and tall guy, I figured I was wasting my time. I went in anyway. Kelly approached me very casually and made me comfortable. Not a "typical" salesperson. It was a blue 3-piece suit, material was very nice quality and with tailoring it was perfect fitting and was ready within a couple days. I only stated that they altered my pants according to my measurements, and the pants came out perfect. Hem and taper, you're correct. It's really not that complicated. Two straight cuts and a little blending. Zero fitting required since I, the customer, clearly stated the measurements I wanted. No more no less. Last minute prom suit? No problem! We came searching for a suit 3 days before prom. Store was busy with customers, all there being fitted for suits for prom. We told them we needed a black suit, so my son was measured and within minutes he was given a suit to try on which fit perfectly! I was amazed, the only adjustments needed were the pants needed to be hemmed, they were a little too long. To our surprise, we were told it could be done in 15 minutes! We also had a to get a bowtie. The store offers a huge variety in every color and design you can think of, so we were able to get everything we needed right in one spot! This is the third year in a row we've bought suits for my sons either prom or winter formal. Today was for my 17 year old for sons senior prom. We had a rough idea of what we wanted and Youssef gave some great advice and set my son to look great for his senior prom. The level of service that we received here was second to none. They took their time and answered all my wife's questions, had my son try on different things to make the look perfect. Highly recommended place! My fiancé was looking for Navy Blue Tuxedo for our wedding, which apparently not available in many ready stock shops and we did not have enough time to order customize one. We searched the Suit Shop in Yelp and found this place. We went there, and assisted by Kelly who was very attentive.
